When sworn allegiance to the service of the Ferrara family, Lombardi did not intend to do such a dizzying work. More precisely, he did not sign up to serve his master who was fond of doing things impulsively. Especially when it comes to the woman he likes. Lombardi was dizzy when Alessandro Ferrara, who had just escaped death, apparently had hired a detective before the accident. Detectives looking for the whereabouts of Carlotta Marinelli.
And the damn private detective just came out of his master's ward, reporting that Carlotta Marinelli is currently in an orphanage near Juliet's House in Verona. The orphanage Aunt Valentina runs! Alessandro who was excited immediately got out of bed and asked to be delivered there. Tonight as well.
Lombardi shook his head. Great master, Alessandro's grandfather will definitely kill him this time, if anything bad happens to his grandson.
"Alright, but you can't drive." Lombardi said to Alessandro.
Alessandro seemed to hide his pain to be allowed to leave. "No, I'm not driving. I'll drive my own helicopter."
Lombardi massaged his neck which suddenly felt stiff. "I'll get your helicopter ready. With the pilot."
Half an hour later, they had been airborne towards Verona.
The helicopter landed seamlessly on the helipad of Alessandro's home and Lombardi hurriedly readied the car. They will soon pass the scene of an accident that only happened a few days ago. And Lombardi did not want that terrible event to happen again.
When the car stopped in front of the parlor, Alessandro immediately went down while holding his chest.
"You should still rest in the hospital." Lombardi says.
Alessandro grimaced with pain. "It's okay Lombardi. I'd rather be here."
Madam Valentina immediately came out and welcomed her arrival as soon as she saw Alessandro's car parked neatly. "Oh my God, my son! Alessandro's! I heard you had a bad accident. Are you all right?"
Alessandro smiled warmly. "As Auntie saw. I'm not lacking anything."
"Come, comein!" Miss Valentina invited Alessandro in. "Want to drink something?"
"No, Bi. I'm meeting Carlotta." Answer Alessandro.
Madam Valentina was wide-eyed. The woman could not help but be surprised. "You know he's here?"
"Yes." Yeah." Alessandro smiled triumphantly. "I know he's here. And I know she's pregnant."
Madam Valentina gasps. It's all Carlotta's secrets, he thought fearfully.
"But I don't know who the father of the baby she's carrying." Alessandro said again.
Madam Valentina quietly breathed a sigh of relief.
"Did Aunt know?"
"Know what?"
"Who's the father of Carlotta's baby?"
Mrs Valentina was about to lie, but when she saw that Alessandro did not look okay, she did not have the heart. "I know."
Alessandro sat up straight. "Who is he?"
Madam Valentina shook her head. "I promised Miss Carlotta not to tell anyone. I'm sorry, son."
Alessandro had expected that answer. There was no way Aunt Valentina would tell him this easily. Not losing his mind, Alessandro asked again, "Then, at least tell me which one is right. Is this man Italian or not?"
"Of course italian." Madam Valentina answered him while laughing nervously.
Alessandro asked again. "Was he born and raised in Verona or moved elsewhere?"
Madam Valentina seemed to think for a moment. "Yes, he was born and raised in Verona, but moved to another place after graduating High School."
'Roberto Mancini', thought Alessandro grimly.
"Where's Carlotta now, Bi?" Alessandro asked.
Alessandro's eyebrows are linked. "Not in the guest room?"
Aunt Valentina shook her head. "He knows it's your room."
Alessandro laughed wryly. "He won't sleep there because it's my room? And choose to sleep in a narrow room upstairs? Aunty, isn't the bed in the upper room a bed for a child?"
Aunt Valentina smiled. "That's how."
"Look at it later, Carlotta." Alessandro murmuring. His brain began to make a plan.

Alessandro tiptoed upstairs and opened the door of Carlotta's room very slowly. The night is late. The children of the home are asleep. Alessandro did not want to wake them. And especially, Alessandro was unwilling to wake Carlotta.
When he saw Carlotta's condition, his heart slipped. Carlotta fell asleep curled up, protecting her stomach. The bed is too narrow for adults, especially for pregnant women.
Slowly, Alessandro approached Carlotta's bed. Without making a sound, he began to lift Carlotta's body. The pain raided where his ribs were broken, but he did not care. He moved Carlotta to a larger guest room. Lombardi helped her open the doors gently. However, Alessandro did not allow him to help carry Carlotta.
After successfully moving the woman without waking her, Alessandro held his breath as the pain in his chest came multiplying. He looked at Lombardi, then threw his car keys. "Go back to Veneto. I'll spend the night here."
Lombardi was not surprised at all. He just shrugged, then left his master and closed the door of the guest room tightly.
Alessandro went up to the bed and covered Carlotta. Then, he infiltrated the blanket and slept while hugging Carlotta.

Carlotta slept well. This was his first good night's sleep after many months of living in an orphanage. He has no nightmares, is not restless, and does not wake up in the middle of the night. In the morning, he woke up feeling calm. Almost happy, if only he did not remember what happened to Alessandro a few days ago. To this day, there is no news. Newspapers and TVs that usually always know the latest news do not report anything.
Because of Alessandro, lately Carlotta so memorized the schedule of news broadcast hours on local television.
Carlotta stretched her body before opening her eyes. Tumben once the room was warm. It felt like I was being hugged by someone. Someone who smells like Alessandro Ferrara.
'Wait a sec. Whose hand is this?' Carlotta was shocked to death when she realized there was a hand wrapped around her body.
And there was one more hand under his head, a hand that was made into a pillow by him.
Reflexively, Carlotta squealed and moved away.
"Ouch!" Carlotta heard a raucous growl from behind her back. When Carlotta turned around, she found Alessandro.
Carlotta froze for a few seconds, then tried to get up. However, Alessandro's steel-hard arm held him in place.
"Stop moving, honey. You hurt my ribs." Alessandro's whisper, still in a raucous voice after sleep.
Carlotta stopped fighting. Is correct. Didn't Alessandro just have an accident?
"How did you get here?" Carlotta asked cautiously. "How are you doing? Are you hurt bad?"
Alessandro was in pain because his ribs were grabbed by Carlotta, but now he was smiling. His heart warmed to hear Carlotta worry about him.
"Nobody can't be held back." Alessandro replied casually. A wide smile still adorned his lips. "Come, come here, let's go to bed for a little while. I'm still sleepy."
"No, no. Just hold on a second. How can we sleep together in.... where is this?"
Alessandro grunts horses. "The guest room."
Carlotta gasps. "The orphanage guest room? What if the kids and Aunt Valentina saw? I have to get up."
Alessandro groans. "Today, please. I'm in a lot of pain. Please hug me for a second."
Carlotta did not want to fall for the trick, but Alessandro did seem to be in pain. Face pale. Neck sweats. Short breath.
"Where is sick?" Carlotta asked.
Alessandro replied slowly. "My ribs are broken."
Carlotta's surprised. "Yes God. Really? You should still be in the hospital!"
Alessandro let out a grin again. "But my doctor is here. You're. Please heal me, Doctor Carlotta."
Carlotta pinched Alessandro's arm rather hard. Then, Alessandro complained while laughing.
