Jhonny was agitated, Aisyah had left herself in the room all by herself for a long time.

All the work had been completed quickly, but Aisha had not yet returned.

Jhonny looked at her phone lying on the table, wanting it to feel like she contacted Aisyah but there was a sense of doubt in her heart

"He must be back." muttered Jhonny tore off his phone and took it back.

Jhonny was twirling the phone in her hand.

"Where did he go? I'm so hungry." said Jhonny annoyed.

A nurse knocked and opened the door, as fast as lightning Jhonny looked towards the door, hoping that Aisha would come.

Disappointment was clearly visible on Jhonny's face.

"Good afternoon Mr. Jhonny, this is your lunch." the lady nurse smiled sweetly to Jhonny.

Jhonny only glanced at the nurse expressionlessly, she just kept quiet and looked at her lunch.

"This man is very handsome with a careless face." murmured the nurse inwardly.

"Sir, do you want me to help you with lunch?" ask nurse.

"Go!" throw out Jhonny.

"Ah, well sir." The nurse immediately left Jhonny in annoyance.

"It's so arrogant." the nurse grumbled at the door.

Jhonny looked at the food on the table.

"I'm so hungry, why hasn't he come back yet" Jhonny said.

I want to throw food in the trash.

Doctor Nada and Aisyah split up in front of Jhonny's room.

They look very familiar and can become friends easily.

Aisyah said her greetings and opened the door, she saw Jhonny staring intently at her.

"What's wrong with him, why does he see me like that?" Aisyah felt a chill from Jhonny's gaze.

Jhonny continued to look at Aisha, making Aisyah feel uncomfortable.

Aisyah looked at the food that was not touched in one go.

"Why haven't you had lunch yet, you should take your medicine" said Aisyah putting her bag on the sofa.

"I'm waiting for you, have you had lunch?" asked Jhonny and Aisyah nodded.

"Where are you going?" Jhonny asked annoyedly, Aisha had already eaten and forgotten her starving self.

"I met with Doctor Nada and we discussed as important as possible, I'll tell you later." Doctor Aisyah smiled.

Jhonny continued to stare at Aisyah, never moving her gaze.

Aisyah sat on the Sofa, opened her phone, she saw Valentino's mobile number and glanced at Jhonny who was still staring at her.

"What's wrong with you?" Aisyah started to get upset so that raised her voice.

"I'm hungry." replied Jhonny lowered his head.

"Oh my God, can't you eat by yourself, I see your fingers and hands are very agile dancing on the keyboard." Aisyah got up from the sofa and walked over to Jhonny.

Jhonny looked back at Aisha.

"I want to have lunch with you" said Jhonny.

"Eat, after that you take medicine" said Aisyah and immediately feed Jhonny.

"What are you guys discussing?" ask Jhonny.

"Take your food and take your medicine, I'll tell you" Aisyah said.

Jhonny was very happy, eating with Aisyah.

The food was gone, Aisyah helped Jhonny take her medicine.

Aisyah walked to the door to close and lock the door.

Jhonny looked at Aisyah and was confused, what Aisyah wanted to do by locking the door.

"Ah, does he want to kiss me, isn't that a sin." Jhonny spoke to herself in her heart.

"Jhonny, Nisa is sick" Aisyah said.

Jhonny was silent, he was just waiting for Aisyah to finish her talk.

Aisyah tells him everything she knows, and says that she must work with Nathan to find a cure for Nisa.

Conducting research on Nisa's disease, Aisyah guessed it was due to Nisa's youth being too harsh.

Nisa does exercises like a man, to strengthen herself and endurance.

Jhonny looked at Aisha with a look of fear of loss, but she could not possibly forbid Aisha from saving Nisa.

Saving Nisa is like saving Stevent.

Nisa is the life and death of Stevent. Nisa's love and affection is a wonderful new life for Stevent.

"Jhonny, get well soon, I can't be with you for three months, Nisa's time is a little longer" explained Aisyah.

Jhonny just stared at Aisyah expressionlessly and without an answer.

"Tomorrow I'll go to Nathan's lab and stay there, because it's very far from this hospital." Aisyah saw the handsome face of Jhonny.

"How did I meet you?" jhonny looked at Aisha.

"Night you can call me by video call." Aisyah smiled.

It seems like the two of them are going to have a long distance relationship.

"Looking at it from the phone screen, I couldn't see it near me." jhonny muttered.

"I want you to be by my side all the time." Jhonny only dared to speak inside.

"Hey, I'm talking to you, the robot is still nodding." Aisyah laughing.

Jhonny remained expressionless and did not want to take her eyes off Aisha.

He felt that Aisha would leave him for good.

"How are you doing, is it done?" Aisyah multiplied the conversation and walked over to open the door.

"M." Mmm." Answer Jhonny.

"Are you going to sleep, I'll get a nurse to help you." Aisyah looked at Jhonny who looked down like a child who was sulking.

"Yes." replied Jhonny.

Aisyah immediately called the male nurse to help Jhonny move into bed.

Jhonny was already very tired and sleepy, but she held back all the flavors available to wait for Aisyah to be able to have lunch together.

Jhonny closed her eyes, the effect of the medicine began to react speeding up Jhonny to sleep.

Aisyah walked out of Jhonny's room towards the back garden located beside Jhonny's room.

Sitting under a shady tree with a chair made of cement and marble.

Read a beautiful piece of writing at the bottom of the table.

"Annisa Salsabila." murmured Aisyah.

"Why is Nisa's name here and engraved so beautifully." Aisha spoke slowly to herself.

"Nisa, as human beings we can only try to help you but only God has the right to you." Aisyah sat looking at the beautiful garden.

"Why do I miss you?" aisha's tears flowed.

"You are the first to be your perfect friend, your tenderness and your sincere smile." Aisyah wiped her tears.

Aisyah turned her head towards Jhonny, and remembering Jordan, the guilt in Aisyah's heart still tightened her chest.

It would not be easy to forget such a tragic and painful event.

Aisyah put her head on the table and reasoned her arm.

"Jordan, I'm sorry, are you mad at me?" aisha's tears flowed.

"We grow together but our selfishness keeps us away." Aisha spoke in her heart.

"How are you doing, Mom and Dad? I'm so selfish." Aisyah's tears fell on the grass.

"Alright, the first thing I have to do is help Nisa." Aisyah rubbed her face and tried to smile.

"I must forget about my troubles, and hope that my loved ones remain by my side." Aisyah smiled beautifully.

A handsome man smiled looking at Aisyah's manner.

"What he did, sometimes crying, sometimes laughing and now he's smiling" the man held back the laughter.

"Labile woman in a dilemma" said the man from behind a glass window.

Aisyah immediately contacted Valentino, who was at her home.

Since Jhonny was sick, Valentino had not returned to the remote village, because he felt sorry for Aisha who was alone.
