Episode 20 My Girlfriend Vara

Vara glanced at Bry who confidently put on a smile full of charm. Not at all nervous in front of Mama and Papa Vara.

"Yes Aunt.. Om.. I'm Bryllian, just call me Bry. I'm Vara's girlfriend. We've only been close for a few months now, and we were officially dating last night." Bry said it by developing his smile.

"Oh so you're Bry, the one Vara found out last night." Papa Vara's words made Bry immediately realize, something was wrong with his words earlier. Likewise with Vara who began to guess, if last night it was possible that his Papa monitored them from CCTV.

"Haha.. Just relax, Bry. Never been young either." Bry breathed a sigh of relief hearing it while smiling faintly. Vara, who was worried that her father would get angry, calmed down.

"Name Om, Devan.. And this is Mama Vara, her name is Irena." Papa Vara started to introduce himself.

"Yes Om Devan and Aunt Irena."

"You're so romantic, Bry, bring a bouquet of red roses for Vara." Mama Vara teased Bry a little while looking at the bouquet of red roses on the table near the dining table.

"Oh yes Auntie.." Bry answered with a little shame.

“Ma.. Bry brought Mama and Papa something." Vara showed 3 large boxes that Bry had brought to his mother. Mama Vara came over and looked at the things Bry was carrying.

"There are Korean food, cosmetics and souvenirs from Korea. Bry, you're so bothered. Thank you, yeah." Mama Vara looked happy.

"It's okay Auntie. May Aunt and Om like." Bry was happy to see Mama Vara love her gift.

"Thank you Bry." Papa Vara thanked me, making Bry relieved.

Mama and Papa Vara smiled happily staring at Vara and Bry alternately. During these few weeks they did realize, Vara began to return cheerful as before. And now they know the cause.

“Come breakfast with Bry. Please sit down." Take Mama Vara while standing up and prepare breakfast for Bry. Bry sat opposite Papa Vara.

"Yes, thank you very much Aunt and Om.." Bry is actually still very full. But it was impolite to refuse breakfast from his future father-in-law.

"Do you want Bry's bread or fried rice?"

"Bread it Aunt." Bry chose a different menu from the previous breakfast menu.

Mama Bry handed him 1 cup of chocolate toast, and Vara brought Bry a glass of warm milk.

"Thank you Auntie.."

"Just like Bry." Mama Vara seems to like Bry's attitude more and more.

"Thank you, baby." Bry said half a whisper in the ear of Vara sitting next to him, but Mama and Papa Vara could still hear him. Making them hold a smile in front of the two young people who were in love.

“Bry, are you Korean? Where do your parents live?" Mama Vara began to let out her curiosity.

"I'm aunty mix.. My father is from England, while my mother is of Korean-Indonesian descent. Currently they live in Korea, but often return to Indonesia.”

"Oh so. You've lived in Indonesia Bry?" Mama Vara continued her question, to find out more about Bry.

"I have only been living in Indonesia for 2 years. But before that I often come if my mother to Indonesia, Aunt." Mama Vara nodded her head. Then their chat continued to be more exciting and fun. Mama and Papa Vara seem to really like Bry who is polite and very mature.

"yes Om.. Bry knows. Please let Bry take care of Vara. Because Bry really wants Vara to be happy Om.. Auntie.." Mama and Papa Vara smiled and nodded their heads.

Their conversation was forced to stop, because Mama and Papa Vara had to leave the city immediately to attend family events at Grandma Vara's house.

"Vara's.. Mama and Papa left first. Careful home. Tomorrow afternoon Mama and Papa go home." Mama Vara said while kissing Vara's forehead. Papa Vara also kissed Vara's head.

"Yes Ma.. Greetings to Grandma Ma." Mama nodded slowly while smiling.

"Please take care of Vara ya Bry." Papa Vara patted Bry on the shoulder slowly. Bry immediately greeted Papa Vara with a slight bow to his head in a sign of respect.

"Good Om.. It's definitely.." Then Bry turned to Mama Vara.

"Remember not to be naughty." Bry's misbehavior made Mama Vara laugh.

Bry and Vara drive Mama and Papa Vara out to his car. After Mr. Rahman put in the things he wanted to take out of the city, Mama and Papa Vara got into the car. Then waved his hand at Bry and Vara.

"Be careful on Ma's path.. Pa.." Mama and Papa nodded while still waving their hands. After Papa Vara's car comes out of the yard, Vara and Bry re-enter the house.

Vara takes a bouquet of flowers given by Bry, while 3 large boxes of gifts from Bry, Vara asks Bi Rahma to keep them in the place that Vara shows. Then Vara and Bry walked towards the living room.

"Bry just sat in the living room. I want to keep flowers from you in the room."

"What if I come with you to the room?" Bry joked to tease Vara.

"No boleeeh.." Vara half-screamed, making Bry laugh out loud.

"Haha..Ok. I'll wait here." Bry sat himself on the sofa facing outside. Then Vara rushed up to her room.

Suddenly a white sports car entered the yard of Vara's house. Bry stood up to see who was coming. His feelings were immediately upset when he found out who got out of the car.
