Early in the morning, after the dawn prayer Nisa drove her white BMW car, splitting the streets of the city that still seemed deserted, Nisa brought the dirty clothes of her, Umi and Abi, who were all dirty, go home to wash and pick up some clean clothes for them.

Nisa has contacted her fellow doctors who will perform the surgery on her Abinya, a bone specialist and other surgeons because Nisa has no scheduled surgery for today, he did not want to interfere with the schedule that had been made by the hospital, unless they needed help or something desperate and had to be handled immediately.

Nisa puts all the dirty clothes in the washing machine, except for the white jacket she has to soak and separate. He went to the kitchen to make breakfast for himself.

Nisa enjoys her breakfast alone, tidying the table and cleaning the tableware, she also has to finish her laundry. There was a ringing call from Nisa's phone, a new number.

"Assalamualaikum" Nisa's soft voice answered the call.

"Waalaikumsalam, how are Nisa, Abi and Umi? asked someone across the phone, the voice of the man was so soft and so familiar, Nisa thought and tried to remember.

" Kenzo's sister" said Nisa smiling, a man whom Nisa considers as her brother who used to live in the boarding school, now she has successfully lived in Cairo Egypt.

" you still recognize my voice" Kenzo is a very happy, grown man who was always with Nisa when she was a child.

"Of course, brother how are you? Umi and Abi were hospitalized, they were in an accident" Nisa explained at length.

"Good brother, send me the address, brother will be there soon" said Kenzo.

"Where's my brother?" ask Nisa.

"At the airport, see you at the hospital, Assalamualaikum" Kenzo turned off his cell phone, He couldn't wait to get to the hospital to meet Abi and Umi, and of course meet the beautiful sweet woman who is very much missed, Annisa Salsabila.

After finishing all the work at home, Nisa immediately changed her clothes, prayed Dhuha 2 rakaat and prepared to leave for the hospital.

Nisa drives out of the house, and at a moderate speed, Nisa stops her car in the parking lot of a minimarket, to buy some necessities.

A black sports car was right behind Nisa's car, a man with a keen gaze saw a veiled woman come out of the white BMW car in front of her with a horrible smile.

Nisa came out of the minimarket carrying groceries, she was surprised, to four flat tires.

"Astagfirullah O Allah" Nisa put the groceries in the car, she crouched looking at her car tires. Nisa looked around.

"Unbelievably, someone was playing with him" Nisa thought walking to the side of the road looking for a taxi, calling a subscription car repair shop to pump her car tires immediately, because the tire was open to leaking but in a flat right, Nisa wondered why the road suddenly deserted.

"Maybe there is a traffic jam or an accident" Nisa thought she was walking down the sidewalk hoping there was a public vehicle. He held up a passing vehicle but no one stopped.

"I've never been like this, usually all come to my aid" Nisa smiled at the thought of an incredible day. Nisa calls Umi and tells her she will be late.

Nisa sat at the bus stop wiggling her legs hanging on the chair. He sipped fruit juice in a box. A black sports car stops right in front of Nisa.

A terrible man in Nisa's eyes yet dazzles and seduces the eyes of another woman, getting out of her car.

"Oh no, danger approached "Nisa came down slowly from the bench Stop and was about to escape.

Oopss too late, The dashing and extremely handsome man in black glasses had stood smiling strangely to Nisa.

"Where are you going, Doctor Nisa?" Stevent took off his glasses staring intently at Nisa.

"Mr Stevent, has your wound healed?" Nisa thinks that if she is healed she will not hesitate to hit the man if he comes closer.

"Of course, it's thanks to you" Stevent approached.

"I want to thank you" Stevent continued.

"Ah don't need Mister, I used to do that" Nisa retreated.

"Really, how many men have you saved and how many men have expressed love to you?" Stevent brought his face closer to Nisa putting pressure on her.

"I'm not counting, can you sit next to me?" Nisa has been sitting back in the seat of the Stop.

"Of course" Stevent sat down.

"Well, if you want to thank me, may I ask for a request?" ask Nisa.

"Say" Stevent smiled.

"You have to promise to keep it" Stevent nodded.

"I beg you not to see me anymore" Nisa said firmly, but her sentence made a man in front of her.

Stevent got up from sitting holding Nisa's hands together, and locked Nisa's legs. Stevent knew Nisa could fight, before Nisa put up a fight, Stevent had locked onto Nisa's body.

"You think you can reject me?" sternly Stevent was close to the face of Nisa who had unconsciously glared at Stevent, but it made Nisa's eyes look Beautiful.

"Listen Sir, I have rejected all my patients, and they can accept that" Nisa's voice softly so as not to provoke the emotions of the person in front of her.

A red luxury sports car crashed into Stevent's car, causing Stevent to release his hand, he turned, a handsome man came out of the car, approached and landed a punch in Stevent's face.

Stevent, who was unprepared, did not escape. Nisa wants to get away from Stevent and Nathan, she's just about to get away from Stop but her hand is back in Stevent's check.

"Let go of my hand" Nisa tried to let go of Stevent's grip.

"Take off your lover's hand" Nathan snapped with reddened eyes, he had never touched Nisa's hand.

"hahaha" Stevent laughed.

"He's mine" Stevent said.

Nisa sees Stevent slightly off guard as he turns his hand and kicks Stevent's stomach, Nisa runs towards Nathan's car, before catching up with Nisa, Nathan delivers an extra punch in Stevent's stomach.

"aagghhhh" sick and angry mixed into one.

Stevent got into the car, he drove the car at high speed, towards his house

Nathan's car has been speeding towards the hospital. He looked towards Nisa who was rubbing her hands looking red. Arriving at the parking lot, Nathan stopped his car.

"Thank you." Nisa smile.

"Nisa wait" Nathan pulled Nisa's hand and let go.

"We talked in the cafeteria, not both in the car" Nisa smiled, opened the door and walked towards the seat closest to the door followed by Nathan, After sitting down, Nisa sent a short message to Umi, said he was in the hospital canteen.

"How can you deal with Stevent?" nathan asks pretending not to know that Nisa saved Stevent.

"He was my Patient" explained Nisa, surely everyone knows Stevent only Nisa who does not care and considers everyone the same.

"Why did he meet you and say you were his" Nathan asked.

"I don't know, it's the first time I've met a coercive" Nisa shuddered.

"You should avoid him" Nathan was worried.

"I've done it" Nisa explained everything Stevent did to her

Nathan can conclude Stevent has fallen in love with Nisa.

"Who wouldn't fall in love with Nisa?" nathan thought to himself.

A Stevent alone would be brought to his knees in front of Nisa.

A man came, approached the table of Nisa and Nathan, He had no trouble finding Nisa because Nisa was sitting in a chair near the entrance.

"Assalamualaikum Nisa" hail.

"Waalaikumsalam, Kenzo's sister" Nisa moved from the chair smiling happily to the man before her. Nathan scrutinizing the man beside him for money made Nisa smile happily.

"Who is this man, is he Nisa's lover?" nathan thought in silence.

"Nathan, meet Kenzo's brother, my brother at the boarding school" Nathan and Kenzo shook hands.

" Please sit down" Nathan said.

" May this man really be just his older brother and nothing more" Nathan whispered inwardly

The three of them chatted for a while, Nisa had to immediately accompany Umi and Abi along with Kenzo, she said goodbye and thanked Nathan.

Nisa and Kenzo walked together, laughing and joking, they looked very happy.

A man stared in anger from inside the car. Jealousy burns his heart, he has to unbutton his shirt and remove the tie, Cooler in the car, feels not working, Sultry.

He clenched his hand to see Nisa walking with another man he did not know.

"Do I have to kidnap you, and lock you up in my castle in the middle of the woods" a sneaky smile appeared at the corner of Stevent's lips, Nathan's punch scar tinged a little.

Stevent touched his lips, his lips were back on tilt, making a terrible smile.

"You have to treat my wound" Stevent moistened his lips with his tongue, licking the corner of the injured lip.
