As per their promise yesterday, today Adrian will accompany Nadine for regular check-ups about her content. Nadine's name has been called by a nurse to immediately enter the doctor's examination room.

But when he was about to enter, Adrian's footsteps stopped suddenly making Nadine's hands pulled back because they walked hand in hand.

"Why stop? nadine asked confusedly.

"I don't want to go in Nadine." Adrian shook his head in panic. "Can I just wait outside? I..fear not be able to control my emotions inside later." Adrian said quietly.

"You promised to accompany me, so why change your mind now?"

"I don't know, I just don't feel like going in there. It's too much, even for me," Adrian's face looked parched and his hands were cold sweaty.

Nadine is getting used to facing Adrian's weak side like this. Usually he would give in and let Adrian process everything. But not this time, Nadine will not give up. The two were already standing in front of the doctor's room and there was no word to return.

"Please Adrian, do this for me. For our son's sake. I'll always be by your side during the USG check. Don't you get tense...I'm here!"

Adrian took a deep breath and then exhaled it roughly. Adrian leaned his head up trying to neutralize his anxiety.

"Okay. I'll try. Don't let go of my hand, please!" adrian pinta.

Nadine smiled tilting her head. "No, you can hold my hand later!"

After going through the brief debate, Adrian finally relented and complied with Nadine's request to come in. The arrival of the two of them was immediately greeted by the attending physician.

"Hello, good morning. My name is Doctor Gemma. Nice to meet you" the doctor gave a friendly greeting and so welcome.

"Hello Doctor Gemma, I'm Nadine and this is my husband Adrian. Nice to meet you too" replied Nadine.

"In that case, we can just check. Madam can go up here soon!"

Adrian then helped lay Nadine's body on the bed. After Nadine's position was lying on her back, an assistant doctor slightly lifted the shirt cloth of Nadine's top and rubbed the jelly USG gel around her stomach area.

"Why do they want you?" adrian whispered. He is not very familiar with the concept of USG in general.

"If the USG again yes this way, must be given a gel first so that the examined fetus can be seen clearly and caught with the doppler device," explained Nadine.

"I do know, during the first inspection I was not with you. All I know is, you've suddenly been hospitalized just like that!"

"And that's also because you yourself are playing live-stay me! I knew my wife was pregnant, and she ran away!" syndicated Nadine.

"So, the one on the ultrasound is really our son?" adrian asked still in disbelief.

"Exactly, that's our baby!" Nadine rubbed the side of Adrian's face and stroked his jaw full of tenderness.

Adrian now grabs Nadine's hands on her cheeks, until both of their hands are stacked on each other.

"From some of the articles I read, initially the fetal sac in the womb is small like a bean seed. But what I'm looking at, it's a different shape!" toras Adrian.

Unbeknownst to Nadine, little Adrian learned a lot from the internet about info-info about babies. Not long ago, Adrian deliberately bought parenting books.

"Of course it's different, it's 10 weeks old. Also when I first found out I was pregnant, suddenly it was 8 weeks. Hence the size is not as small as a bean seed anymore!" nadine Sahut.

"Now it's small, but gradually it will grow big!" reply Nadine.

Finished doing the USG process, Nadine immediately got off the examination gurney assisted by Adrian. Gemma doctor then explained about the condition of Nadine's womb which was detected weak.

Just like Nadine's previous examination at Rio hospital, the doctor there also said that Nadine's content was weak to require her to have total bed rest and take obstetric strengthening drugs.

Moreover, the last few days Nadine had spots and her stomach often felt cramps, which further strengthens the statement of doctors that Nadine's content is weak and can be prone to miscarriage.

Doctors told Nadine not to do much activity first and rest more at home. Do not be too stressed and maintain a regular diet to always be healthy.

Adrian and Nadine are in their car to drive home from the hospital.

"Not bad. But I was nervous all the time." said Adrian who was focusing on driving.

"Disneyland!" nadine answered quickly.

"I said an appointment, but with a note if the doctor allows. Have you forgotten what the doctor said? He forbids you from doing any outside activity that could potentially make you tired. You're weak, Nadine!" adrian's nagging at length.

Nadine clucked in annoyance. "Ckkk.ya you were alone nawarin, what I want! When I answered, you didn't want to give!"

Adrian threw his face away and sighed harshly. "Playing around at Disneyland is not an option for Nadine! We still have plenty of time to go there, but not for now."

"Okay..." Nadine relented.

He knew he couldn't be selfish. Right now there is a fetus that he must take care of. Adrian said, Nadine still has time to have fun. Her husband is very rich, of course Nadine can anytime return to LA and play in the amusement park when it is completely fit.

"So, tell me what do you want apart from Disneyland! What do you want to eat?" adrian Tawal.

"Athena and Fiona have been reporting to me a lot if you've been told to eat lately" Adrian said.

"That's because I'm not tasteful! During pregnancy, I experienced morning sickness and excessive nausea. It often continues until noon. Even if you eat, the edges will also vomit.." Nadine acknowledged.

"Stay, your stomach must be filled! No matter whether you vomit or not, you should still eat Nadine!" Adrian slightly raised his voice because he was annoyed with Nadine's attitude. "Basic, how sloppy!"

"Yes Sorry.." Nadine looked down while playing her fingers.

Adrian immediately glanced at Nadine who curled her lips down. Again and again, Adrian cursed himself who accidentally snapped at Nadine. And now his heart is overwhelmed with guilt.

"You should know Adrian, I also actually want to have a regular diet. But whatever the power, my stomach was always nauseous and the food was hard to get in. If you are pregnant, you will know how it feels!" nadine's lips.

"Yes.okay.I'm sorry." Adrian grabbed Nadine's palm with his hand that was not holding the steering wheel.

"Now you eat yes, this is already going to noon. At breakfast, eat a little. What do you want?" ask Adrian again.

Nadine started thinking while tapping her chin. "Cheese pizza, perhaps?! It seems that if you eat food that has a cheese will taste good. Or Mac n Cheese!" exclamation Nadine.

"Got it! We're gonna find a restaurant around here that provides that menu."

"Thank you so much!" Nadine moved closer to Adrian's face and kissed him on the cheek at a glance.
