Episode 117 Romantic Dinner

Bry asks the hotel to prepare a romantic dinner right by the seafront. A table with flower decorations and large candles, adds a romantic impression to the place. Tonight Bry intends to surprise Vara. Bry wants to enjoy alone time with Vara, so he leaves Bradley & Briley to the baby sitter with supervision from Bi Mona.

Actually, Mama Irena and Mommy Jhena have offered help to keep Bradley and Briley, but Bry refused because he did not want to interfere with the togetherness of Mama Irena with Papa Devan and Mommy Jhena with Daddy Dave. Mama Irena and Mommy Jhena play with the twins.

Bry also refused when all his friends invited him to eat at the resort, arguing that he already had a show together with Vara. Of course they understand, Bry wants to enjoy a moment of time together with Vara, especially the existence of Brandon makes Bry dislike.

Bry clasped Vara's hand toward their dinner. How surprised Vara was to see the sight before him.

"Honey, it's beautiful... Thank you Honey."

Vara kissed Bry on the cheek, but Bry hugged Vara on the waist and immediately landed her lips on Vara's lips.

"This is true.."

Vara slapped Bry's arm with a shy smile.

"Don't kiss my lips, shame if anyone sees."

"No one will see, I've asked the resort not to allow anyone into this area. Just relax."

Bry glanced mischievously at Vara who blushed in embarrassment.

"alright.. Let's eat, honey. I've prepared the best Balinese food for you."

Vara sat on the chair Bry had pulled for her. Bry then sat right in front of Vara with a curved smile.

Bry smiled then stroked gently next to Vara's cheek.

"Eat the sweetie.."

Vara immediately ate the food in front of him, which not only spoiled the eyes but of course greatly spoiled his tongue.

"Honey, tomorrow at Resort N not far from here, my business partner is getting married. Coincidentally we're on vacation here, so I can attend the wedding. I was just going to send her a gift. Stay with me."

The romantic dinner Bry prepared went according to plan. Vara loves the atmosphere and the food. Bry smiles with satisfaction whenever he sees a happy smile curling on Vara's pretty face. 2 hours later Vara and Bry return to the resort, heading to the private karaoke room after being asked by Daniel to join them.

Arriving in the karaoke room, Daniel and Danila were karaoke singing Korean songs that are quite romantic while Reyvan, Vanny, Samuel, Kevin, and others, Sharon and Brandon just sat down to see Daniel and Danila singing while enjoying a snack in front of them. Vara is a little awkward with Brandon's whereabouts, but he tries to be casual so Sharon doesn't suspect anything.

In the karaoke room there is also 1 set of band tools that can be used to play music directly. After Daniel and Danila finished singing, Samuel handed Brandon a guitar.

"sany.. I haven't heard you sing for a long time."

"Yes right.. Last time I saw you singing at a college pension."

Vanny chimed in on Samuel's words.

"Is it true that you can sing and play guitar?"

Brandon just smiled at Sharon who looked very curious.

Vara smiled at Brandon who immediately made Brandon feel stunned. Vara admitted that Brandon is very proficient and looks cool when playing music. Since High School, Brandon has formed a band with his four friends, and the band was very famous in City B because it often won inter-School or public band competition.

Brandon took the guitar from Samuel's hand and then moved forward to a mini stage in the corner of the room.

Brandon strummed the guitar with great clarity while closing his eyes, trying to live up to the song he was about to sing.

Throughout the song, everyone's gaze noticed where Brandon's gaze went while singing the song lyrics with an impression that seemed to come from his heart. They did not feel surprised when Brandon glanced more at Vara who always turned his eyes to another direction, in order to avoid Brandon's gaze.

Of course this did not escape the attention of Sharon, her feelings were flowery when Brandon first sang his favorite song, especially Brandon's voice is very good. But slowly Sharon's view turned into a question mark, when she saw Brandon who always looked at Vara while singing the love song.

Sharon also noticed the eyes of everyone who looked down at Brandon or sad, except Bry who showed an angry expression and Vara who from the first moment Brandon sang always turned his eyes to the other direction.

'What is this? Is there something I don't know about Vara and Brandon's relationship? I'm gonna ask this to Reyvan. Because if I ask Brandon or Vara directly, I'm sure they won't give me a satisfactory answer.' Inner Sharon.

Bry pulls Vara's hand towards the karaoke room's exit, even before Brandon steps down from the mini stage where he sings. Everyone simultaneously took a rough breath, which further made Sharon wonder.

"I'm going back to the room, I feel like my head is dizzy." Reyvan moved from his seat followed by Daniel and Danila who also moved from his seat.

"Me and Danila want some fresh air first." Daniel and Danila left the karaoke room immediately."

"I'm just going back to my room."

Vanny immediately left the karaoke room followed by Samuel and Kevin who looked equally irritated facial expressions. Vanny and Samuel's relationship is getting closer still makes Kevin upset. He is jealous, but feels no right to forbid the closeness of Vanny and Samuel. Vanny is no longer close to him.

Only Sharon and Brandon stayed in the karaoke room, both silent. Brandon was busy with his thoughts, whereas Sharon had no intention of asking Brandon anything.

"Yes, Brandon.. Go back to your room. I'll go back to my room, too."

Brandon was still unmoved, as if dissolving into his own thoughts.

"Sharon.. Can you come with me to sleep tonight."

"Whataa?"

Sharon could not hide her surprise at Brandon's request.

"Eh I mean, keep me company until I fall asleep. I need you."

Brandon's soft-sounding words startled Sharon, especially the tears that now pooled in Brandon's eyelids made Sharon wonder.

Sharon finally shook her head in agreement with Brandon's request.

Vara is so beautiful with a pearl-accented white dress on her chest with a hairdo that she deliberately rolls to add a graceful impression. Bry was so handsome with his black tuxedo, especially Bry's expression looked calm and occasionally his sweet smile was reflected on his cold face.
