Episode 79 Stealing a Kiss

Brandon smiled at Bry and Vara alternately, then took a breath and exhaled slowly.

"I will soon return to Korea and get out of your lives. But as for how I feel about Vara, I can't promise to erase it. What is clear is that right now, I will let Vara be with the person she wants. I just want Vara to be happy."

Vara held Brandon's hand as she felt deeply moved by what he said. But the sight seemed to hit Bry's chest.

"Vara.. May I hold you one last time?"

Not only Vara, but everyone was shocked by Brandon's request, especially Bry who was as strong as she could restrain her emotions. Bry who had hardened his jaw and clenched his hands also did not escape the attention of everyone.

Vara looked at Bry's eyes as if asking for approval.

"Of course you can't. I won't approve."

Bry looked at the annoyed Vara who dared to think of things that Bry thought were absurd at all.

Brandon smiled gently at Vara and stood looking at everyone in front of him.

"I apologize to all of you for all my mistakes. I will soon return to Korea to focus on Klan affairs and company. I'm glad things are improving, though not everything is as Satya said."

Satya chuckled softly which was met with laughter from the others who had just observed it since without intending to interrupt the excitement of their spectacle.

There was a sense of haru that enveloped the hearts of everyone who was in the room. Although Daniel, Kevin, Kendrick, Reyvan and Larry acted as spectators, they were very satisfied with the scene before them. This is the ending they expect from all the bad things that happened so far.

"Sister Reyvan.. I'm sorry for disappointing you.. I didn't mean to hurt Vara.."

Reyvan immediately stood up to Brandon and hugged him tightly.

"You've always done so much for Vara, thank you.. Live well and be happy."

Brandon tightened his embrace on Reyvan. Of course, the scenery spread haru especially for Vara.

Vara looked at Bry once again asking for approval that he be allowed to hug his best friend one last time. Finally Bry nodded his head even though an annoyed expression clearly represented his current feelings. Vara smiled and gently stroked Bry's cheek as if thanking and calming her jealous lover.

Vara stood up to Brandon and Reyvan who were still hugging. Reyvan takes off his embrace of Brandon when he realizes Vara is approaching them. Reyvan sat back down to give his sister a chance to talk to Brandon.

Without wasting a chance, Brandon immediately grabbed Vara into his chest. Bry's breathing rose and fell, his eyes glaring at Brandon, but Brandon was completely unconcerned despite noticing Bry's murderous gaze towards him.

"I will always love you Vara.. I'll wait for you to love me."

"No Brandon... Forget me, be happy. I will always pray for the best for you. I really want you to be happy even if you're not with me."

Vara answered equally.

"Don't ask me to forget you. I don't intend to erase this feeling."

"Don't hurt yourself Brandon. You deserve to be happy."

"My happiness is with you. Hmmmm.. Vara, I'm sorry. I'm really sorry, last night I stole a kiss while you were asleep."

'To be exact 3 kisses.' Inner Brandon.

Vara instantly pushed Brandon's body and let go of his embrace. Brandon just smiled ignorantly looking at Vara who was looking at him with a sharp look.
