"Good morning."
The sentence sounded softly greeting, making my dear eyes wide open. Sayup-sayup, in this darkness, there was the sound of footsteps and the sound of curtains that were wide.
A bright light forced in once the curtain was opened. Then I realized, that my brother, Allen, was the one who said good morning just a moment ago.
Her blond hair glittered in the sunlight that crept in from the window glass.
"Um..good morning," I replied as soon as my consciousness was fully gathered.
For the next, the window of the room was opened wide by him, the still somewhat cold air came in. My eyes frowned, until I finally realized that this was not the bedroom.
Looks familiar, but it took me a while to really realize this place was a living room. There was something different, some items that were not natives of this room were scattered everywhere.
The bed, the cupboard, and some other items that I was sure were in Allen's room earlier. Did something happen last night?
Allen finished with his curtains and windows. His feet went to my place. I rubbed my eyes that were still a little sleepy.
"Haru, would you like to eat some porridge or would you like to bake some bread?"
Allen pulled out the blanket I was wearing, then folded it easily. I immediately stood up, Allen rolled up the thin mattress I was sleeping on earlier.
"Anything is okay, whatever you are," I replied.
"You haven't changed at all, want me to pinch again?"
"No, I mean you can pick it for me. Whatever choice I will accept. You're my brother, your choice must be the best, right?"
Sweet words immediately formed in my head, in order to avoid what he might do. I don't want my cheek to be pulled like that.
"Mmm..sister, did something happen last night? Why are these things here, and why am I sleeping here?"
Another question I asked to distract her mind. And on the other hand, I do want to know what happened to the stuff that is now piled up indistinctly in the corner of the room.
The corner of his lips lifted, a slight grin displayed to face my curiosity.
"You wouldn't believe me if I said my room was leaking, it was raining so much last night. The water managed to penetrate through that layer of zinc reot. And that's how it was, last night like a battlefield, Liam and I were moving things around like we were facing a storm" he said.
"Then you fell asleep on the couch, because the roof was leaking, I named the thin mattress so we could sleep. Liam too, I didn't let him sleep well in your room" he added.
The blond man laughed as he explained the details. I just nodded reverently, as if understanding the current situation at the scene of the crime.
"Why not wake me up? Maybe I can help a little bit" I complained.
"What can you help? Just stand up you can fall. Grow a little more, then you can be a little useful."
Allen tapped my forehead slowly, looking out of his face as if he wanted to upset me. And what the fuck is that sentence saying that I'm gonna be a little useful? Am I just a burden?
It sucks...
"Um...Where is Brother Liam?" my many.
"You called him brother right away when you just met him. And I had to beg you to call me brother, what kind of conspiracy it is" her mouth became fussy.
"So, where is he?" my ul.
"It's gone so early in the morning. After all, his house is close, he alone likes to stay here for a long time," said Allen.
I moved my gaze to the open window, the light coming in was very bright. It's likely that today will be sunny after last night's rain.
"What time is it?"
"Hmm? Almost half eight."
Glekk..
My eyes immediately rounded as soon as I heard Allen's words. It was already that hour and I just woke up, what did the world say?
I'm definitely late for school. My hands instantly squeezed my own hair with fingers in panic.
"Why is your face so? It hurt?"
"Why don't you wake me up early? I'm definitely late this way" I said annoyed.
"Slow what? Grandpa forbade you to go to school two or three days, didn't he?"
"But I'm cured, right? It's okay" I'm afraid.
"Huh.you're this, I'm not finished. Last night I got a call from your school, he said there was a fire. So it's been a week."
"Eh? a fire? Why?"
"Where do I know, find out for yourself. Never mind, go wash your face, then have breakfast" Allen said.
Heavy breathing blows from my mouth, my feet go right back to the bathroom.

When I heard that my school was on fire, all sorts of things immediately flew irregularly through my head.
Ah, right too. Arya lives not far from school, right? I can call him and ask.
Just as my hand was about to grab the handle of the house phone, my hand came to a halt. The intention of wanting to ask was thunderous and disappeared barely remaining. Not knowing why, my heart changed again.
***
"Can't!"
I just asked Allen if I could go there, but he glared at me.
"But, I just..."
"No, be a good boy and listen to me."
Allen went into incontrovertible mode, because he was older than me, he was the one in power. More or less like that principle.
"But I'm bored just at home" I argued.
"Wanna play something with me?" tawar Allen's.
"How old do you think you are?" reject me.
The conversation did not produce a solution. Why is he so stingy and not just let me? I wouldn't bother him if I left either. I can go by myself on the bus without having to ask for her help to be escorted.
"But I can't go there, if someplace else I might consider. Origin..."
I immediately gregetan can't wait to hear the continued word 'origin' long.
"Origin.I can come," he continued.
My forehead made it wrinkled. Why would he come too?
"Hm.if so, let's go have fun as a brother and sister. We never walk out together, do we? Or should I call it a date?" moan Allen while laughing mischievously.
He was excited, looking very clear from his beaming face.
"Your date, don't want to."
"Hey, I'm just kidding," he said, scratching his own head, holding back a laugh at me that he didn't accept.
"Where?" my many.
"To where you want to go, as long as you don't go to your friend's place, I'll look like an old wooden statue if I go there" he explained.
An old wooden statue? Whatdoes thatmean? But.he said he could go anywhere as long as not to go to Arya's house. Maybe it'll be a good opportunity for me, something like this I can use.
"You're serious?" I asked to make sure again.
Allen nodded cheerfully, like a child.
"I.have a request. There is a place I really want to visit. But maybe.this will be a little difficult," I said hesitantly.
He lowered his body, so our head height is now more or less the same. Then listen to me more carefully.
"I want to go to an orphanage that's in town near a big pier, um.I forgot his name."
I tried to remember him, but still the name of the city did not appear in my head.
"Near the pier? Oh, I know. But why go there? The orphanage? What's wrong with you?"
Allen's question was stirring, I remember that I had never told you where I came from before, not even about the details. He only knew that grandfather adopted me as his grandson which meant that if I were his brother, nothing more and nothing less.
"There was someone I wanted to meet, he saved my life. But I think there's a little misunderstanding with us. Uh, I mean I just want to get it straight."
I bowed my head, staring at the white floor tiles. I was a little worried about what reaction he would show. Is he gonna be mad 'cause I'm asking for something like this?
Buk...
Allen's hand landed slowly on my head, and his fingers untied my short hair from top to bottom. Then rub it gently.
"Is that where you come from?"
"Yes, I lived there long enough."
"And you want to meet the man who saved your life?"
"I hope so."
"Then, let's go there."
I was surprised to hear his answer. He wouldn't let me go to Arya, but he would easily let me go to a place further away.
"Eh? can? Is that all right? Then how's grandpa?"
"He's been gone since this morning, someone picked him up and probably won't be home for two to three days" Allen said.
I just realized that I forgot about it, since Allen was around, I'm getting used to not seeing grandfather.
"So.ayo get ready first, the city's leaving in an hour."
"Eh? That fast?"
So, within an hour I immediately took a shower and prepared some items to carry. If you use a car, it will take about thirteen hours. But if we were to board the train, that long time could be cut to the point that it was barely half that. That is, even though he said he had to change trains once or twice.
I was pounding every second because of this. I hope everything is okay when I get there. Yeah, I hope so.
