Maxilian was stunned to hear Julia's reply. His eyes looked at Julia full of question marks. This girl, from where she knew that her mother's wedding ring was very simple and was now in her hands. How could this girl know the things that she kept meeting so easily? Was his wife secretly investigating him? Or did her grandmother tell her? But her mother's ring was not something that a girl like her could play with.
Rose clenched her hand involuntarily. Julia's words were like lightning striking her body. Maxilian's mother's wedding ring must be kept tidy. But why would a girl like Julia get it? The more he heard, the more he knew Julia's position in Maxilian's life. And it was getting sick in his heart.
'Julia Brasco, I have to get rid of you. You must die! Maxilian is mine!' press Rose in your heart.
In the middle of a tense atmosphere, Julia's phone suddenly rang. He turned his hand and gaze on the rectangular screen that was inside his bag. Without seeing the gazes of the entire person, he picked up his phone without a sound.
"Julia, did you hear this woman's cry?"
Julia's body froze as the sound of a familiar woman's cries dominated her ears. His eyes lit up vigilantly with tempestuous rage. "What did you do to him?"
"If you want Maria to survive, then you should come get her. I'll send you the location, but make sure you don't tell anyone. Or Maria will die slowly."
The phone was covered and Julia's face turned pale. Aunt Maria is in Janet's hands and crying. If she hadn't come, then her aunt wouldn't have survived. She can't leave her aunt in Janet's hands.
"Sister-in-law, what's wrong?" carlen asked curiously in surprise to see Julia's face change.
Julia stood with a look of despair. The calm he used to display was now gone replaced with fear, his hand quickly grabbed his bag. Before he stepped up, his phone shook once more. Makes his heart seem strong.
"Julia," call Maxilian inquisitive.
But Julia doesn't care. He ran very fast from the room and got straight into a taxi. Seeing this Maxilian stood up, but of course his four cousins would not be easily overcome.
"Your cousin, she's running away the expensive shoes you bought?" scold Harvey calmly.
Rose smiled, "Did something happen? But cousin, shouldn't you be more worried about Grandma?"
Maxilian turned, "What do you mean?"
Carlen clapped his hand with a pleased look. "Ah, maybe grandpa should worry too."
"You touched them?" asked Maxilian coldly. There was a glint full of warning visible in his eyes.
Rose laughs. "Why didn't the cousin go home and make sure of it?"
Maxilian snorted and stepped up. He looked ahead with hostility. As he exited the building, his hand clearly contacted someone. "Jeni, destroy the building I just left."
On the other end of the phone Jeni was stunned. "Bo-Boss, but young lady-"
"Disregard him," Maxilian explained calmly, "He knows what things he should do."
After that he hung up the phone quickly.Maxilian looked straight and got into his car. His eyes looked at the direction Julia was going. There were many complicated things in his eyes, but at this moment his expression looked even more alert.
He did not understand why all his cousins were acting beyond reasonableness. And also Julia's enemies, they're getting reckless. She could see the anger in Julia's eyes before being replaced with anxiety. Then the girl looked cold with a vengeful look on her eyes.
Jeni stared at the fire from inside her car. A thin smile was engraved on her lips and she casually turned her head slightly back. The crowd began to crowd and police cars began to arrive.
"You know what, what to say?"
The three men sitting behind nodded obediently.
"No need to worry boss," answered one of them.
"Fire occurs because of a shortened flow of electricity." overwrite one of the others
Jeni smiled, "You can get out."
The three people nodded, but then the first person stopped and looked at Jeni.
"Boss, what about Miss Julia?"
"Miss Julia?" rework Jeni to make sure. The man nodded and waited for his answer. "The big boss told us not to watch him."
"But-"
"That's an order!" cut Jeni. He glanced sharply back. "remember, we contracted the Lunox family, so don't ask much. Go!"
The three men finally left, making Jeni stare at the fire of the building located a hundred meters from her car. The black smoke billowed high, making the bustling city even more crowded into a crowd. He silently smiled faintly, as he recalled his true identity and how the Lunox family had saved him.
Jeni is a fugitive from a communist country, her family slaughtered. Meeting Mery's gentle and loving mistress lets her escape from bad memories to stand on her own feet. Even being the leader in his group at the moment.
He had trained people ready to work under his hands and all contracted by the Lunox family. His mission to protect Julia was clearly known to all of his subordinates. But at the moment things are very precarious. He had to hurry back before Maxilian got angry. And Julia? That girl, she can't do anything right now.
At first he thought that this young lady of his meant a lot to his young master. But when she finds out that her protection is cut off when Julia leaves in a hurry, she finds out that Julia doesn't mean much. Even so, he was not an ungrateful person. She is deeply moved by Julia's attitude of treating her like a friend. But right now he can't break the leader's rules. So she can only hope Julia will be okay.
Meanwhile, Julia had just arrived at a two-story mansion. The house with white and gray paint looks quiet. It reminded him of his home in China. Even considering all the murderous plans Aaron had planned for him. It made him shiver in fear but also full of anger.
There was no expression on his face for a moment. But in his eyes it clearly looked vengeful. His steps were slow and graceful, he opened the door of the house slowly with a piercing gloom. The smell of dust with a thin cloth blanket covered some of the furniture in the room. Even some cobwebs adorn some corners in them. It was as if the house had long been abandoned by its inhabitants.
His eyes were staring at the scene there, making him smile. He stared up, at the old, shabby-looking stairs. I don't know why he wasn't interested in going upstairs. He chose to walk, pulled one of the white cloths from a single sofa and sat there quietly. His eyes looked around, then with a single move, he leaned his back leisurely.
"Come out, I've come!"
silence! julia smiled when she saw that no one answered. But he's not stupid. His eyes looked back at the stairs more thoroughly, then at the floor below which was dusty but left a thick stain that piled up.
The oil!
On the stairs to drip down to the bottom floor!
Julia wanted to laugh, if only she had not calmed down and not been careful maybe she had already fallen and died. His bones were broken and more terrible was that no one knew of his whereabouts. Looking at that shallow and silly plan, Julia could not stop smiling.
