"Who did you know, who did he know?" nadine's mind is still imagined will Valerie, the woman who had collided with him earlier.

"It's none of your business."

"Ckk. always play with secrets! You just tell me honestly!" Nadine pursed her lips.

Adrian glanced sharply at Nadine, "You asked too much. If I say no yes no, don't argue!"

"I just want to know about your relationship with the woman named Valerie. It doesn't seem fair, you already know a lot about my life and its intricacies. But you? You don't even want to be open with me" Nadine complained.

"You don't need to know about my personal life, it's on the contract, right? We both agreed not to interfere in each other's personal affairs!"

Adrian reminded Nadine of the points contained in their marriage contract to not interfere with each other's privacy.

Adrian's response when asked about Valerie showed a negative. This further strengthens Nadine's guess if Adrian has a relationship with Valerie in the past. Is Valerie his ex-girlfriend? From the look of Adrian and Valerie at the sight earlier, the expressions of both were so tense.

"Adrian, if you want this relationship to work, all you need to do is trust me! Tell me, who's Valerie?" Nadine is still trying to urge Adrian to tell her stories.

Adrian breathed his breath rough as he held back emotions, "Why do you suddenly care? Since when do I want this relationship to work? Remember Nadine, we were only married for 2 years, and after that we will be released. Don't have more expectations!"

Again Adrian dispelled Nadine's hopes for this marriage. After the problems they faced together and the hot nights that passed when the two kissed for the umpteenth time, Nadine had thought that her marriage could progress.

Unfortunately all the wishful thinking is gone, because Nadine is always slapped by reality if Adrian will divorce her after 2 years later.

Adrian's meeting with a middle-aged man at the airport's private lounge was brief. What Nadine saw from a distance, the man gave Adrian a hard drive while chatting with a serious expression.

"I just got word that your brother has been found. My man has taken her to the hospital now for further treatment" Adrian said after finishing chatting with the mysterious man.

Hearing her brother being rushed to the hospital, Nadine's face turned pale instantly. Is the condition of his brother is in a bad state so it must be taken to the hospital?

"How is my brother? Why should I be taken to the hospital?"

Arriving at the hospital, Nadine could not help but cry to see her brother who was stretched weak in a special room.

Nadine was eager to come closer and tightly hugged her brother, venting all the emotions embedded in her body. Unfortunately it can not be done at this time because both are blocked by a large glass on the wall that becomes a barrier.

"Your brother is strong, he will definitely be fine!" Adrian tries to strengthen Nadine to not be sad again. He could see women crying.

"May so! I no longer want to feel lost. It's enough Dad left me. I don't want Brother Nathan to come with Dad.he has to live and survive.." said Nadine.

Unknowingly, Adrian suddenly embraces Nadine's shoulder and tucks her body into a hold. Adrian stroked Nadine's arm gently to give her strength. Not only that, Adrian also landed his kiss on the head of Nadine's hair.

Gaining affection from Adrian which rarely happens, Nadine feels great comfort filling the niche of his soul. He immediately wrapped his hands around Adrian's waist. Nadine cried silently as she buried her head in the chest of Adrian's field.

"Would you like to take a walk?" adrian asked Nadine to break the silence.

Nadine let go of her embrace and looked up to face Adrian. "Where to walk?"

"Where, you haven't been to Italy before, have you? We can walk around the streets of Turin" Adrian said.

"In these circumstances, how can I go for a walk? Brother Nathan is sick again.it feels like I have no empathy when traveling while my brother's condition is still concerning!"

"Just a moment, Nad, you've also met a doctor. He said your brother is fine. In the next few hours he'll be conscious after the dope runs out."

Somehow Adrian does not like to see Nadine constantly sad. That's why in Adrian's brain sparked the idea to take Nadine for a walk to release fatigue for a moment. At least, that was all he could give in Nadine's difficult times like now.

"Well, I'll just come along." Nadine finally accepted Adrian's offer to take him away.
