Marco Bruni drives Carlotta's Alfa Romeo to Verona as soon as he gets a phone call from someone claiming to be Giacomo Marinelli. An older brother whom Marco never knew belonged to Carlotta. Either this guy was just confessing to me, or Carlotta did have an older brother hidden all along.
Giacomo Marinelli details the location of Carlotta. Even Marco himself had no idea of Carlotta's whereabouts since Carlotta left Rome a few months ago. But the man knows.
Trouble believing or not believing, Marco chooses to think about it later. Verona is her home town. He knew every corner of this beautiful city very well. Verona must also feel like home to Carlotta. It also makes sense that Carlotta hid herself there.
And the damn gossip tabloid that came out a few days ago also showed a portrait of the pregnant Carlotta and Alessandro Ferrara, on one of the streets in the city of Verona. Alessandro assholes. Again the man was able to find Carlotta before everyone. Marco suspects that Alessandro has hurt Carlotta again. The meeting between the two never ended well. That's what worries Marco the most.
However, had Alessandro been hurting Carlotta again, the man obviously got his karma straight away. Marco was horrified to imagine the great accident that befell Alessandro. His car was partially destroyed and was in an inverted position. There has been no news of Alessandro's death so far, but the man is unlikely to have been seriously injured in the Veneto crash.
Even the gossip tabloids stopped gossiping about Carlotta and Alessandro because of the news of the accident that befell Alessandro.
When he reached the location presented by Giacomo Marinelli, Marco saw Carlotta standing with a tall man in front of an orphanage.
"Carlotta!" Marco shouted loudly.
Carlotta turned around and looked at Marco. His eyes widened in surprise. "Marco! You're here?"
Marco wanted to hug Carlotta tightly, but abandoned his intention to see Carlotta's enlarged belly. "Your stomach! Oh my God, it's this big now! Last time you saw her, you didn't even look pregnant. Your stomach's still flat like an ironing board."
Carlotta giggled small. "So soon as time passes, right?"
Marco assented.
Carlotta pointed at the large man standing beside her. The man, Marco decided, was a forbidden nuisance because it was so tempting to the faith, but it was certainly fond of women.
"This is my brother, Gio his name. Brother Gio, this is Marco, my manager and best friend since childhood." Carlotta introduced them both.
"I'm Gio." Gio reached out his hand. Marco shook it as fast as lightning.
"You mean Giacomo Marinelli?" Ask Marco.
Gio laughs. "true."
Marco pretended to be glaring at Carlotta. "And you said I was your best friend, but hid the fact that you had a hot older brother."
Carlotta laughs. "You've got a girlfriend, Marco!"
Gio laughed. "Sorry, man, unfortunately I'm still on the straight path."
"If you want to turn, just tell me." Marco hurriedly replied.
Carlotta pinched Marco's cheek. "Don't mess around, yeah!"
Carlotta nodded. "Son Gio told me."
Marco sighing. "There's a lot of work to do, Carlotta. Your career won't be saved if you stay hidden here. We must hold Alessandro accountable. I'm gonna hire the best lawyer we can find and-"
"Give me the problem." Giacomo. Marco recognized the anger that raged in the blue eyes of the sea that belonged to Carlotta's brother. Then, he proudly thought that Carlotta's brother was not messing with his words.
Hell yeah, even Carlotta's older brother is giving off an aura more dangerous than Alessandro Ferrara.
"Alright, then I'll leave Alessandro's business to Brother Gio." Said Marco. "Me and Carlotta will take care of everything that has to be taken care of with these skewed gossip."
"No, wait a minute." Now Carlotta looked at her brother angrily. "I didn't tell you because I needed your help. I can solve my own problems. No one will demand anything against Alessandro. You two understand?"
Marco patted his own eel, while Giacomo's jaw hardened with restraint.
"We can't just let him get away with responsibility, Carlotta." Giacomo spoke after adjusting his breath so that his voice was not laden with emotion.
"What responsibility? I don't need him to be responsible. I didn't even know he was alive or not! She looked at me and was surprised when she realized I was pregnant. That's why he was driving and had the accident. I caused the accident! He must have suffered a lot. Please, don't do anything to her!" Carlotta said an angry, frustrated tear plunged freely on her cheek.
Marco clasped Carlotta's hand. "Look, honey, Alessandro's accident wasn't your fault. You can't blame yourself that way. Alessandro is alive, I hope the news calms you down. And we'll hold him accountable later when he recovers. How's it?"
"No." Carlotta shook her head stubbornly. "Although he has recovered, I still don't want to bother him."
Trying a different point of view, Marco persuades back, "If you really love him, you should tell him about this boy, Carlotta. You have no right to separate him from his son. Isn't that a little cruel?"
Carlotta fell silent. The woman opened her mouth, then closed it again without saying anything. In that instant, Marco knew that he had succeeded.
Giacomo smiled with satisfaction. "You two go back to Rome. I'll follow after picking up some of my needs in Milan and buying property in Rome."
Marco looked at Giacomo in amazement. The man talked about buying property like buying soap in a minimarket. There is no mistaking it, this kind of person is the one who fits into the fight against Alessandro Ferrara.

Alessandro opened his eyes, but could not see anything. A spray of colors swirled around his head. The world around him was like a wave. His head hurts not the head. When he finally saw with focus, the first thing he saw was the ceiling of the hospital.
He shouted, calling out to anyone who could hear him, but no one came. He tried to sit with difficulty and realized that an oxygen hose was still attached to his nose. Irritated, he took off the damn hose. Then, he saw his hand being rubbed off by the infusion. It also pulls all ties in order for the infusion to come off.
He wanted to stand up, even though his head still felt swirling. Suddenly, a sting of pain in the chest invaded him.
"Your ribs are broken, Signor." The sound of Lombardi. Some medics came in behind Lombardi.
God fucking. This must have been because of a brash wine-carrying truck that casually emerged from behind a bend in Veneto.
"Where is this?" Alessandro tried not to move much, so that the pain did not increase.
"Rome, Signor." Lombardi answered.
Twice fucking. Alessandro doesn't want to leave Verona. Haven't. He needs to talk more to Carlotta. Please, if necessary. Anything. Her chest was tight, and it had nothing to do with her broken ribs.
His heart is broken.
