Perfect Husband's

Perfect Husband's
45. Andre's engagement

Alex woke up from his sleep. It was always every night that he dreamed of an event that he wanted to forget. Every sleep is haunted by guilt and that's why Alex is sleep deprived because she doesn't want to see the same dream every night.

After a journey of about 16 hours, Alex finally arrived in Paris. The city of love is where she leaves her old love and finds her new love as well. At a time like this, he suddenly missed Hani. Though previously he insisted not to be contacted, but suddenly he wanted to listen to the voice of his future wife. But he held back because he had to take care of the car loan first because during Paris he was alone, not accompanied by Chris who usually had everything arranged. Luckily he had the thought to make an International SIM so he did not need to be overwhelmed without the presence of Chris.

As soon as he finished taking care of everything, Alex immediately drove towards the center of the city. He wanted to go to the hotel Chris had booked before he thought of plans while in Paris. While driving to the hotel, Alex tries to call Hani, hoping the girl is not busy and ignores her phone.

Alex smiles when he hears Hani's voice greeting even though Hani's greeting sounds rude but it makes Alex laugh.

"Hey, you said we shouldn't be in touch while you're in Paris. Then what do you mean this? You're like a defeated army before the war knows," ketus Hani from across there.

"Do you really not want to be in touch with me, honey?" Alex chuckles.

Hani mendehem, "Not really. But this is not even a day as we promised" Hani said again.

Alex smiled sweetly, "I just miss you, honey. What's wrong if I miss you?"

"Ah, don't make me sad Alex. We met yesterday. Don't make me want to get to you there" Hani sneered.

"come. I'm waiting for you here. Let's just go over the memories of when we first met here, honey."

"What's? Are you serious Alex?" Hani sounded excited.

"No," Alex argued quickly, "i'm just kidding honey, don't take it seriously."

Hani pecked in annoyance, "Ih, kirain is serious."

Alex chuckles little, "But it would be nice if you were here, honey. It's too sad to spend the day in this city of love alone. It'll be different when you're here."

"Don't blame me if I suddenly come, Alex. Then you'll end up in my hands" threatened Hani.

"You can't come. You're busy with your work" Alex sneered and laughed out loud.

*"I could have taken my leave again, replaced it with our marriage leave later*. That means we can't get married, Alex." Hani threatened back.

"Well, can't be so dear. Our marriage is inviolable, I must marry you even if we marry in the hospital."

Hani was heard laughing crisply across the street, "Do you really want to marry me? I'm flattered."

"Yes, honey," said Alex softly. "Darling, we'll talk later, I'll have to check into the hotel first."

"Can I call you later, Alex?"

"Sure, Honey."

"alright. Love you, Alex," said Hani and immediately disconnected their connection.

Alex could only chuckle amusedly at the funny behavior of his future wife.

Hani looked at Chris fixedly, waiting for an answer from the man.

"Come, Chris. Let's go to Paris together and meet Alex there" Hani took with her sweet smile.

Chris remained adamant and shook his head quickly, "No. I can't. You have to work."

"My problem is my business, Chris. After all, soon I will take my specialist," said Hani trying to convince.

"Don't act like this to me Hani. If you're like this, I'm the one who bothered to make your future husband," Chris asked.

Hani shook his head and looked at Chris sharply, "Don't make me do something that will make you dangerous" he said with a slanted smile that made him look creepy in Chris' eyes.

"What's that?" asked Chris nervously.

"I'll tell Alex if you tease me as long as she's not here" Hani said with a smile that showed her victory.

Chris looked up, "Are you crazy? You're the one who teased me Hani. That's what you're doing to me now. I should have reported you to Alex" he said, staring at Hani in disbelief. He did not expect Hani who he initially thought was innocent turned out to be quite cunning as well.

"Do you think Alex would believe me if I teased you?" a smile full of victory did not fade from Hani's face, "already, Chris. Just give up."

"What are you going to do there? Hm?" Chris tried to divert the conversation.

Hani thought for a moment. He didn't even think about what he would do in Paris. But because of his conversation with Alex last time, Hani so want to go to Paris. If asked what he was for, he didn't even know. All he knows is he just misses Alex, the lover.

"I just miss Alex. I think that's the right reason" Hani said with an innocent face.

Chris' eyes were perfectly rounded. He did not expect the answer Hani had just uttered. "So you're torturing me like this just because you miss Alex? Are you an ancient human who didn't understand how to call other people using a cell phone? Should I teach you? He's only been gone three days. Can't you hold back the miss for three days?" the story is non-stop.

"You won't understand because you're single" Hani sneered as she sipped her orange juice.

Chris admitted defeat. He was unable to fight Hani anymore. Now he knows why Alex is sure he wants to marry this woman. The answer is that they both belong to the same species. Yeah, equally weird and stubborn.

Facing Alex alone has overwhelmed Chris. After Alex gets married, she has to face Hani again. Just imagining it has made Chris vain resign at any time.

"Hows it? Do you agree?" asked Hani with excited eyes.

"Yes, it's up to you Han" said Chris slowly.

Hani screamed softly. He's happy because he finally got to see Alex in Paris and that means they can remember their first meeting there.

Chris looked at Hani flatly. He is not sure if Hani can still be that happy when he sees the actual circumstances where he will see Alex's past and circumstances that he never knew before.

"Hani, you have to be ready to accept the reality" Chris recalled seriously.

"What do you mean?" asked Hani with a furrowed eyebrow.

Chris shook his head, "It's okay," the lie.
