The female doctor performed an ultrasound on Nisa's womb, two fetuses having been deposited in Nisa's womb.

" Can you see her Madam" the Doctor told Nisa.

Nisa smiled happily, her tears rushing down her smooth and pale cheeks.

" Your content is very weak, but the fetus looks healthy with 4 weeks of gestation" said the Doctor smiled.

" Look at you have 2 fetuses" continued Doctor.

" Happy Madam" said the doctor and nurses who helped Nisa tidy up her clothes and medical equipment.

" You have to set the diet for your health and the baby's future" Doctor touched Nisa's head.

" Thank you Doc" Nisa smiled with tears flowing.

The doctor and nurse come out of Nisa's room, the doctor meets Nathan who is faithfully waiting at the door.

" Thank you" Nathan received a helping hand from the Doctor and the nurses.

" Thank you" said Nisa.

" Same Madam, I'm sorry Sir" Roy left Nisa's room.

" Go to sleep" Nathan knew Nisa was very sleepy under the influence of the drug.

Nathan was sitting on the Sofa, he saw Nisa who started to close her eyes slowly without any worry.

Nisa had fallen asleep, Nathan walked over, he noticed Nisa's slumbering face.

" This is what I want to be with you for even a little while, helping and taking care of you" Nathan spoke to the sleeping Nisa.

Satisfied looking at Nisa's face, Nathan returns to the sofa and falls asleep, as he is tired of looking after Nisa.
