Carlotta was only willing to receive a visit in addition to health workers three days after the terrible incident. His two younger sisters and Marco Bruni were the first to enter. They brought with them many bouquets of flowers and gifts from Carlotta colleagues and fans.
"How are you doing, brother?" Ciara.
Carlotta's still pale. His view is still a little hollow. However, he smiled weakly at his sister. "I'm sorry, Ciara. Carina, come here too."
Carina came closer.
Carlotta hugged her two sisters. "I'm sorry. I don't think long. I forgot about you guys. I promise something like this won't happen again."
Ciara and Carina were crying in Carlotta's arms.
"You don't know how scared I am, brother." Ciara says. "I intended to go to the Ferrara family, but Roberto Mancini prevented me. He said, I can't be reckless with them." Ciara told me in between her sobs.
Carlotta looked at her worried sister. "Listen to him, Ciara. You can't be reckless. I can't live until something happens to you. You have to remember that."
Ciara glares. "Hush, Brother! Don't say it like that!"
Carlotta laughed softly. "Ah, jeez. I'm sorry." The girl said. "But I really mean it. I can take care of it. You don't have to worry."
Then Carlotta looked at her other sister. "Carina darling, don't worry either. Don't listen to the rumors out there. Just study hard, huh? I will do everything I can to send you to Oxford. Or do you want Harvard?"
Carina shakes. "I don't care about that, brother. I just want you to be healthy."
Carlotta pinched Carina's cheek. "You are our little angel."
After letting go of the yearning with his younger siblings, Carlotta looked at Marco Bruni who was standing a bit away from them. There was a great sense of guilt in the eyes of the man. Looks like he wants to say something to Carlotta.
Carlotta returned her attention to her two younger siblings again. "Well, good girls, now can you guys come out for a second? I want to talk to Marco alone. It's a matter of work."
Ciara glanced at Marco sharply, as if warning the man not to mess around. Then, he took Carina out.
Marco Bruni walked closer slowly. "I'm sorry." Now he knelt under the foot of Carlotta's bed. "I beg your pardon, Carlotta. I really didn't know it was going to be like this. I heard she's your ex-boyfriend. At first I thought you'd feel the spark of romance that used to exist or something."
Carlotta is still tight-lipped. So, Marco continued. "I deserve to be punished. You can punish me for anything, Carlotta."
Carlotta sighs. "What you're doing is wrong, Marco. You know I'm not that kind of woman."
"I know, Carlotta. And I told Signor Ferrara. But he forced." Marco is crying now. "You should know what kind of man he is. He can do anything to get his wish. So, I was thinking of following him while he made a good offer, not a threat."
Carlotta cringing. "Did he ever threaten you?"
"Actually, yeah. A few days ago he came in here and grabbed me by the shoulder. I'm-I'm so scared, Carlotta. He insisted on seeing you, but I wouldn't let him. Finally he left after threatening not to let you go."
"Good shit, Marco." Carlotta was so sorry to see Marco cry so much and fear like that. "You did the right thing. Now, let's stand up."
Marco shook his head stubbornly. "I won't stand until you forgive me."
Carlotta smile. "I've forgiven you. Your mistakes are fatal, but your kindness to me is so much more. Now, come here and hug me."
Marco looked at Carlotta with sparkling eyes. However, a moment later her tears flowed even more. "I'm really sorry, Carlotta. You're a good girl. Signor Ferrara doesn't deserve to do this to you."
Then, Marco got up and hugged Carlotta tightly. "You promised you wouldn't do something like this again, right?"
Carlotta nodded. "I promise. I'll try to remember, no matter what happens up ahead, I still have you and my two sisters. It's the only thing that keeps me going."
"Oh, sweetheart..." Marco was crying again.
Now Carlotta laughs. "Already, already, Marco. Turns out you're whinyer than Ciara and Carina."
Marco wiped his tears. "Now, I think I should know what really happened between you and that Signor-Buck-Ferrara."
Then Carlotta told Marco Bruni everything.

"Find me a good soap opera." Tell her grandmother to Alessandro.
"Good, Grandma." Submissively, Alessandro changed channels to find a soap opera that looks promising.
The soap opera tells about love that is not up to the haunting and heartbreaking. When his grandmother was washed away by the storyline of the show, Alessandro prank open the phone. He scrolls and continues to scroll down until he finds news of actress Carlotta Marinelli's press conference.
Apparently, the press conference was aired live on a television station now.
"Uhm, Grandma, can I change the television channel for a moment? There's something I want to see." Alessandro let out a look of compassion that 99% always managed to make his grandmother obey whatever she wanted.
His grandmother lost. "All right."
Alessandro immediately turned around Carlotta's press conference.
The conference was held in a closed building. It seems like Marco Bruni is really doing a lot of scrutiny so that disinterested people can't infiltrate.
"Carlotta, is it true that you attempted suicide?" Ask one of the reporters.
Carlotta, who appeared charming in a light blue cocktail dress, shook her head and smiled. "That's all just a misunderstanding. I fell asleep in the shower and drowned accidentally. The hotel did something amazing by taking me to the hospital and saving my life. I am so grateful and grateful for their service."
"How are you doing now, Carlotta? Will you be able to shoot on time or will the shooting be postponed due to this incident?" Another reporter asked.
Carlotta replied calmly. "Screening will be done on schedule. I apologize to all those who have been worried and harmed by this incident. Really, it was my fault. The entire production team has prepared everything that is best for the smooth filming process later."
Then another reporter asked. "Some of us were waiting for you at the hospital, Carlotta. And we saw the arrival of the chairman of Ferrara Group, Alessandro Ferrara. Can you tell me what the connection is between you and Signor Ferrara?"
Calmness evaporates from Carlotta. Face paled. He became nervous. His hands are cold. The girl squeezed out a pen she was holding, trying not to lose grip.
Meanwhile, Alessandro's grandfather immediately folded his newspaper and put the object away. He sat up straight when he heard his surname and grandson's name mentioned. Alessandro's grandmother let out a more severe reaction. He gasped loudly and looked directly between Alessandro and the television screen in turn.
On the glass screen, Carlotta finally gave an answer. "It just seems to be here that this conference is going on. I personally apologize once again to all those who feel aggrieved and worried. In the future, I will try to keep myself better so as not to disappoint you all."
Then Carlotta stood up, leaned over the camera, then walked out of the room escorted by Marco Bruni. The girl no longer paid attention to the crowd of reporters who became increasingly excited by the speculation.
Lady Ferrara now looked at her granddaughter curiously. "Is there really something going on between you and that actress?"
Alessandro shook his head and laughed. "That's just fabricated gossip, Grandma. Don't worry."
His grandmother still looked at him with a probing look. "Then, try to explain why you're so interested in this news if it's not important? You asked me to change television channels, Alessandro."
Alessandro laughed nervously. "Ah, don't think about it, Grandma. Nothing, really."
Now, Alessandro stood up and prepared to go from there to avoid further questioning his grandmother.
However, his grandfather hinted for him to return to his seat. Having no other choice, Alessandro returned to his seat.
"You didn't do anything bad to this girl until she committed suicide, did you?" Grandfather asked.
"Of course not, Cake. Besides didn't the girl say she just overslept and accidentally drowned in the bathtub?" Alessandro defended himself.
His grandfather seemed dissatisfied. "We may do many ways in business and in life, Alessandro. Sometimes the ways are not straight. However, we, the Ferrara family, value the lives of others. Grandpa doesn't want to hear your name linked to someone else's death. Understood?"
Alessandro nodded quickly. "Of course, Cake."
"But if you really have a special relationship with that girl, I agree. She looks good. He admitted his mistakes in public. And he seemed professional for not wanting to thrill-seeking by answering questions outside the context of his job." Grandfather continued.
Alessandro's face turned red.
Her grandmother smiled. "Grandmother agrees. If you two get married, I'm sure our great-grandson will be either incredibly handsome or beautiful. Your genes are both amazing."
Alessandro's face was getting red again. Imagine to marry Carlotta alone he did not dare. Especially to have a child with that girl.
