A black Sport Car drove at high speed towards the hospital, stopping at the parking lot.

Stevent walked quickly to Jhonny's room, which was still in post-surgery care.

Walking haughtily without greeting the person he met, a sharp gaze straight ahead.

Neat clothes with black suits fit the body and are very compatible with Stevent's posture.

Stevent knocked on Jhonny's door and opened it, looking at every corner of the room.

Jhonny is lying helplessly on the patient's bed and Doctor Aisyah reads a magazine still reporting on the disappearance of a young businessman in an accident.

Stevent does not see his wife in Jhonny's room, there is only Nisa's beloved white backpack.

"Where's my wife?" stevent's voice shocked Doctor Aisyah.

"Oh God Stevent, can you say hello before you go in?" Doctor Aisyah scolded Stevent who did not care.

"Where's Nisa?" Stevent walked over and picked up Nisa's bag.

Doctor Aisyah shook her head looking at Stevent's behavior.

"Nisa followed Doctor Nada into her room" said Doctor Aisyah.

"Why, is Nisa sick?" Stevent was worried.

"No, Doctor Nada deliberately called Nisa into her room" explained Doctor Aisyah.

Stevent was in a hurry to leave Jhonny's room.

"Wait for Stevent" Doctor Aisyah walked over to Stevent.

"What's wrong?" ask Stevent.

"Is Nisa okay?" ask Doctor Aisyah.

"Do you mean Doctor Aisyah?" stevent looked up sharply.

"How does Doctor Nada explain the content of Nisa?" asked Doctor Aisyah curiously.

"Fetus is healthy and strong" Stevent answered briefly.

"How is Nisa? Is Nisa also healthy and strong?" ask Doctor Aisyah.

"What do you mean?" Stevent was confused.

"I think Nisa is not healthy, her body looks weak, during being in this room she always falls asleep involuntarily, like fatigue" explained Doctor Aisyah.

Stevent fell silent, everything Doctor Aisyah said was true, since pregnant Nisa often overslept at an indeterminate time.

Stevent left Jhonny's room and walked slowly towards Doctor Nada's room, standing at the door without knocking and opening the door.

Doctor Nada clasped Nisa's sleeping hand.

"Nisa, why is this happening to you?" Doctor Nada held back her cries

Doctor Nada was very sad, the helper and very good woman in front of him now lay weak.

Nisa opened her eyes slowly and smiled at Doctor Nada.

"This is my destiny" a soft voice full of sincerity rattled Doctor Nada's heart until a clear grain passed through the corner of her eye.

"Why are you crying Doctor Nada?"Nisa touched Doctor Nada's cheeks to remove the tears that flowed soaking down her face.

"Nisa, do you know you're sick and your womb is putting your life at risk?" Doctor Nada clasped Nisa's hand.

"I know, Nathan has told me" Nisa smiled.

"Why didn't you tell Stevent?" Doctor Nada touched Nisa's soft cheeks.

"I love my husband, I don't want to hurt him, I'll spend time with Stevent as long as I can and I hope God will allow me to give birth to our child into this world" Nisa's tears flowed in a smile.

"Doctor Nada, I beg you to keep my eye on Stevent a secret about the treatment that Nathan took on me, I don't want Steven to get hurt" Nisa clasped Doctor Nada's hand tightly.

Doctor Nada had hiccupped her cries, seeing Nisa's tension.

"I'll keep my womb up until the time, and hope that Nathan's treatment can deliver me to give birth" Nisa smiled Beautifully full of fortitude.

"Doctor Nada, Stevent was my first love, ever since he became my husband, on our wedding day, I started loving him" Nisa smiled happily as she recalled Stevent's spoiled manner towards him.

A cold man fell silent holding the doorknob outside the room.

The man with an overwhelming love for Nisa felt his body hit by the storm, destroying and crushing his soul and body.

Without realizing it, tears for the first time flowed down Stevent's hard face.

Stevent closed his eyes leaning against the wall of the room, trying to stay standing.

The world seemed to shake and spin destroying where Stevent stood.

Stevent leaves Nisa's bag at the door and runs towards her black sports car, driving at high speed.

Drive aimlessly, until the car stops at a restaurant on the beach.

Stevent opened the door and ran towards the beach.

"Aaaarrghh" Stevent shouted out loud, letting out all the sadness and disappointment in his heart.

"You, why did you meet me with him, and Why did you want to take him away from me" Stevent continued to shout, angry at the Creator.

"If you take it away from me, I will destroy this world, everyone" Stevent cried out even stronger.

Stevent sat in the sand, his tears streaming down his face and fell.

"No, you can't leave me, can't, I don't allow it, Aaaarrghh" Stevent grabbed his hair giving pain to his scalp.

Hands with sturdy fingers gripping the sand full of emotion.

Stevent really felt the destruction of his life again.

A man noticed Stevent from the restaurant.

"Mr Nathan looks like it's Mr. Stevent" Roy looks up at the beach followed by Nathan's gaze.

"What is this guy doing here?" Nathan looked at Stevent.

"It looks like he's frustrated" said Roy, watching Stevent.

"The man is useless, that's not what he should do" Nathan left his food behind and walked towards Stevent.

"Hey, what are you doing?" ask Nathan.

Stevent got out of the sand and pulled Nathan's collar.

"Say, tell me, what should I do for Nisa?" stevent's messy face was wet with his tears.

Nathan watched Stevent, they looked at each other.

"Did Nisa tell you the condition of her body?" ask Nathan slowly.

"No, he didn't say it but I did" said Stevent, who was still holding Nathan's collar.

"Remove your hand, this won't help Nisa" Nathan pulls Stevent's hand and pushes Stevent's body into the sand.

"Doctor Nisa can really destroy two of the most powerful men" Murmured Roy standing not far from Stevent and Nathan.

Nathan retracted Stevent's suit collar to stand up.

"Listen, I won't let Nisa die just from giving birth to your twins" Nathan looked Stevent in the eye but there was no reply from Stevent.

"Just tell me how to help Nisa" Stevent said slowly.

Nathan takes his hand off Stevent, unwilling to compete with a downturned, helpless man.

"I'm trying" Nathan said softly.

"It's all your fault, it should be before planning a pregnancy that you should get Nisa checked out" Nathan said.

Stevent just fell silent, he did not know what to do in his brain, his self-destruction would be accompanied by the destruction of the World.

Nisa got out of bed, got down slowly.

"Thank you for everything, also say Thank you to Nathan, I know he won't want to be paid" Nisa smiled and tidied up her headscarf.

"Where are you going?" ask the Doctor soft tone.

"I've been resting for a long time, Stevent must be looking for me" Nisa's face was so firm with her genuine smile.

Nisa hugged Doctor Nada and walked together towards the door.

A white backpack belonging to Nisa was lying in front of the door.

Nisa looked at her bag and looked around.

"Stevent" muttered Nisa taking her bag.

"What's wrong?" ask Doctor Nada.

"Stevent was here" Nisa looked at Doctor Nada with a worried look.

"Oh my God, he must have listened to our conversation" said Doctor Nada.

"Where is he, I'm so worried about him" Nisa walked quickly to Jhonny's room.

"Sisa wait" There was a ringing call from Doctor Nada's cell phone.

"Hello, what's up Roy?" asked Doctor Nada to answer the call.

"Is Doctor Nisa with you?" ask Roy.

"Ah Yes" replied Doctor Nada quietly.

"I'll send you a location, Mr. Stevent is here, he looks ruined" Roy decides on a call.

Doctor Nada noticed Nisa who was staring at her questioningly.

"Come with me" Doctor Nada clasped Nisa's hand.

"Where?" ask Nisa.

"Meet Stevent" said Doctor Nada.

Nisa just fell silent, she followed Doctor Nada's footsteps towards the Doctor's special parking lot.

The car drove to a beachside restaurant where Nisa and Stevent had eaten together.

Nisa gets out of the car, she sees Stevent's car parked recklessly.

Look out for every corner of the beach and restaurants. Trying to find Stevent with her beautiful eyes.

A man sat on the sand, lowered his head, and a man stood not far from Stevent.

Nisa walked slowly closer to Nathan and Stevent.

There were no bad thoughts at all in Nisa's mind. He glanced at Nathan and walked up to Stevent.

Doctor Nada pulls Nathan's hand away from Stevent and Nisa.

Nathan gazes at Nisa longing, with heavy steps, Nathan leaving Nisa and Stevent by the beach.

Roy just became a spectator, watching the wounds and stubbornness of a Nathan.

Doctor Nada holds Nathan's hand away from Nisa and Stevent, followed by Roy.

Nisa crouches in front of Stevent who is unaware of his wife's arrival.

"Darling, what are you doing here?" Nisa placed her hand on Stevent's cheek, a soft voice made Stevent lift his head and hug Nisa.

"Don't leave Me, I beg you, you are my life" Stevent's voice raspy, he cried.

Stevent was so afraid of losing Nisa, his body shivering. Locking embrace.

Nisa felt her body ache, Stevent's embrace was very strong.

"Honey, your embrace hurts me" Nisa whispered softly in Stevent's ear.

Stevent let go of his embrace, looking at Nisa's face with a sad look, those sharp eyes not glowing.

Nisa gently touched Stevent's face and kissed his forehead.

Close their nose and touch each other.

"I'll never leave you" Nisa kissed Stevent's soft lips.

"I want to go home" whispered Nisa gently in the ear and hugged her.

Stevent got out of the sand and carried Nisa to his car.

Her powers are back, Nisa is the breath of Stevent's life.

Stevent breaks Nisa's body slowly, puts on his seatbelt and drives a car to their secret palace.
