Afifah walks to the front of the clinic, he picks up a visit book and returns to the room where Nathan and Roy are.

"Can you write?" Afifah approached Nathan with a friendly smile.

"You broke my hand, so write it down for me." Nathan smiled.

"All right." Afifah walked up to Roy who was sitting in a chair.

"Hey, why are you leaving?" Nathan's upset.

"Who's your name?" ask Roy Afifah.

"Roy Meitra." Roy looked at Afifah who was writing his name in the book.

"Your friend's name?" Afifah looked at Roy.

"I can still speak, ask me my name." Nathan stared intently at Afifa.

"I'm sorry." Afifah smile.

"Who's your name, sir?" Afifah looked at Nathan.

"Come on." Nathan smiled.

"I can hear you from here." Afifah's sweet smile made Nathan's heart beat irregularly.

"Can't you say your name?" Afifah wiggled the pen in his hand.

"Nathan Aguero." Nathan's upset.

"Thank you." Afifah wrote Nathan's name in the book.

"Please write down your address according to your ID card, you can also stay overnight because the night is getting late, the road is dangerous at night." Afifah smiled and left Nathan and Roy.

"She's so cute and adorable." Nathan smiled and spoke in his heart.

"I don't think I'm going to meet a cute, sweet woman." Roy muttered to see Afifah leave them.

Afifah with doctor Riyan sitting in the front of the clinic, some patients come to seek treatment. Exactly ten clinics closed and Afifah prepared to go home.

"Are you going home?" nathan asked Afifah.

"Of course, there's no way I'm sleeping here." Afifah smiled and cleaned up all the files.

"Are you coming back?" ask Roy.

"No, because in the morning I have to teach." Afifah's wearing his jacket.

"You sleep well." Afifah smiled and left Roy and Nathan's room.

Doctor Riyan approached Nathan and Roy, he saw two handsome men from the city still sitting.

"Sleep, tomorrow you can continue your way back to town." The doctor turned off the lights.

"Thank you Doctor." Roy stood up and saluted.

"Together." Doctor Riyan smiled and left the room.

"Sir, I'll sleep in the next room." Roy leaves Nathan and goes to the next room.

"Sleep." Nathan put his body on the bed.

Afifah sees Nathan's car still open and the key still hanging in place, he immediately closes all the glass and locks the car.

"I have to return this key." Afifah walks back to the clinic.

"Afifah, you haven't come home yet?" Dr. Riyan is out of the clinic.

"I want to return this key." Afifah hands the key to doctor Riyan.

"Can you deliver it yourself, I'm already going to the bathroom." Dr. Riyan walked quickly to his house which was next to the clinic.

"Ah Doctor." Afifah saw the clinic was dark.

"I'll put the key on the safe table." Afifah walked into Nathan's room, and he placed the key on the table.

He came out slowly and he hit the tall and burly body of a man who had just come out of the bathroom.

"Astaghfirullah." Afifah felt his nose ache lifting his head.

Afifah almost shouted in surprise at the face of the man so close, Nathan quickly covered Afifah's mouth with his hands. Afifah's eyes glared at Nathan.

"Do you want me to get beaten up by the villagers?" Nathan smiled at Afifah.

The big hand almost covered the entire face of the tiny Afifah, he had trouble breathing because his nose was also closed. Afifah pulled Nathan's hand firmly to release himself.

"Are you going to kill me." Afifah inhales air so that oxygen is again filled in the respiratory tract.

"I'm sorry." Nathan's confused.

"I just returned the car keys." Afifah immediately came out of Nathan's room smiling.

"His hands are very soft and his face is very delicate." Nathan climbed onto the bed, closing his eyes in a smile.

Afifah drives a matic motorcycle towards her simple but beautiful home. Put the motor in the garage, clean yourself and sleep well in his room.

Afifah has prepared to go to school, he always leaves early in the morning to be able to welcome students in front of the school gate.

Afifah's phone rang, a call from Asraf's only brother. Afifah smiled, he wished Asraf's work had been completed, he missed his brother dearly.

"Assalamualaik." The soft voice of Afifah was heard in Asraf's ears.

"Waalaikumsalam sis." Asraf answered slowly.

"How are you, when are you coming home?" ask Afifah gently.

"Is your job done?" ask Afifah.

"Not yet, but it can be delayed." Asraf really wanted to meet his brother, he was very sad because he could not keep and protect Afifah.

Though both of their parents had advised Asraf to take care of Afifa and always together.

"Finish your work, you don't want to rush when you're home." The voice of Afifah sounded slow.

"But brother, Mr. Fauzan took me home to the village." Asraf knows his brother who works with all his heart.

"Solve your responsibilities, go home when you're done." Afifah took a breath, hoping Asraf would come home soon.

"All right." Asraf's voice sounded sad, five years he had not met his brother, there was a longing that could not be expressed.

The call was decided, Afifah smiled towards the mirror inside his room, he endured the sadness and longing stored in his heart.

Afifah picked up the briefcase and walked out of the room, he opened the front door and locked it.

The motorbike had been parked at the door and was ready to accompany Afifah's journey to Sinjay 1st public elementary school.

Afifah was surprised, a man standing straight smiling handsomely to himself in front of the gate of the house that is still locked.

"What are you doing so early in front of people's houses?" Afifah opened the gate because he had to go to work.

Nathan notices Afifah, he is fascinated to see a teacher in the service clothes of a yellow-footed civil servant complete with attributes, mustard-colored hijab and pantofel shoes.

Afifah is very neat and beautiful, clean white face is in harmony with the color of her hijab, which is always a friendly and sweet smile.

"Hello What are you doing in front of the turnstile I have to get out." Afifah has been sitting on the bike and ready to come out of the yard.

"Until what time do you work?" nathan asked who was still blocking Afifah.

"Two o'clock in the afternoon, why?" Afifah smiled and looked at Nathan's hand that was not put in a gip.

"I'll wait for you." Nathan stared at the pretty face of Afifah who was not satisfied to be looked at.

"Are you not going back to town?" ask Afifah.

"I'll be home after I meet you." Nathan keeps his eyes on Afifah.

"We've met, you can go home and don't forget to check back to the hospital." Afifah smiled and waved his hand asking Nathan to step aside from him.

"Why?" Nathan stares dislikefully, this is the first time he's been chased out by a woman.

"I have to go to work, as a government employee I can't be late." Afifah smiled as he did not want to offend Nathan.

"Can we meet again?" Nathan's hand held the handlebar of the Afifah motor.

"Of course." Afifah smiled and pulled out the motor from the yard, he put up the foot of the motor and locked the turnstile.

"Assalamualaik." Afifah riding a motorcycle left Nathan smiling at Afifah's departure.

"She was very complex, gentle, friendly, funny, honest and adorable." Nathan is ushered in by a resident who works as a janitor at the clinic.

Roy turns on and checks the car's engine, the front looks scuffed because it hit a tree but the car can still send Nathan and Roy back to town.

"Where are you from, sir?" roy asked to see Nathan off the bike.

"Streetings to see the beautiful and beautiful scenery." Nathan smiled.

"Nayla contacted you many times." Roy hands over Nathan's phone he found at the bottom of the car.

"Have you told me we were in an accident?" Nathan got his phone.

"I didn't take his call." Roy picked up a bag with a change of clothes in the trunk of the car.

"He must have gone berserk and destroyed his room." Nathan smiled.

"Why are you smiling?" Roy looked at Nathan.

"What's wrong, we should take a shower and find a place to eat for breakfast." Nathan walked into the clinic.

Roy follows Nathan's footsteps, hoping to see Afifah before returning to the city. Nathan pays a heavy price for treatment and stays at the clinic, taking Afifah's cell phone number without knowing each other.

Nathan sees Roy, who has finished his bath and dressed, focusing on the computer screen on Doctor Riyan's porch.

Roy saw the same photo background as the clinic. There are many different photos and backgrounds but with the same photo object that is a hijab woman.

"Is this woman Afifa?" Roy speaks to his heart, he is very worried about what Nathan will do to torture Afifah.

Roy moves some photos to his cell phone, he will go around the village to find a place that fits the background of the photo.

"Where are you going?" Nathan notices Roy shutting down the computer.

"Are we not going to have breakfast?" Roy stood up and prepared to leave.

"Doctor Riyan has prepared breakfast for us." Nathan goes into the house, they have breakfast with Dr. Riyan's family.

Nathan and Roy have the same idea of being reunited with Afifah, a friendly and beautiful village angel.

A teacher by day and a nurse by night. Afifah fills his day with many activities so that he does not dissolve in loneliness and solitude.

At school Afifah was respected, loved and loved by his students. Teach and educate patiently and compassionately. I love helping others wherever they are.
