AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT

At 3 am, Nadine suddenly woke up from her sleep, with her eyes twitching a sign that she was still sleepy.

Nadine felt hollow, as she fumbled at the side of the bed beside her that was empty. Where's Adrian? Why isn't it here?

With a sitting position half awake, Nadine leaned her body on the mattress headboard. She turned to the right and left to look for her husband.

Hotel room door open. A tall and sturdy man entered it. And that figure is Adrian.

"Are you awake?" adrian asked, taking off his jacket.

"Hmm.I just woke up," Nadine cleared her throat in a lazy tone. "Where are you out of, these nights out?"

"I'm from the pharmacy" replied Adrian.

"Rapid? What's for?" nadine asked curiously.

Adrian took out a small bottle from his pants pocket, "I bought you a contraceptive pill."

"Anyone is open? It's 3 in the morning!"

At first Adrian was hesitant to look for a pharmacy that is still open. Fortunately, right across from the hotel they were staying at, there was a 24-hour drugstore ready to open.

"Make what?"

"I want to go to the toilet to pee while cleaning. It feels so sticky!"

"Can you walk to the toilet by yourself? I just carry it.."

Hearing the word yes, Adrian immediately turned on the hot water tap to fill the bathub. And after the water was almost fully filled, Adrian added an oil essence with a special floral aroma for bathing into the tub as a fragrance.

Not to forget it also provides a bath bomb that is still intact. He thought, let Nadine alone mix it herself later.

"Where can you get all those essentials?"

"The hotel gave it to him. It would be a shame if it was not used! It's all ready.you can take a shower right away. I'll stay first."
