Afifah continued to move his legs casually, there was not the slightest fear in his heart, he smiled looking around pleasing himself.
Afifah began to smell unpleasant odors, he stopped his footsteps, paying attention to every room without a name.
Afifah's eyes looked at the blood-red gutter, and thought it was medicinal liquid.
"This hospital is huge, but why are so many buildings unused?" Afifah continued his steps.
"Why did I get lonely, I used to see a lot of people walking here, where did they disappear?" Afifah was puzzled as he clearly saw many men dressed as Doctors walking towards the warehouse.
Nathan was running so fast, not caring about the many people he had hit, there was a lot of worry in his brain.
If there are strangers who enter the storage warehouse without a special identity it will be immediately anesthetized and removed memory or made a victim of an organ.
Nathan is very worried that if Afifah sees the contents of the warehouse, there will be many questions that he raises and Nathan does not want them to happen.
Afifah is at the very end of the building and , he read papa name written medical center storage.
"I'm so tired and thirsty that I keep going, isn't there anyone I can ask?" Afifah twisted his body looking for people.
"I saw someone running into this building." Afifah's hand held the handle and wanted to open the door slowly, hoping that someone would help him return to Nathan's room.
A burly hand restrained Afifah's hand which turned towards the handsome man smiling sweetly.
"Are you lost?" Nathan smiled gently at Afifah, the shirt shirt has been soaked in sweat from running.
"Nathan." Afifah sat on the floor.
"Why?" Nathan looked at Afifah worriedly.
"I'm tired of running around looking for a way back into your room." Afifah's face was pale.
"I'll carry you." Nathan prepares to lift the tiny body of Afifah.
"No, I just need a little break, I'm glad you can find me." Afifah leaned his body against the wall of the barn.
"We'd better move somewhere." Nathan watched the warehouse.
"A moment, I'm really tired, this hospital is endless." Afifah licks his dry lips.
"I'm sorry I left you alone in my study." Nathan looked at the pale face of Afifah.
"It's my fault for walking aimlessly and not knowing the way." Afifah wiped his sweat.
"It's my fault that you can't get away from me." Nathan spoke to his heart and took his cell phone to contact someone to deliver drinking water. A man drives a car delivering drinking water.
The back door is directly connected with the highway, a special line to carry the order.
"Please sir, I'm sorry." The man in the nurse's clothes gave the car keys and the drink bottle.
"Thank you." Nathan took the car keys and the water.
"Drink." Nathan opens the mineral bottle and hands it to Afifah.
"Thank you, sorry to bother you so late." Afifah drinks mineral water carefully.
"Why my body condition is so weak, usually I can walk around the village on foot." Afifah looked at Nathan.
"Maybe because you're not healthy.". Nathan avoided Afifa's gaze because he was lying.
"My body's fine, I don't have any other diseases." Afifah looked around.
"We'd better go home so you can rest." Nathan helped Afifah stand up.
"It seems I'm walking too far." Afifah saw Nathan's sports car parked behind the barn.
"Did I not see a doctor?" Afifah saw a white clock in his hand.
"You need to rest, we can come back tomorrow." Nathan smiled gently.
"All right." Afifah follows Nathan on his way to a red sports car.
Nathan closed the car door, he saw Afifah who had closed his eyes and fell asleep from exhaustion, his body very weak.
"I'm sorry baby, I just want what I can do so you can't get away from me, I don't want to lose the woman I love." Nathan touched Afifah's cheek gently.
The sports car drove at medium speed leaving the hospital and returning to the villa.
Seeing Nayla's car parked on Nathan's doorstep immediately turning the car around and out of the villa yard, he did not want Nayla to disturb Afifah.
Cars continue to drive up to the very beautiful waterfront with restaurants and hotels overlooking the high seas.
Nathan stops his car and sees Afifah still asleep. Staring at a pretty face with plump eyelashes and small but sexy lips is tempting.
"You're so pretty." Nathan touched Afifah's cheek which opened his eyes slowly.
"Have we reached home yet?" Afifah looked around.
"Beach." Afifah smiled and got out of the car, he ran towards the crystal clear sea water.
Some people saw Afifah, amazed at the beauty of the little girl wrapped in covered clothes. Nathan smiles and runs after Afifah who looks happy to see the sea.
"Dear, be careful." Nathan approached Afifah and glanced at some of the men who were staring at Afifah.
The beautiful woman was stored in the village so that no one could see her beauty. Spent the days named child and patient.
When he came out of the village, everyone was amazed at the extraordinary and different beauty, the adult age but Afifah had the cute face of a teenage girl.
"Nathan, I really like the beach." Afifah smiled beautifully.
"we can go to the beach every day." Nathan smiled.
"I used to go with Asraf and we were scolded." Afifah smile.
"Can you forget Asraf?" Nathan stared intently at Afifa.
"Why? he's my brother." Afifah did not like Nathan's words.
"Because I'm jealous if you keep mentioning another man's name in front of me." Nathan holds the hijab of Afifah which drifts in the wind.
"He's my brother." Afifah pressed his voice.
"I still don't like it." Nathan bowed his head closer to the face of Afifah who had to look up because Nathan was very tall.
"Let go!" Afifah pulled his hijab and walked away from Nathan.
"I felt strange about the man, whether anyone was jealous of his own brother." The afifah kept going.
Nathan follows Afifah from behind, worried that the woman will faint from being too tired.
"Hi girl, you are so beautiful, can we get acquainted?" A man stood before Afifah who looked up.
"Don't bother my lover!" Nathan pushed the man's body to the ground in the sand.
"I guess she's more suited to be your sister." the man smiled.
"Stop!" Afifah pulls Nathan's shirt.
"If it wasn't for my lover, I would have smashed your face and blinded your eyes!" Nathan whispered in the ear of the man who had stood up.
"Never appear in front of me again!" Nathan smiled and pulled Afifah's hand past the smiling man.
"Interesting, it's nice to see a man who's overprotective on his woman, surely he gets on hard." The man smiled and looked at Afifah who was looking at him.
"Woman with an adorable face." the man continued to notice Afifah who removed his hand from Nathan's grasp.
"Why are you so rude, I don't like it." Afifah stopped his steps.
"I'm sorry." Nathan faces the Afifah.
"Do you like to hit people?" Afifah looked hard at Nathan.
"I'll hit the guilty." Nathan smiled handsomely.
"Is this man guilty?" Afifah did not move his gaze.
"Yes, he's guilty of flirting with you." Nathan stared intently at Afifa.
"He just said hello." Afifah passed Nathan.
"Listen Afifa, you're only mine." Nathan blocked Afifah's path.
"Snack." Afifah went back past Nathan.
"She's so adorable." Nathan smiled and walked beside Afifah.
"Afifah, are you angry?" Nathan tilted his head and body.
Afifah truly deserves to be his sister, despite their age but with a height that only limits Nathan's chin and a cute face make Afifah look like an adorable teenage girl.
"No." Afifah did not care about Nathan, he continued to walk until he reached the front of the restaurant.
"Are you hungry?" Nathan smiled.
"Yes, it's lunch time." Afifah up the restaurant stairs.
"Did you bring money?" Afifah looked at Nathan.
"Of course, you can eat anything." Nathan smiled at Afifah's adorable face.
"I have to go back to the village." Afifah immediately sat on the side seat of the floating restaurant fence.
"Why?" Nathan sat in front of Afifa.
"I don't have anything here, my phone and wallet aren't on me, I don't have an identity." Afifah opens the menu book.
"Wait here, don't get out of the chair." Nathan ran towards the car and grabbed the woman's wallet from inside the car.
"What's this?" Afifah opened the wallet and saw a gold and black credit card.
"You can use that card to buy something you want and like." Nathan smiled.
"What I'm going to buy, I just want my own phone and wallet." Afifah put the wallet card back in the wallet and handed it to Nathan.
Nathan looked at Afifah with a disappointed look, the woman from the village was not interested in the money.
"You can keep it." Nathan put the wallet in Afifah's hand.
"You keep it, clothes can't go anywhere without you." Afifah put the wallet on the table and re-select the menu.
Nathan took a deep breath and threw it away, he put the wallet inside his pants pocket and waved his hand calling the restaurant waiter.
"Good day Sir, please select your menu." The waiter smiled kindly to Nathan who did not see him at all.
"Dear, have you chosen the menu?" Nathan pulled the menu from Afifah's hand.
"Yes, squid and shrimp oyster sauce and sweet sour spicy gulai fish." Afifah smiled beautifully to the waiter.
"Well are there any other additions, sir?" The waiter saw Nathan's handsome face again.
"No." Nathan handed me the menu book.
"That man is very handsome." the fellow waiter showed Nathan the table.
"You're right, I think the girl's sister looks young but she calls him darling." The waiter grumbled.
"Adolescents prefer to date adult men for a lot of money than men of their age." the waiters gossiped.
"You're right it must be a high school kid who needs money for school fees." a laugh.
"Clothes are closed when his brain thinks of a quick way to get money." a servant looks at Afifah.
"Why is that handsome guy interested in that little girl in covered clothes?" a chef puts the menu on a tray.
"Of course." They laughed together enjoying the gossip of restaurant visitors.
"Do you guys work to gossip?" A man stands at the kitchen door.
They immediately deliver Nathan and Afifah's order and stare at the table.
"Please enjoy." The waiter smiled sweetly.
"Thank you." Afifah returned the smile of the servant.
A man watches Afifah with a smile, he can guess from the style of speech and attitude of Afifah is a mature woman who has the face of a teenage girl.
"She is an adorable woman, no one will be able to guess her age." The man smiled.
Afifah enjoys lunch with Nathan elegantly, she is a mature woman who can carry herself.
Trying to forget the pain he experienced as a child, to make Afifah forget all things, excessive trauma and cruel treatment from his parents.
Afifa lived life like flowing water, following the flow that drove him somewhere. Living without burden because of too many injuries and sufferings that he experienced.
Nathan notices Afifa, he cannot understand the woman in front of him, there are many secrets stored and buried in the memory that have been erased.
They had finished enjoying their lunch and finished all the food on the table. Afifah smiled sweetly watching Nathan eat voraciously.
"Why are you smiling?" Nathan saw Afifah.
"I like to see eating out without being alone." Afifah tidied the tableware and arranged it so that it was easier for the servants to clean it.
"The waiter can do it." Nathan held Afifah's hand.
"It's okay to help them speed up their work." Afifah smile.
Nathan senses his phone ringing and sees a message from the butler saying Nayla has come home.
"Would we go home, you must be very tired, wait here I'll go pay." Nathan got up from the chair and walked towards the cashier.
"Can I clean the table now?" a servant girl approached Afifah.
"Of course." Afifah smile.
"Thank you." The waiter moved the tableware to the push table.
"Sorry, are you a student?" ask a waiter.
"I'm a teacher." Afifah smiled and got up from the chair, he did not want to block the servants from cleaning the table.
"really?" The waiter looked at each other in disbelief.
"Darling, let's get to the car." Nathan pulled the Afifah hijab.
"Why do you like to pull my hijab?" Afifah looked at Nathan.
"So what should I pull?" Nathan smiled.
"Forgetit." Afifah got in the car and sat down sweetly.
Nathan drives a car to a stop at a fancy supermarket, where he sees Afifah looking out but not intending to get out.
"Why do we stop here?" Afifah looked at Nathan.
"We have to buy a new phone for you, if you get lost you can call me." Nathan smiled and opened the door for Afifa.
"Can I just wait in the car." Afifah was still in his seat.
"You can choose the phone you like." Nathan looked at Afifah.
"I don't want to go in there." Afifah.
"Why?" Nathan looked down at Afifah's face.
"I once got lost in the supermarket and only Asraf managed to find me." Afifah looked at Nathan.
"Well, what's your favorite color?" Nathan smiled.
"You can choose as you wish." Afifah smile.
"Alright stay in the car don't get out!" Nathan smiled at Afifah who nodded his head like a submissive child.
Nathan ran quickly to the cell phone-buying ground, unwilling to leave Afifah too long.
"I should have ordered from home only and there's no need to buy here." Nathan scratched his non-itchy head.
"Today I kept running." Nathan smiled to himself.
Afifah looked around, he saw a familiar man but he forgot his name, a handsome, firm and cold-looking man walking past Afifah into the car.
"Who is that guy?" Afifah got out of the car and saw Asraf sitting in the driver's seat next to the man passing by him.
"Asraf, Asraf." Afifah yelled and chased the car further away from the parking lot.
Afifah continued to run, he did not know the condition of his body could not be too tired due to the formula that Nathan gave to him.
"Aspir." Afifah shouted, he fell on the street, feeling his head dizzy and his chest tight.
The world seemed to be spinning and getting darker, he was unconscious he was on the road, a car stopped right in front of Afifah.
A veiled woman got out of the car in a hurry and saw Afifah who had fainted.
"Jhonny's taking this girl to the side of the road!" Asiyah looked worried. He immediately took the medicine box in the car and checked Afifah's body condition.
"His body was very weak, he had to be immediately on impulse" Aisha looked towards Jhonny.
"We have to take her to the hospital." Aisyah looked around, a clinic not far from the supermarket.
"It's a clinic." Jhonny showed me his hand.
"Bring this girl!" Aisha looked at Jhonny.
"Do I have to carry her again?" Jhonny looked at Aisha.
"I allow you to help people." Aisyah smiled.
Jhonny immediately lifted Afifah's body walking with Aisyah towards the clinic. Nathan who was confused looking for Afifah saw Aisha and Jhonny.
"Give it to myself." Nathan took Afifah out of Jhonny's hands.
"Nathan, do you recognize this girl?" Aisha looked towards Nathan.
Jhonny looks at Nathan full of hate for harming Nisa and Stevent.
"Of course, he's with me." Nathan walked to his car.
"Why did he faint in the middle of the road and his condition was so weak as poisoning." Aisyah stopped Nathan's steps.
"He's sick and I know his condition." Nathan laid Afifah's body on the chair and closed the door.
"Nathan, the girl needs to be hospitalized immediately." Asiyah looked worried.
"Have you forgotten I'm a chemist?" Nathan smiles and drives a car leaving Aisyah and Jhonny.
"I suspect the girl's body." Aisyah looks at Nathan's car that has gone out of sight.
"Let's go home." Jhonny clasped Aisha's hand.
"If I ever see that girl again, I'll take her blood." Aisyah spoke to herself and walked with Jhonny back to the car.

"Why do you have to see doctor Ayesha" Nathan glanced at Afifah.
As a chemist it is not difficult for Aisyah to know the condition of the body of someone who is exposed to toxins as well as Nathan.
"That's enough you get out of the house." Nathan drove at high speed to his villa.
Carrying the body of Afifah up to the room and lying on the bed.
"What did he see running into the street?" Nathan opened his shirt that had been sticky by sweat.
Injecting an ampoule of fluid on Afifah's hands to stabilize the body's condition and neutralize the formula that has made Afifa weak.
"It turns out this formula is pretty dangerous on my woman's body." Nathan wiped the sweat off Afifah's face with a wet towel.

Nayla is pacing the living room waiting for Nathan's return from the hospital, not knowing that her sister is taking the woman to the villa.
"Uncle, why Nathan hasn't come back, it's not usual that he's been in the hospital for so long."Nayla folded her hands together on her chest.
"Did Miss Nayla have called the mobile number of the young master?" The butler looked down.
"Mobile is inactive." Nayla sits on the couch.
"Maybe Young Master is busy." The butler smiled. He knew his master was busy with a much loved woman.
"I'm so upset, Nathan doesn't have any more time for me." Nayla sips fresh fruit juice.
"It was Nisa who took Nathan away from me now that no one should take his time and attention for me." Nayla smiles.
"Young master also needs a companion to live, his age is not young anymore." The butler looked down.
"Did uncle insult me?" Nayla's eyes glared.
"Sorry Miss, a man is different from a woman." the butler glanced at Nayla.
"Forget it, I don't want to argue with Uncle." Nayla got out of her chair and walked to her car leaving Nathan's villa.
"Mr Nathan has to get away from Miss Nayla, if he wants to live happily with the people he loves." The butler saw Nayla's departure.
