Stevent stops his steps, he sees his wife smiling sincerely comforting a young child about to perform a heart transplant operation, a child who looks happy with Nisa.

"Hello Doctor's Whiz." Nisa raised her hand and the 10-year-old boy excitedly patted Nisa's palm.

"Hello my doctor." the boy named Beni smiled happily to see Nisa visiting him.

"How's Beni doing today?" asked Nisa to bring her face closer to Beni.

"I'm healthy and strong." Beni put her hand on Nisa's cheek.

"Good, Beni's a great kid." Nisa kissed Beni's forehead

"Doctor, can I kiss your cheek?" ask Beni hoping.

"Of course." Nisa brought her cheek closer to Beni.

Beni kissed Nisa's right and left cheeks.

"Doctor, I want to be healthy, Doctor will help me right?" Beni clasped Nisa's hand.

"Beni must continue to pray that Beni is healthy and God will also help the Doctor when doing the Surgery" Nisa smiled to strengthen Beni who was smiling and nodded.

Beni's family is very moved to see Nisa and their son who is back in the spirit of surgery, no more fear of Beni.

"I'm sorry Doc." Early immediately walked quickly leaving a partner who did not care about the view of people.

Stevent took off his hand, took a handkerchief from his pants pocket and wiped Nisa's cheek.

"What are you doing?" Nisa's confused.

"Clean up that kid's kiss" Stevent said, not caring.

Nisa immediately pulls Stevent's hand towards her space.

"Honey, it's not lunchtime yet but why are you in the hospital." Nisa looked at her watch and opened her white coat.

"I'm starving not to see you." Stevent hugged Nisa from behind, Nisa put a suit on the hanger, she turned her body towards Stevent and smiled.

"What do you want to eat?" Nisa teases Stevent who does not answer but directly eats Nisa's lips lustfully, she is completely starving.

There was a knock on the door, stopping the affection Stevent had been doing for a long time.

Nisa departs from the Sofa leaving Stevent who still longs to be with his wife, Nisa opens the door and sees Dini.

"Doctor, the preparation of Heart Transplant surgery for patients on behalf of Beni has been completed," explained Dini.

"Well, I'll prepare myself, what about the rest of the Doctor's team?" ask Nisa

"They were on their way to the Operating Room," Dini replied excitedly, she glanced at Stevent who was staring Early with a sharp gaze.

"Thank You Here." Nisa smile.

"Together Doc," replied Dini excitedly, he very much hoped Nisa would accept the invitation of the Charity Concert.

Dini leaves Nisa and Stevent, he immediately heads to the Operation Room.

"Darling, did you hear what Dini said?" Nisa took her Doctor's suit.

"I'm going back to the office." Stevent walked up to Nisa and hugged her.

"It looks like we can't have lunch together." Nisa puts on a sad face even though she is not really sad, because the most she prioritizes is patient safety and the success of the Operation.

"That's okay, but you shouldn't forget lunch." Stevent kissed Nisa's lips again.

"Well, I have to go now." Nisa kisses a glimpse of Stevent's lips and leaves Stevent alone in his room.

Stevent could only look at the back of his wife who was further away following the seemingly endless corridors of the Hospital.

Stevent continued to look at Nisa until the Angel-hearted Doctor's white shadow disappeared from his sight, only to leave the hospital and return to his office.

The operation went more than 4 Hours, Nisa and the Doctor team had passed lunchtime, but they were satisfied because the operation went smoothly and successfully.

Nisa and Dini clean themselves and change clothes.

Nisa went to the prayer room, she performed the Zuhr prayer with Dini.

Finish their prayers tidying up the prayer supplies and putting the pad in place.

"Here, let's have lunch together." Nisa took her backpack and pulled out her phone, she noticed there were a lot of messages and missed calls from Stevent.

Nisa smiled, Stevent made a call and sent a message once every hour.

Dini noticed Nisa who was smiling - her own smile was sitting on her work chair.

"Dok, aren't we going to be this missed lunch?" Nisa brought her head closer peeking at Nisa's phone to joke around.

Nisa smiled and held back a laugh.

"Of course so, I have to report to my husband." Nisa walked out of her room.

"Oooh Beautiful New World." He spread his arms as if hugging Nisa.

"Go get married." Nisa pulls the nose Early.

"Doctor, you two are so torturing the singles' eyes." Early holding her chest made Nisa laugh.

They walked together until they reached the hospital canteen.

After getting the right table, Dini and Nisa ordered a lunch menu.

It was not long before the food dishes had been neatly arranged on the table.

Nisa immediately took a picture of the food on the table and sent it to Stevent.

Just seconds after the picture was sent, Nisa's phone rang, Video Call from Stevent.

Nisa immediately shifted the green icon.

"Waalaikumsalam, dear , you're already very late for lunch." Stevent's worried face was seen on the phone screen.

"And I'm getting late." Nisa smile.

"Ah, I'm sorry, Love You." Stevent kissed the screen of his phone. Nisa returned a kiss on the phone screen.

"Yes my Single soul God is really tormented." Dini covered her face with her palm.

"I'm sorry, let's eat." Nisa smiled, and began to recite the prayer before eating.

Nisa and Dini spent their lunch without any leftovers, They both helped clean and tidy up the dining table.

After the table is clean Nisa and Dini again sit down to the original chair.

"Dok, I've been tidying up and looking at your schedule, and on the day of the Charity Concert you're completely empty." Dini has tried everything possible to invite Nisa to come to the Amal concert.

"Thank you, but I still have to ask my husband." Nisa smiled

Dini's face looked sad, She was the assistant of Doctor Nisa, if Nisa did not come then Dini also could not.

Each doctor has an assistant. Dini can not join other doctors besides Nisa.

Dini really hopes to be present to meet with Leo. Losing Leo made an incredible yearning in the hearts of his fans.

"It's late, I'll see Beni before I go home." Nisa and Dini walked back to Nisa's room.

As usual Nisa will go around visiting her patients before going home.

Nisa calls Stevent's number, but with no answer, she sits in his room.

"Doctor, you haven't come home yet?" ask Here

"I'm waiting for Stevent, you can go home first." Nisa smile.

"All right Doc, thank you." Dini died Nisa herself in her room.

Nisa again tries to call Stevent's number but still has no answer, he types a message.

"Darling, I'm waiting for you, if you can't pick up, I'll go home in a cab."

Nisa performed the Ashar prayer in her room, finished the prayer she read the Koran.

Time passed, there were no messages or calls from Stevent.

Nisa finished her reading, she saw the clock in her hand that had shown at half 6 p.m.

Nisa picked up her backpack and white coat, taking a quick look at the phone screen with no message or call notifications.

Nisa was walking alone in the hospital corridor that looked quiet, the lights had been lit.

He walked slowly and leisurely until he reached the end of the corridor right in front of the main door of the Hospital.

A man ran towards Nisa and hugged her.

"I'm sorry, baby." Stevent hugged Nisa's hand tightly.

"Darling, can you let go of your embrace?" said Nisa

"Are you angry at me?" Stevent let go of his embrace and looked at Nisa's face.

"I'm not angry just that I'm having trouble breathing." Nisa smile.

"I'm sorry, I'm so focused on work that I forget time." Stevent held onto Nisa's shoulder.

"Have you forgotten me?" Nisa gives a cynical look to Steven that she deliberately did, because actually Nisa is not angry at all, she can understand Stevent's work, she just wants to tease her husband.

"Dear, I'm sorry." Stevent knelt before Nisa, he hugged his wife's legs, making the person who saw the smile - a smile, even some were hysterically screaming seeing a handsome man kneeling in front of Doctor Nisa.

" Dear, what are you doing, stand up?" Nisa is shocked by what Stevent did that Nisa never thought of.

"No I won't stand until you forgive me." a sad, regretful face was clearly visible on Stevent's face.

"Darling, I'm not mad." Nisa tries to pull Stevent's burly hand that hugs Nisa's leg.

"Say you forgive me." Stevent's spoiled voice.

The two become a free spectacle of an afternoon Romantic tale in front of the hospital, A notoriously cold and haughty young Entrepreneur is kneeling in front of a beautiful Doctor-hearted Angel.

Some people have recorded the video secretly.

"All right, I forgive you." Nisa again pulled the hand of Stevent who had stood up and hugged Nisa.

"I'm sorry dear" said Stevent, shouting and applause from those who saw them.

"I'm not angry" whispered softly Nisa's voice in Stevent's ear.

Stevent immediately carried Nisa and carried her into the car.

Put up seat belts, and drive a car towards the hidden palace that belongs to both of them.
