Jhonny was still asleep inside the white room with a clean glass wall.

His body was filled with medical equipment, which was connected to a monitor screen.

His eyes were closed, he could only listen, the voices nearby.

The handsome man with the burly body kept many of the secrets of his life longing for Aisyah's voice.

Jhonny's body convulsed - convulsing until the monitor screen rang loudly calling the nurses.

Several nurses and doctors ran to Jhonny's room.

Blood clots in the brain that continue to grow, begin to interfere with nerve function and one way to do is brain surgery.

The Beautiful Memory that Jhonny felt for the first time was meeting with Aisyah, forcing herself to wake up.

"What's going on?" ask Dr. Renata.

"Condition of unstable patients Doc" Some nurses are confused.

Jhonny's body should not move the influence of drugs and brain nerve work that began to be disrupted.

"It looks like the patient is trying to resuscitate himself" Dr. Renata immediately gave an injection at Jhonny's infusion tube.

"We have to do the surgery right away, a team of surgeons!" Doctor Renata's orders.

Valentino saw the nurse running from Jhonny's room.

"What's going on?" Valentino pulled the hand of a female nurse who was fascinated by Valentino's good looks until he was silent.

"Suster, what's going on?" Valentino repeated his question and shook the nurse's shoulders.

"The patient on behalf of Jhonny is in an unstable condition" the nurse replied nervously.

Aisyah's open door allowed them to listen to Valentino and the nurse.

Stevent clenched his hands, trying to hide his worry for Johnny.

"What happened to Johnny?" ask Aisyah worriedly.

"Doctor Aisha rest, I will see Johnny, believe in God" Nisa grasped Aisha's hand.

Nisa twisted her body and gently touched Stevent's cheek.

"Darling, I have to help Jhonny, do you allow me?" Nisa looked gently at Stevent's eyes.

Stevent just fell silent, he was completely flustered.

"Pray for Jhonny, I'll help the Doctor team, okay?" nisa asked softly and expectantly.

Stevent hugs Nisa, he is very worried about Jhonny and Nisa.

There was no answer Steven could give to Nisa's question.

"Doctor Aisyah, rest, close your eyes and pray for the success of the operation of Jhonny" Nisa told Doctor Aisyah who had closed her eyes along with the flow of clear details from the corner of her eye.

Nisa pulls Stevent's hand into an invisible corner of the room and gives Stevent a warm kiss on the lips.

"I'm gone" Nisa hugs Stevent giving both captions.

"Honey, you can wait in the mosque and pray, I'll be in the meeting room" Nisa let go of her embrace and left Steven walking towards Doctor Aisyah.

"I go, never stop praying" whispered Nisa in Doctor Aisyah's ear and kissed her forehead.

Nisa left Doctor Aisyah's room and walked towards her room to change her clothes.

"Doctor Nisa" Dini runs towards Nisa who just came out of her room.

Nisa smiled and walked quickly towards the meeting room together with Dini.

In front of the door of the meeting room Nisa stopped her steps, held the doorknob slowly and opened it.

All eyes were on Nisa, they smiled with satisfaction at the presence of Nisa in the meeting room.

The much-anticipated rescue angel finally came before them.

Doctor Renata runs and hugs Nisa.

"Thank you and forgive us" Doctor Renata whispered in Nisa's ear.

"This is my duty as a Doctor" Nisa smiled and sat down on her chair.

"Assalamualaikum, good afternoon everyone" Nisa gave her greetings.

All answered Nisa's greeting with a smile, they were very happy to accept Nisa's presence in the meeting room.

The computer and the monitor screen were turned on, Dr. Renata explained the state of Jhonny.

Jhonny's head has been injured for a long time.

The collision in the head of Jhonny when he was a teenager did not get serious treatment so that blood clots occurred.

Jhonny only endured the pain by taking drugs.

A very hard and difficult life makes Jhonny try to survive in pain.

Nisa is surprised by Jhonny's condition is very concerned, whether what Jhonny experienced in his youth.

Jhonny's wound is now making the old one worse and it is one of the Surgical Team's concerns to perform the operation.

The slightest mistake would lead to death, blindness or complete paralysis of the organs of Johnny's body.

They need a surgeon who is as smart and has as much experience as Nisa.

Nisa noticed Doctor Renata's explanation with concentration.

Dr. Renata had finished explaining the state of Jhonny to everyone in the room.

Everyone fell silent and looked at Nisa who was thinking hard.

Nisa closed her eyes and clear details flowed down her cheeks.

Seeing the crying Nisa made the Physician Team even more worried, no one dared to ask.

Nisa took a deep breath and threw it away.

"Prepare the operating gear!" nisa's orders.

All the Assistant Doctors immediately came out of the meeting room and the surgeons and auxiliary Doctors stayed in the operating room.

"May I explain a little about the risks of this operation?" nisa said softly and depressed.

"Please Doctor" replied the senior Doctor as the head of the Surgeon Team.

"Doctor Renata, what about the blood supply?" ask Nisa.

"We have prepared everything, just waiting for you to lead this operation" Dr Renata explained slowly.

"Why don't you guys contact me, I've already said if anyone needs help I just say it" Nisa said.

"I'm sorry Doctor Nisa, you're worried that you'll bother you" said Dr. Renata gently.

"We must immediately perform the operation, succeed or fail everything is the will of God, as humans we still have to try and pray" said Nisa.

"Doctor Renaldy please lead the prayer" said Nisa.

All teams of dedicated and solemn Doctors pray for the successful operation and safety of patients.

Stevent sees Nisa from a distance, looking at her increasingly beautiful wife in the same doctor's uniform when Stevent first meets Nisa.

There was no longer a gentle and spoiled woman, a face that looked serious with her work, firmness and intelligence radiated from Nisa.

Valentino pushed Aisyah in a wheelchair towards Jhonny's room.

"Let me talk to Jhonny" said Doctor Aisyah rasping with tears flowing to the nurse at the door.

Nisa walks up to Doctor Aisyah and replaces Valentino pushing a wheelchair into Jhonny's room.

"Whisper in Jhonny's ear, say something that Jhonny expects of you" Nisa said softly.

Aisyah got out of the wheelchair and brought her mouth closer to Jhonny's ear.

"Fight and wake up, I will take care of you and spend time together" whispered Aisyah with tears streaming down her cheeks.

"Pray" Nisa hugged Doctor Aisyah and pushed the wheelchair out of the room.

Aisyah no longer wanted to lose people who were nearby.

"Valen, take me to the mushola" Doctor Aisyah asked Valentino.

Stevent sat in the waiting chair in front of Johnny's room.

All Doctor Teams have entered Jhonny's room and are ready to perform surgery.

Doors and curtains have been closed, medical supplies and operating equipment are complete.

The doctors prayed together before the surgery.

Nisa's doing major surgery, brain surgery and blood clot removal.

The atmosphere of the room was very tense, Nisa and the Doctor Team did very carefully, The monitor screen displayed the state of the contents of Jhonny's head.

The difficulty of the operation was the long-standing blood clot in Jhonny's head.

Nisa continued reciting the verses of the Qur'an and reciting the name of Allah in her heart without breaking.

It was only the miracle and help of God that Nisa hoped, asking God's mercy to give Johnny a chance.

All Doctors get assignments in their respective positions, all ready to standby on the patient and Nisa orders.

The slightest mistake would be fatal to Jhonny.

Jhonny's heart stopped Jhonny abruptly, creating tension and panic among the Doctors responsible for the stability of the heartbeat.

"Pump" Shouted Doctor Renata.

A person in charge of keeping the heartbeat immediately acts, no matter what makes him make a mistake.

Some people look panicked, but not with Nisa, she remains focused and concentrated with the heavy task she holds.

Stop the bleeding and clean the rest of the blood clots.

The two Doctors who were beside Nisa as assistants tried to stay calm.

4 More hours have passed the team of Surgeons still in the operating room racing against time and risking a life.

Stevent was unsettled, he paced in front of Jhonny's room. There were two people he was very worried about in the room.

The room light has changed color indicating the operation has been completed.

The team of Doctors breathed a sigh of relief and said Alhamdulillah, they embraced each other and made a prostration of gratitude to Allah for those who are Muslims.

Nisa hugged Renata, their tears spilling over her face.

Smile happiness at the success of the operation they have done.

All the Doctors left the room and were replaced by nurses to clean the room.

Nisa smiles at Steven who looks nervous when Nisa comes out.

Nisa and the Doctor team head to the room to clean themselves and change clothes.

Stevent was still waiting for Nisa in front of Jhonny's room, Nisa hugging Stevent from behind.

Stevent twisted his body, though,

"Are you tired, baby?" Stevent placed his hand on Nisa's face which shook her head.

"When you're done performing the operation you should ask is, how did the operation work? or what is the condition of the patient? not asking the Doctor dear" Nisa pinched Stevent's cheek.

Stevent was silent, all he had in his head was to ask his wife.

"Have you prayed?" nisa and Stevent asked, shaking their heads.

Nisa took a breath, Zuhur's prayer time had run out and had entered the ashar prayer time, she pulled Stevent's hand towards her room to perform the Zuhr prayer and combined it with Ashar.

Nisa and Stevent pray together in Nisa's room.

"How's Jhonny doing?" ask Stevent.

Nisa smile.

"The operation went well, but Jhonny still needs intensive care" explained Nisa.

"Jhonny will experience temporary paralysis on the part of his body, post-surgery, he must be cared for by loved and loving people in order to provide strength and the will to heal" Nisa's laying her head on Stevent's chest.

"Doctor Aisyah will definitely take care of Jhonny" Stevent said.

"Of course, but before Doctor Aisyah takes care of Jhonny they have to be stopped" Nisa smiled.

"Why?" ask Stevent.

"If They are not married, Doctor Aisha should not touch Jhonny, how she can take care of Jhonny" Nisa smiled.

"I will marry them" Stevent said.

"I will ask Doctor Aisyah if she is willing to spend her time with a man who will be temporarily paralyzed and need treatment" Nisa said.

Nisa kissed Stevent's cheek gently and smiled sweetly.

"I'm hungry" whispered Nisa in Stevent's ear.

They've passed lunch.

"Oh My God" Stevent immediately got out of his chair and pulled Nisa's hand towards the hospital canteen.

Hunting for food, pregnant women twins, just feel hungry during a very long operation.

Nisa has sent a message to Doctor Aisyah about the success of the operation and she will tell Jhonny directly the state of post-surgery.
