Forget the Promise

Nisa Woke up early, she performed the tahajud prayer, and continued by reading the Quran, the soft sound of Nisa into Stevent's ear. Stevent opened his eyes slightly and went back to sleep.

Nisa walks down the stairs to the back garden of the house, she gets bored in the room.

Waiting for dawn, Nisa sits on a swing, breathing the refreshing morning air. Large house surrounded by a high fence. No outsider could see the luxurious building from behind the fence.

Today Nisa is going to meet her obstetrician, her friend at the hospital where she works.

Nisa did not get fired even the resignation letter was rejected, she got a leave of absence and rest for 6 months and will be added to maternity leave.

With the sound of azaan, Nisa walks back to her room, and wakes up Stevent to perform the morning prayers together.

After praying Nisa down the stairs to the kitchen to prepare breakfast without fish. All vegetables and fruits.

Stevent's phone rang, call from Jhonny.

"What's wrong?" Stevent answered the call without greeting.

"I'm in the dungeon, come here." Jhonny.

"alright,". Stevent.

If a person has been taken to a dungeon it means that the person has committed a fatal mistake.

The perpetrator of Nisa's murderous plot or the man who made Stevent leave Nisa for causing trouble to a branch of the company in Japan.

Stevent had finished bathing and replacing clothes, Stevent immediately went down the stairs and headed for the Dining Room.

He sees his wife sitting on a chair, waiting for him, Stevent kisses Nisa's forehead and cheeks, they sit face to face and start breakfast together.

After eating Nisa returned to the room to change her clothes and prepare to go to the hospital.

Nisa searches for Stevent in every corner of the room, he walks into the garage and Stevent's car is no more.

His disappointment was stifling, and the first day he met Doctor Stevent had forgotten his promise he had just made last night.

Nisa held back the clear grain that would pass through the corner of her eyes, she saw the red car that was still tied up neatly parked tape next to the garage.

Nisa returns home and asks the servants to prepare her car.

It does not take long a new red car is ready to drive. A waiter met Nisa who was sitting on the sofa trying to call Stevent's number but there was no answer.

" Mrs, your car is ready" said a male servant.

" Thank you" Nisa smiled and moved from the sofa to Stevent's new car gift.

"I was born independent so I still have to be a strong and independent woman" Nisa muttered smilingly strengthening her heart.

The bright red car has come out of the house, Nisa does not forget to read prayers and sholawat, some bodyguards who are always ready to follow Nisa from a safe distance have been behind Nisa's car.

Not long after Nisa's car has entered the hospital parking lot, Nisa smiles at the hospital where she works, there is a longing in her heart to meet with colleagues and patients.

Nisa walks towards the reception desk, and meets two women she already knows.

" Good morning Doctor Nisa, are you ready for work?" dinda asked smilingly looking at Nisa who was getting prettier.

"Good morning, Dinda, I want to see Doctor Nada" replied Nisa smiling Beautifully.

"You can go straight to Doctor Nada, Doc" Dinda smiled.

"Thank you, I just wanted to say hello to you both" Nisa said and passed away leaving Dinda and her friend.

"Thank you Doctor" replied Dinda.

Two receptionist women were very impressed with Nisa, already the great mistress of the wife of Stevent Lu Alexander, she remained unchanged still like Doctor Nisa who used to be.

Nisa still looks simple, even though the clothes she uses are the output of famous boutiques and limited edition, because of all Stevent that provides.

Nisa doesn't need to go to the mall or the market, all will be available with a snap of a finger, nothing Stevent can't give to Nisa.

Nisa walks through the corridor she has to head to the womb section, meeting Nada in her space. He said hello to the nurses and patients and even he still had time to visit some patients who greeted him from the treatment room.

They miss Doctor Nisa, who is friendly, kind and very helpful. Nisa is too good, with her salary she helps patients who are not able to.

Nisa walked back to Doctor Nada's room.

"Hello Doctor Nisa" said Erick,

"Hello" Nisa replied smilingly looking at the two handsome men in front of her, Samuel and Erick.

" Do you want to go where?" ask Erick.

"I want to see Doctor Nada" Nisa smiled.

"When are you going back to work?" samuel asked who did not take his eyes off Nisa's face.

" I get a leave, when my leave is finished I will be back soon" Nisa smiled.

"Doctor Nisa, are you pregnant, because Doctor Nada is an obstetrician" Erick glanced at Nisa's stomach.

"Yes, may I excuse you to see Doctor Nada?" ask Nisa who is starting to get nervous with Erick.

" Why is your husband not accompanying you?" Samuel stared intently at Nisa's face, The question made Nisa remember Steven who forgot his promise, wanted to feel angry Nisa.

" My husband has a more important job" Nisa said and continued her footsteps to meet with Doctor Nada.

"There is nothing more important than accompanying the wife to meet with the obstetrician" said Samuel, who increasingly tightened Nisa's chest.

" You're right, Thank you, "Nisa held back her upset, she resumed her footsteps and strengthened her heart to forget Stevent's promise.

"Hey, do you still have taste in Stevent's wife?" ask Erick to investigate.

" No" Samuel answered and walked into his room.

Nisa had been in front of the door of Doctor Nada's room, she knocked on the door and Doctor Nada opened the door for Nisa.

"Assalamualaikum Doc" said Nisa smiling.

"Waalaikumsalam Nisa, let's go in" Doctor Nada is Nisa's senior and they are friends.

Nisa and Doctor Nada embrace giving up longing, despite working in the same place, but they rarely see each other, let alone Nisa has been on leave.

"How are you Nisa?" asked Doctor Nada when he had invited Nisa to sit down.

"Thank God, I'm healthy" Nisa smiled.

"Where is your husband, he does not accompany you for the first time" asked Doctor Nisa and the question seemed to give a sense of tightness in Nisa's heart.

"He's very busy" said Nisa, who tried to smile.

"I hope he gives time to you and the baby, remember Nisa, the child must feel happy since in the womb" said Dr. Nada.

" Thank you" said Nisa.

Doctor Nada has prepared medical equipment that will be used to conduct examinations on mothers and prospective babies, advanced equipment.

Nisa is very healthy as well as her twin, very healthy and strong.

Nisa's excellent appetite even exceeds her normal, making her and her baby-to-be healthier and stronger with good and perfect growth.

Nisa is very happy and grateful, God has placed two fetuses at once in her womb.

Such a perfect life that God has given him. She is a strong independent woman, and never hope for her fellow men to hope for God who is always there for her servant.
