Episode 101 I'm Tired of Seeing You

Bry felt weak when he heard Vara miscarry. His body was dazed and about to fall, Daniel and Kevin rushed to finish and sat him on the sofa in the room.

"What's really going on? How could Vara have an accident and end up miscarrying?"

"According to the bodyguard's report, he's after your car Bry. But his car got hit while he was at a red light."

"Yes God. Nooo.. What have I done?"

Bry covered his face with both hands, his tears dripping again.

"So it's all because of me? So it's my fault that Vara and I lost both of our children?"

Bry cried bitterly considering that now he has lost both fetuses of his love with Vara.

"Bry actually what happened until Vara finally chased you at such high speed?"

Kevin doesn't seem to understand everything that's happened.

"I got a call from Jessy Kim, a representative from JS Trading that she felt someone was following her at the hotel. He felt threatened and asked me to come."

"And you chose to come? Then what do you get?"

Satya looked very curious and could not wait for Bry to answer.

"When I got to her hotel room she greeted me with lingerie and it was all just her fluff. I got angry and left there. I really didn't do anything. I came because I was worried, he is the son of the owner of my business partner JS Trading company. I can't possibly let him get into trouble."

"And now you're in trouble. You chose to leave your wife to come to the woman? You're a fool to let yourself get stuck. What good is a lot of guards? You can get some to make sure of the woman's condition, not come alone."

Everyone did not expect Daniel would vent his anger like that towards Bry.

Bry sobbed again, realizing that his stupidity had led to something he had not expected.

"You're even enjoying your time with that girl, right?"

Satya asked in a flat tone without displaying her emotions.

'I scolded Vara, not for you to hurt Bryllian.' Satya growled in heart.

"Why do you know I'm with that girl? Daniel and Kevin knew I had Jessy Kim accompany her shopping before she returned to Korea. I was actually very lazy, but in honor of my business partner, I finally agreed to accompany him. You can ask Daniel and Kevin."

"It's true Satya.. It was Jessy Kim who had Bry accompany her around the mall in town B and shopping before she returned to Korea."

Kevin began to explain the incident earlier this afternoon to Satya.

"Then why did you choose to lie to Vara instead of speaking honestly and openly to Vara?"

Bry was shocked to hear what Satya said.

"Did Vara know about what happened this afternoon?"

Bry looked at Satya, Kevin and Daniel alternated as if asking for an explanation. Daniel and Kevin shook their heads steadily but Satya's words made Bry feel weak again.

"Vara knows, she saw you shopping, carrying the woman's groceries and eating together at the restaurant."

"Tidaaaack.. Vara must have misunderstood me."

Bry pulled her hair violently, her tears dripping more profusely.

"You really are a good host, providing services to business partners to accompany all day. But nevermind.. It's too late, you choose to lie to him rather than be honest. And this is your choice, you've lost your baby."

Bry approaches Satya and pulls up Satya's shirt collar with sharp glittering eyes.

"I keep his feelings from betraying him.. She's pregnant, I don't want her to mind a lot and be distracted by things that don't matter."

"That's your defense, but if you're honest and open, this isn't going to happen."

Bry takes his hand off Satya's collar and realizes everything Satya says is true. Intentions that he considered good turned out to even have bad consequences like this.

Vara who was not strong enough to hold back the tears that were about to burst, finally let it flow through the corner of her eyes even though it kept her eyes closed. This did not escape Bry's observation. Bry approached Vara and clasped Vara's hands tightly.

"Honey.. Wake up, open your eyes. Please forgive me.. Forgive my stupidity."

Vara opened her eyes slowly then looked Bry in the eyes with a sad look.

"Darling, please forgive me.. You misunderstood me, I didn't betray you. I didn't mean to lie to you. I'm keeping your feelings in check, because your pregnancy doesn't make me want to add to the burden of your mind."

"You chose to lie.. You chose to go to that woman when I asked you not to go.."

"I'm sorry.. But he said it was threatened, dear. I can't possibly let it."

"Yaaa, and that woman made you leave me. You let yourself get stuck because of it. You've chosen what you think is more important."

"It's not like that, honey, I'm stupid.. Really stupid. I regret what I have done. But just so you know, I don't have the slightest intention to lie and betray you."

"But you lied to me and betrayed my trust. You are happy to accompany beautiful, sexy and elegant women. Whereas I'm just a woman with a mediocre appearance."

"No Honey.. Please don't ever think like that, I'm sorry.. Forgive my stupidity."

Bry sobbed, holding Vara's hand.

"Everything's too late.. I'm too disappointed in you. We better split up."

Bry raised his face to look at Vara's face with perfectly rounded eyes.

"What do you mean, darling?"

"I want to get a divorce."

"Tidaaakkp.. Please don't ever say that. All my life I will never let you go. You can be mad at me, but please don't do this to me, honey."

Bry sobbed out the emotion he had been desperately holding back.

"Let me alone. I don't want to see you, give me time. Don't tell my miscarriages to our families, let me tell them myself. Ask your parents not to come to Indonesia. I don't want them to be disappointed. Go away.."

Vara turned her face the other way, avoiding Bry's sorrowful gaze.

"Please, honey, don't do this. For God's sake I didn't mean to lie to you."

Plaaq..

"Never carry the name of God to cover up your mistakes."

Bry is shocked by what Vara did, as well as Satya, Daniel and Kevin who did not expect Vara to slap Bry as hard as he could.

Bry held his hot cheek, Vara looked at him with a look of disbelief. Her cheeks hurt but her heart hurt a lot more because Vara did not believe all the explanations.

"I'm not leaving here. I'll accompany you here."

"I'm really sick of seeing your face. I want you to get out of here. You liar."

The cynical Seyum suddenly plastered on Vara's face with a piercing sharp look, making Bry's heart even more painful. Vara's never been this tough before. But Bry will not give up, he is determined to heal Vara's heart until finally Vara can forgive him.

"Bryllians.. You better get out. Let Vara rest. The doctor asked him not to think much."

Bry looked at Satya for a moment, then nodded his head.

"alright.. We better wait outside."

"No.. Satya, you stay here."

"Darling, I'm your husband.. How could you rather be accompanied by Satya than me?"

"You will soon be my ex-husband."

Vara's words immediately hit right in Bry's heart, with full of emotion Bry stepped out followed by Kevin and Daniel who had not stopped sighing at Bry and Vara's quarrel.
