Jhonny was driving Stevent's car, he glanced at Stevent looking agitated and worried.

"May Miss Nisa be well" Jhonny thought to herself.

Jhonny is very worried about Stevent if anything happens to Nisa, Jhonny believes Stevent will destroy the city.

He will kill everyone who has ever hurt Nisa to the point of being unresponsive and eventually Stevent will hurt himself.

Stevent loved Nisa.

There was a ringing call from Jhonny's phone, he immediately picked it up by using earphones. One person across the street reported Nathan and his men to a clinic in the second village of their place.

"Our master is already very close to Nathan, it looks like he's headed for the clinic in the second village from here" Jhonny explained

"It must be Nisa right there" Stevent stared intently at Jhonny, a sinister look.

As Stevent's phone rang, he took the phone out of his pants pocket, he saw Mr. Ramadan's name appear on Stevent's phone screen, he quickly received a call.

"Stevent, Nisa is at the Aisyah Doctors Clinic" Abi immediately gave the news to Stevent without even greeting.

Without a word, Stevent turned off his phone.

"Stop!" stevent's orders on Jhonny that immediately stop the car.

Stevent got out of the passenger seat and moved in the driver's seat, Jhonny had shifted to the side.

Stevent stepped on the pedal of his sports car.

Aisyah Doctor Clinic

After performing Isha's prayer, Nisa and Doctor Aisyah sat in the middle room.

"Have you contacted your parents?" Doctor Aisyah started the conversation.

"Alhamdulilah already Doc, I told Abi and Umi not to worry" Nisa smiled.

"Doctor, tell me about you, how a Physician as great as you can be in a remote place like this" Nisa was very curious, she had felt for herself the great ability of Doctor Aisyah when treating Nisa.

Aisha smiled and started to tell stories.

Aisyah is a chemist, and a Doctor. He sought to develop and research traditional medicine.

And it worked, but some Doctors and Hospitals did not agree with Aisyah treatment because the advantages in it can be very small.

By using traditional medicine then they will not cooperate with the pharmacy so that it will reduce income.

Aisyah brings together modern and traditional medicine.

Nisa was very impressed with Doctor Aisyah. After hearing Aisyah's story, it was Nisa's turn to tell her about herself.

A surgeon, he is more often faced with accident patients, and spends time in the operating room.

"I'm very interested in the traditional medicine you do, can I learn it?" Nisa smile.

"Of course" replied Aisyah.

I heard knocking on the front door. Nisa felt something strange in her heart.

When Doctor Aisyah walked up to the front door Nisa pulled Doctor Aisyah's hand and shook her head.

Doctor Aisyah could see the worry on Nisa's face. Aisha approached Nisa.

" What's up !" asked Aisyah in a soft voice so as not to hear anyone else.

" I feel worried, my body is still weak "Nisa whispered in Aisyah's ear.

Doctor Aisyah nodded, she pulled Nisa's hand moved into the kitchen room so they could peek and see the person who was knocking on the door.

The beats grew stronger, Aisyah and Nisa turned off their kitchen lights peering out from behind the window with Black glass.

" Nathan" Nisa's voice is soft but depressed, he is very disappointed with what Nathan has done to him, he really does not believe Nathan is doing that much.

Nathan has always been a kind, polite and very gentle man.

Aisyah noticed the look of disappointment on Nisa's face. He was sure Nisa did not want to meet the man at the door.

" Doctor Aisyah, please open the door" Nathan began shouting, he was seen alone at the door, his men and assistants were hiding.

Nisa just fell silent leaning her body against the wall, unconsciously her tears flowed. Aisha only looked at Nisa.

" Are you scared ?" doctor Aisyah asked, Nisa shook her head

" I am afraid of God" answered Nisa

" Then "Aisha asked again

" I was disappointed, hurt and could not believe what I was going through, but I believed God was always with me, guarding and protecting me "Aisha embraced Nisa.

" The stronger the faith of a servant, the greater the ordeal God gave "Aisha let go of her embrace and held Nisa's smooth cheek with both hands.

Nisa nodded and smiled.

" Nisa please open the door, I won't hurt you, I have to treat you Nisa, you're poisoned, I'm worried about you "Nathan keeps banging on the door.

No answer, no one opened the door.

" What if we run with your car ? behind "Aisyah pulls Nisa's hand.

However their intentions were being held captive, they could see the black shadows of some people who had surrounded the house from within.

" We can't go anywhere" said Nisa he sat in the guest chair, his body still weak getting weaker due to fatigue.

Nisa sat down with Aisyah facing the door that was still in Nathan's shelter, they would not be able to hide, the house became one with a very small and simple clinic.

Nisa recited the holy verses of the Qur'an which she had memorized in a soft and melodious voice to calm her heart and pray to God for help.

Nathan broke the door open, standing right in front of Nisa who was sitting quietly, as if Nisa was waiting for him.

" Nisa "Nathan stepped on his feet near Nisa

" Stop there Nathan don't come any closer !" nisa and Nathan's loud voices stopped her steps.

" I beg you to let me check on you, Nisa forgive me" The worried and sad face was clearly visible in her eyes.

" I'm good Nathan, Doctor Ayesha has treated me, I beg you to go, I need to calm my heart "Nisa lowered her head.

Nathan approached Nisa and pulled her hand.

" Mister, Nisa's body is still weak" Doctor Aisyah held Nathan's hand.

" I'll carry her, thank you for saving Nisa "Nathan was just about to hold Nisa.

" Don't touch me "Nisa yells

" Brak "Sounds of a Car crash, Stevent hit his car on Nathan's car on purpose.

Nathan looked outside to see what had happened.

Stevent immediately got out of the car in a hurry, he ran into the house, Without asking a word, he said, he pulls Nathan out of the house and teaches Nathan without giving Nathan a chance to fight back.

Stevent hit his stomach and face, Nathan bled.

The men were just spectators, they were forbidden by Jhonny and Roy to interfere.

Nisa moved from the chair towards Aisyah.

" Can you call the police ?" nisa told Doctor Aisyah.

" This village is too far from the city center it took me a long time to get here, but I will still contact the police" Aisyah started pressing the call button.

Nisa sees Stevent and Nathan still fighting, Stevent seems unconscious and continues to hit Nathan, even his hands have been bleeding.

Stevent pulled a gun out of his pocket in his suit, and he put a gun to Nathan's head lying on the floor.

Nathan's handsome face was already invisible, blood splattered on his face.

" I beg you to stop "Nisa yelling.

Nathan looked at Nisa with puffy eyes and a sad face.

He was very worried about Nisa, the woman he loved for how long, almost killed by him.

" I'm sorry Nisa "Smooth voice yet still heard by Nisa.

" Sevent, please let Nathan "Shent put the gun back in his pocket to walk up to Nisa.

Holding Nisa's shoulders with both hands filled with blood.

" I'm looking for you like crazy, I'm worried about you, do you know Nisa, I don't even sleep?" stevent's eyes are completely red.

" Yes I know, Thank you for making fun of me "Nisa's down.

Stevent releases his hand that might hurt Nisa, he desperately wants to hug the woman in front of him whom he longs for.

" Let's go home "Take Stevent gently, Nisa shook her head.

" Why?" Stevent asked restraining his anger.

" I'll treat Nathan "Nisa walks over to Nathan.

Stevent pulls Nisa's hand violently until it falls in Nathan's arms,

" No, touch her" Nisa simply nodded, Stevent released Nisa slowly, he looked at Nisa with a sharp glare of eyes.

" Doctor Aisyah please treat Nathan's wound "Nisa spoke to Doctor Aisyah and immediately took the medical supplies,,

Roy helps move Nathan to the cage.

" Come here "Nisa had Stevent sit on the chair, he took the medicine box and treated the injured Stevent's hand, and wrapped it in gauze.

" Let's go home "take Stevent in a soft, spoiled voice and keep staring at Nisa tending to her wound.

" Of course" Nisa smiled.

Steven was so happy to see the smile on Nisa's face.
