First Day of Work

Upon arriving at the car park, Julia gets into it. Julia found no one there. He looked at Jeni while demanding an explanation.

"Miss, I'm sorry I did that because the young master ordered directly. The young master's cousins are very dangerous."

"Maxilian, he agreed to hire me. He said I could ask for as much salary as I want you."

Tomas surprised. The two of them entered the elevator until the door closed. Seeing Tomas who was silent Julia again explained.

"This marriage, I'm sure you know that this is just a contract. I just don't want to be a vagabond after parting from her."

"Miss, sir won't let that happen."

Julia nodded. "I don't want to rely on his hands. I want to go and live with my own money. Tomas, don't you have a dream?"

Tomas nodded and only looked at Julia who was staring straight ahead with a deep hurt look.

The shareholders' meeting room was closed. Just as it was about to start, Tomas opened the door wide making all the eyes that were in the room turn inquisitive. He stepped aside, letting Julia step quietly and he followed behind. Pulling a chair for Julia, and opening a few sheets of documents in front of Julia that Julia directly studied without caring for the strange gaze of everyone.

Janet, Jordan, and Hendri along with several other people who are shareholders and important members were very surprised to see the arrival of Julia. But when they saw Tomas obediently serving Julia, they all dared not speak up. Only Janet immediately darkened and made a sound.
