Sacred Promise

Umi's hatred for Nadine has indeed disappeared. His attitude is very friendly. Idyla has also earned a place as her granddaughter. But to accept him as a donor, even if voluntary, feels heavy.

"Give me a chance to atone for my sins, Umi," pinta Nadine said. His gaze floundered with pleas. "For Gerdy's father."

Andini's departure made her heart a little relieved. They both are the future wife of his mother's choice that is difficult to sow love. Probably because she is an older woman.

Vishnu hopes Nadine's kidney matches his father's. The woman should have been a part of her father's life because she had offered him a granddaughter whose blood flowed in her body.

Umi has offered reimbursement of operating costs along with other gifts so that Idyla can be brought home. But Nadine refuses because she can't live without her child.

The situation was heated when Vishnu supported Katrin's idea for her sister to demand a divorce from Bradley, and she was ready to become a substitute husband.

Nadine is far more fit to be a wife than Karlina and Andini. But the plan evaporated because of strong opposition by his father.

Abi seemed to want himself to live in trials by marrying women who did not match his taste.

The doctor smiled at their arrival. He knew what the two beautiful women were being taken to the hospital for.

"Some have gone ahead" he said. "Mother's husband is already in the operating room."

"Negotiate with the doctor?" ask Vishnu.

"I don't dare to be presumptuous" replied the doctor. "The one who gives the gift is my brother, not me."

"Then?"

"He didn't mention the gift, it seemed sincere to want to help."

"Who is such a good person, Doc?" sambar Umi wants to know.

Before replying, the doctor scanned them at a glance as if wanting to read his heart.

"A bad guy" he said carefully. "I'm sorry, I have no choice but to help the patient as soon as possible."

"I don't care what the status is," said Umi. "Where is the man now?"

"In the post-operative room. Please see him."

Not yet they had time to leave the room, a nun had already barged in in in a hurry.

"Dok ...," she reported nervously. "The patient in the post-surgery room is gone."

They're flabbergasted. Umi until wide open. Gone off?

"Why allowed?" the Doctor was angry. "You know how he is."

"I don't know when it's going, Doc" said the nurse. "When I arrived, the room was empty."

"Doctor have the address?" vishnu's view is confused.

Gerdy stepped staggered through the curtain of rain leaving the hospital. His body is very weak. Powerless. It was only because of the strength of his heart that he was able to walk towards that holy place.

The survival of his father did not depend only on his given kidney.

It was unheeded the cold that bit his body. Heedless of his wet clothes. Many times he fell down, but rose again with hope.

Gerdy wiped away the tears that flooded his face. "But this time, this once, with all my shame come before You. Begging for your pity. Don't take my dad. Don't let him go. I promise, I'll give my soul to You if you leave my father to them...."

Gerdy slowly got up, and as he left the shrine, his father left the operating room safe.

The doctor himself was astonished. Somehow the blood pressure that continues to decline during surgery suddenly rises stable. Although various drugs are no longer able to stimulate it.
