42. Welcome Back's

"Good morning, Love" Darren greets Feli, peeping at the lover's forehead. The thing he always did every morning, afternoon, evening and night and as usual he would not get an answer because Feli was still closed in a long sleep that was terrible for Darren.

Darren spread his head on the side of the bed, clutching Feli's hand free from the infusion hose. All that was heard was the sound of Feli's heartbeat indicating that the girl was alive and breathing.

Darren again pleaded for the creator's favor. Asking God to wake Feli from his terrible sleep for Darren. To whom else could he ask, if not to God, for only God could help him. Does not God always have a perfect way for his servants. His plan is always beautiful, although in the plan there are sorrows and tears but in the end all will be beautiful in time, because God will always give a happy ending to his servant.

The brown bead slowly opened its eyes after nearly two months of sleeping in its long sleep. Feli blinked his eyes a few times to adjust the blinding sunlight.

Feli looked around. The room is dominated by white. He grimaced with the pain in his head. Trying to remember what really happened. The flashback to the accident revolved around his memory. Is Darren okay? How long has he been in the hospital? Question after question attacked him.

Feli grimaced again as soon as he wanted to move his hand. He looked to see the thing holding his hand. His heart warmed up immediately. The smile on his face as soon as he saw the thing that had hit his hand was the head belonging to the man he had just mentioned his name in his heart. Feli breathed a sigh of relief, Darren turned out to be fine. Feli raised his hand, stretched out his and gently rubbed Darren's hair. Feli, could see Darren's body was stunned as soon as he gently rubbed Darren's hair. He knew Darren was awakened by his touch but why Darren was still petrified and not raising his head. Feli frowned confused but still with his hand that was above Darren's head.

"Wake up" came Feli's voice.

This is Feli's voice, Feli really woke up from his sleep. This isn't a dream. Darren.

With his heart racing he slowly raised his head. His hazel eyes collided with Feli's brown eyes which were always able to calm him down.

Feli smiled as he reached out his hand intending to touch Darren's face. Darren shook his head, he clasped the hand before landing on his face. Take him to his lips. Darren showered that hand with his kiss.

His long wait finally paid off. The tiredness of that waiting evaporates so easily replaced with infinite gratitude. Darren doesn't know to reveal how happy he is at the moment.

"Sister.." Feli's call immediately made Darren stop kissing Feli's hand.

Did he just call me brother? ask in the heart. God what kind of destiny you will give me again. Why did Feli call me sister?

Darren stared fixedly at Feli's face, just as he was about to open his mouth to make sure his hearing was open. Feli and Darren looked over. There stood Mommy, his Daddy and Mike.

Mommy Mika walked quickly to her daughter. Touching Feli's face rubbed her gently then pulled her into his arms. Cries filled the room.

"Thank God, thank you so much for coming back" Mika kissed her daughter's head repeatedly.

Feli was just silent, he just tightened his embrace on his Mommy body.

"Welcome back, sweetie" Felix's remarks interrupted Mika to let go of her embrace. Felix hugged his daughter and kissed her forehead

"We miss you dear" she held back tears and let go of her embrace.

"I'm sure you're strong, and my faith isn't in vain. You're back" Mike hugs Feli, showering him with a kiss. Things that never happened before.

"I can't imagine if you didn't wake up from that long slumber. The man can go crazy" Mike pointed at Darren who was busy with his thoughts on why Feli called him brother.

Feli looked at Darren and smiled warmly.

"You don't have to feel guilty like that, brother. Now I'm fine and so are you"

Everyone fell silent as soon as they heard the way Feli called Darren. They looked at Darren to ask, understanding the meaning of his family's gaze Darren shook his head a sign he also did not understand what was happening.

"Darling, what did you call Darren?" Mika asked softly while rubbing Feli's head.

"Sister" He answered briefly but like a hard slap in Darren's face.

"Are you joking about Feli?" mike asked and looked at his oldest brother's pity. Darren

"What do you mean?" Feli was confused

"Say me who?" Mike needs to make sure.

"You're my Daddy" he replied of origin.

"Oh my God, it looks like his head is indeed a problem Dad, quickly you call the Doctor" Mike's orders to his Daddy are immediately taken by his Daddy.

"Darling, have you really forgotten about Darren?" mika asked softly.

"Oh Mom, I can't possibly forget it. She is our oldest sister" Feli replied staring at Mika, Darren and Mike alternately.

Darren chuckled with a pitiful face. He took a deep breath and ruffled his hair in frustration.

"Why is it like this" he murmured

"It's not fair" his voice shook again

"Why did you save me?" darren asked coldly and sniffly. He felt like he was being played with by destiny.

Feli frowned confused by Darren's change in face

"I promised Daddy I'd shower you with a lot of love. Of course I don't want you to be wretched" Feli looked at Darren

"Trust me I don't need that kind of love, Feli" she said.

"You hurt me. I saved you but you scolded me" Feli's voice choked.

"If you know this better I don't wake up forever"

"And I won't mind catching up with you" Darren said flatly without a burden.

"Excessive" Feli turned his face away.

"Alright I'll prove it" Darren picked up the fruit knife that was located on the table.

"What are you doing Darren" Mommy cried hysterically as soon as she saw Darren pressing a knife into her veins.

"Son, don't act silly" Tegur Felix doesn't like. What's wrong with this son. Why is he so childish.

"Oh..God when this mess is going to end" Mike walked over towards Darren trying to take the knife out of Darren's hand.

"That's Darren's real knife" Mike said as if Darren didn't know it was a real knife.

Darren did not care, he stared fixedly at the face of Feli who was staring at the knife in Darren's hand.

"You cheated!!" isak Felis

"You're always scaring me" Feli sobbed.

At that instant Darren removed the knife from his grasp. He smiled and pulled Feli into his arms.

"Thank you dear.thank you for coming back to me" Darren hugged Feli's body tightly.

"Is your hand hurting" asked Feli in Darren's arms.

Darren shook his head

"No. The knife wasn't sharp, it was just a fruit knife" Darren chuckled.

"I love you Maxston" Feli tightened his embrace.

"I love you more"

Mike snorted annoyed

"Just waking up from the brink of death, you've been joking" he said annoyed.

"You should see how insane your lover is, so you'll rethink playing him" Mike said still with obvious annoyance.

Mommy and her Daddy chuckled and breathed a sigh of relief. Feli they're back.

"Mike don't scold my lover" Darren scolded without letting go of Feli's embrace.

Feli raised his head slightly to look at Mike and then released his tongue.

Mike shook his head.

"How could there be a human like him, having just survived the brink of death was already so annoying like that. Luckily she is my sister and I love her so much. Poor Darren" he muttered that everyone could still hear.

"Darren.." whine Feli.

"Mike.." Darren said.

"Start...Yep..Today began McKenzi's house daughter started her drama" Mike stared resentfully at Feli.

"Welcome back my annoying older sister" Mike smiled fakely

"I also miss you my annoying sister" Feli scrunched up.
