Rinai Rain
Part 30: Chasing back

Part 30: Chasing back

Farel Star

The tidal feeling of crashing like an eternal wave. Stirring the taste up to the roots, then re-rolling brings pain. I wanted to hold him for a moment to say goodbye. But I was too quick to tell him to leave. Those tears overshadowed my wobbly self.

A day without it makes me lonely. The silence called\-call me to wrestle in it. My heart is frozen without the warmth of love. This hand no longer met the gentle touch of his hand. The smile that once adorned, is now only a memory of the past. Deleted is never described again.

Was it my fault to hide? Is it wrong to hate half-heartedly?

My heart split in two. It gives love and hate a chance to spring together. Seeking the true meaning of love.

The real light for love is when the one who loves loves loves reciprocates. Now the stormy rain wind blew until it extinguished the light. Dim the love in each of us. My race was lost when hatred covered it and Alvia's feelings faded when I didn't reach the hope that hung me.

Isn't that even? He felt what I felt.

Half my eyes were staring at the twilight sun that was shining strong. The rain is too weak to create happiness. The rain came for only a moment. A short bee perch on each flower. I didn't get to enjoy it.

"Senja reminds me of Alvia" I told Cessa.

We're on a school rooftop where Azka is secluded. I feel close to the sun if it's up here. Touch it even though I know I'm gonna burn.

"Love always reminds us of sweet things. No matter how much pain you've ever felt."

"Cessa, am I wrong to ignore Alvia?"

"Farel is not wrong. You just need time to reflect on everything. You never meant to ignore Alvia" she replied.

"I think I still love him."

"Yes, you're still in love with her. You have enough time to reflect. Now you can chase him back." He touched my hand. What he used to do when he calmed me down.

The urban scenery in front looks stunning. Pekanbaru City landmark can be seen from here. If only I could fly with the birds there, I could see the world clearly.

Someone came from behind. No need to guess, only one person became the ruler on this roof.

"Twoof," Azka said as she slipped between us. His hands widened to embrace me and Cessa. I know, Azka and Cessa have aligned their promise that was hampered by a misunderstanding. The pieces of love that had been separated, now back glued together because of mutual trust.

"Oh yes, this is what it is" I said with a laugh.

Azka replied to my laughter. His embrace of my neck grew stronger.

"Alvia said to me, if Farel doesn't think of her anymore, don't blame her for going back to Zaki. You sincerely let go of Alva who you've been fighting for until we've been born?"

I looked at his face. He looked serious, not kidding. Her narrow eyes moved looking back at me. "When did he say?" my many.

"Just right on today. Zaki has warned me. He sent another SMS. Zaki said thank you for letting Alvia go for him. And today he'll really\take Alvia from you. You're a fool, Farel."

"What should I do now?" my many.

"Pursue him now!"

His words\-word gave me the spirit to take back Alvia. I know that too many wounds and cries are painted by this struggle of love. However, I won't make all that pain a waste. Love will still be mine, as long as the seed is still ingrained in the heart.

Alvia, you will never leave me again.
