Episode 92 Before the Happy Day

For several days now, Brandon always came to visit Vara, both while still at the Hospital and when Vara was home. Bry actually really does not like Brandon's relationship with Vara. Especially now that Bry is not allowed to see Vara, because of the pingitan tradition that does not allow the bride and groom to meet a few days before the wedding.

The wound in Vara's abdomen had almost healed completely, although the marks still looked quite obvious. Vara watched her scar through the mirror of her dressing table with a face bent in annoyance.

'My stomach looks so ugly with this scar, sucks.'

There was a knock on the door of Vara's room. Vara looked at her face in the mirror to make sure her face was not dull before opening the door of her room, though she did not know who was standing in front of her current bedroom door.

"Sister Rey.. Miss u.."

Reyvan hugs Vara's petite body and kisses Vara on both cheeks.

"Sister also miss the Deck.. How wounds? Does it still hurt?"

"Alhamdulillah.. It's almost healed, brother. Vara's glad Brother's here."

"of course.. Your wedding day is only 2 days away Deck. Brother's time hasn't come yet."

Vara smiled spoiledly without letting go of her embrace from Reyvan.

"Let's get off the deck.. I'm so hungry."

Reyvan and Vara were eating, when Brandon suddenly walked into the dining room without them noticing. Brandon's habit of always going in and out of Vara's house without permission can not be changed.

"Hallo Rey's.. How are you?"

Brandon greeted Reyvan as he endured it steadily.

"Have you come?"

"Kok Rey isn't surprised I'm here?"

"I knew from Bry that you kept coming home and bothering Vara. Do you intend to shake Vara's feelings before she gets married? Ahaha.."

"How did Rey know? Ahaha.."

"So right, huh? I guessed, hahaha.."

"Vara's.. My sister finished eating. Brother wants to get Brandon to chat on the rooftop."

"All right.."

"Please ask Bi Rahma to make 2 glasses of orange juice as well."

"Yes Brother.. I'll do body and face treatments in the spa room with the guy from the beauty salon. Don't bother ya!"

"Yes Rey's sister.. I was just trying to enjoy the rest of my time with Vara, before she got married. Because I realized, I had to stay away from her after she got married."

"Why should you stay away?"

"I can't possibly erase my feelings for Vara, sister. Being close to him will only make me feel more sick."

"Yes, I understand Brandon."

"Keep up.. I'm sure you can get your own happiness. Although not with Vara."

Brandon smiled bitterly at Reyvan's words.

'My happiness is Vara, so how can I be happy without Vara beside me.' Inner Brandon.

"You're coming to Vara's wedding?"

"But Nek Bry still has Indonesian ancestry. So Papa Dave's father Bry is of English descent, while Mommy Jhena's mother Bry is of Korean-Indonesian descent."

"Oh so yeah.. Honey, Grandma is so happy you're finally getting married. Though not expecting so soon. Good luck, dear."

The atmosphere changes to haru, all members of the Vara family pray for the smooth running of the event tomorrow as well as the happiness of Vara's marriage. Everyone looks very happy to welcome the happy day that will be held tomorrow. They chat also let go of longing until the time of departure to the hotel where the wedding is.

In the afternoon, all the members of the Vara family arrived at the hotel, each of them occupied a room that had been arranged by Reyvan. Vara occupies a room that tomorrow will be used as her bridal room, because she will still stay overnight again at this hotel, likewise with his family who will definitely feel tired to go home after attending events that are completed in the evening.

Bry and his extended family are actually in the same hotel as Vara and his family. But the family does not allow Bry and Vara to meet. Of course this makes them so upset. Because the distance is so close does not make them able to let each other miss.

Vara, who was resting her body on the bed, was shocked when she heard her phone shake. A Video Call from Bry instantly woke him up. Tidied up her clothes and makeup a little messy before finally lifting the Video Call call with a curved happy face.

"Honey.. Miss Youuuuu.."

A scream rang out from Bry's mouth as the Video Call was picked up by Vara.

"Miss you too, Bry."

"Ah I want to hurry tomorrow and meet you dear. Why can't we meet. I want to hug and kiss you right now. Hmm, honey.. You're in our room, right?"

"What do you mean by our room?"

"Your room will be our room tomorrow.. I'm impatient."

Bry was seen shaking his body shamelessly in front of Vara.

"Can't wait what Bry?"

"Of course it eats you, honey."

"Ih you.. So bawdy!"

"But you like it, right? Ahaha.."

"Tydaaakk.."

Bry laughed loudly and did not stop teasing Vara who already looked so embarrassed by her cheeks turning red.

Tonight they can only vent their longing from different rooms, and patiently wait for tomorrow which is certainly happy and full of surprises.
