Nathan sat in a chair looking at the cell phone and a jewelry box containing, bracelets, rings and necklaces decorated with white diamonds that he bought for Afifah.
“Do you know Afifah smile you have erased my memories of Nisa.” Nathan leaned his body towards the beautiful clear sky at night.
“The presence of you is like a magnet that attracts me to open a new page with a different love.” Nathan breathed heavily.
Nathan's cell phone rang, a familiar name appearing on his cell phone screen was Samuel, the owner of the hospital where Doctor Nada works.
“Halo Sam, what's the matter you contacted me?” Nathan's got a call.
“Nayla was injured and unconscious, she just transferred from IGD.” Samuel was in Nayla's room.
“What happened to him?” nathan asked calmly.
“Now, come and see your sister's condition, I'll wait for her.” Samuel does not come home, he accompanies Nayla.
“Alright, I'll be right to the hospital.” Nathan severed the call and brought all the gifts he had given Afifah back to the Villa.
Nathan knocks on Afifah's unlocked door and searches for the woman in every corner of the room and into the bathroom.
‘Where is he?” Nathan placed the jewelry box on the dresser and went back down the stairs, calling for pelyan's head.
“What's the young master?” The butler saluted and smiled.
“Where is Afifah?” nathan asked worriedly.
“Nona is in the reading room.” The butler raised his head to look at the face of the young master who was in love.
Nathan walked to his private library, which was equipped with a large collection of books of various types, but the most numerous were health and medicine. A woman sitting gracefully was reading a book filled with concentration.
“Afifah.” Nathan stood in front of Afifa.
“Ya.” The Afifah is focused on reading.
“My sister is injured, I have to go to the hospital.” Nathan's voice sounded soft.
“Which Hospital?” Afifah closed the book and looked at Nathan who was looking at him with sadness.
“Not, it belongs to my friend Samuel.” Nathan smiled.
“How's your sister doing, is she okay?” Afifa got off the couch and put the book back in its place.
“I don't know yet, do you want to come with me?” Nathan looked at Afifah.
“I don't want to trouble you.” Afifah looked at Nathan.
“I'm very happy if you want to accompany me.” Nathan sat on the couch.
“Alright, I'll come with.” Afifah smiled beautifully.
Nathan is very happy to see the beautiful smile of Afifa who can easily forget the events that just happened, the rejection of the application for the umpteenth time but it does not hurt him as long as Afifah continues to be at his side.
The two of them walked together towards the car and sat side by side in the front seat, Afifah put on his seatbelt and saw the window collar watching the city's very bright and beautiful streets. Nathan glanced at the woman beside him.
The car continued to go at medium speed to Samuel's hospital until it entered the parking lot that had been provided by the hospital. Afifah opened his seatbelt and prepared to open the door.
“Afifah, take this phone with you.” Nathan hands Afifah a bright red cell phone and he quickly exits the car to open the door for the woman.
“Thank you, but I can do it myself.” Afifah smile.
“I'm glad to serve you.” Nathan smiled happily, wanting to feel like he hugged the woman in front of him no matter the hundred times he would be rejected.
“Nathan.” A gentle voice from a woman walked over to Nathan and Afifa.
“Hai Doctor Nada, are you ready to go home?” Nathan smiled kindly.
“Ya.” Doctor Nada smiled, he saw Nathan's hand holding Afifah's robe.
“Nathan, what brought you to this hospital?” Doctor Nada smiled.
“Samuel called me and said Nayla was hurt.” Nathan glanced at Afifah who was smiling watching Nada, he did not remember the woman who spoke to Nathan.
“Oh, can I come?” Doctor Nada smiled.
“Of course but Nayla is a woman whose temperament is bad.” Nathan pulls the Afifah's robe.
“Nathan, who's the pretty girl beside you?” Doctor Nada is really curious about Afifah, Nathan looks very attentive as if he does not want to take his eyes off the face of the cute girl.
“She's my future wife.” Nathan smiled looking at Afifah who was silent not to argue, he did not want to make the man embarrassed.
“Oh, congratulations yes.” Doctor Nada smiled closing the sadness and wounds in her heart.
“She joked.” Afifah whispered in Doctor Nada's ear and a beautiful smile gave her hope.
They walked together through the corridor until they reached the VIP room, where Nayla was lying down and screaming in annoyance because her face was covered in bandages and excruciating pain. Hate is growing to Viona who has made him suffer injuries.
“Afifah you should not go into.” Nathan looked at Afifah worriedly.
“Why?” Afifah looks confused.
“My sister is an abusive woman, I do not want her to hurt you, especially when she is in an unstable condition, her emotions are not controlled.” Nathan was really worried about Afifah.
“Alright, I'll wait outside.” Afifah smile.
“Thanks, forgive me.” Nathan feels guilty for leaving Afifah alone.
“I'll accompany you.” Doctor Nada smiled.
“No need, you can log in with Nathan.” Afifah held Doctor Nada's hand gently.
“Do not go anywhere.” Nathan pulls Afifah's robe to sit on the chair.
“What am I by to that park?” Afifah punched his finger at the man next to Nayla's room.
‘Of course, only in the park.” Nathan smiled.
“Ya.” Afifah walks into a beautiful garden with colorful lights and a fountain that sparkles like a jewel.
“Who is the girl and how old is she, Nathan is staring at her full of love.” Doctor Nada spoke in his heart and followed Nathan into the room.
“Nayla, what happened to your face?” Nathan walked up to Nayla who had been sitting down.
“Nathan, Viona has smashed my face, you must repay her by doing the same to the girl.” Nayla hugged Nathan.
“How can this happen?” Nathan looked at Samuel.
“I don't know, when I was going home, a man carried Nayla and escorted her to the IGD room, after which she left.” Samuel sees Nayla hugging Nathan's body tightly.
“Can you leave both?” Nathan looked at Doctor Nada and Samuel.
“Of course friends, contact me if you need anything.” Samuel patted Nathan's shoulder and walked out of the room.
“I go home first.” Doctor Nada saw Nayla at a glance.
“Thanks.” Nathan saw Doctor Nada and Samuel had left him with Nayla, he wanted to ask all the events that had been experienced by his sister so that the face was destroyed.
“Doctor Nada, do you just want to go home?” samuel asked Doctor Nada.
“Iya Sir, I'm sorry.” Doctor Nada walked over leaving Samuel still sitting in the waiting chair.
“What happened to Nayla?” Samuel saw a girl with a robe and a red hijab sitting alone playing with water in the middle of the garden.
“Who is the girl, in a beautiful look with bright red clothes in the light.” Samuel walked near to Afifa.
“Goodnight miss, what are you doing sitting alone here?” Samuel saw a beautiful and pure white face smiling at him.
“Yes God, this girl is very beautiful like a little fairy from a fairyland.” Samuel smiled.
“I'm just waiting for a friend who is visiting his sister.” The pretty fingers of Afifah play the lotus flower that is in the pond.
“Not what.” The afifah touched the small fish that came out of the pond.
“Can we get acquainted?” Samuel stretched out his hand.
“Of course but forgive me if can't remember your name.” Afifah smile.
“Samuel, owner of this hospital.” Samuel smiled.
“Afifah.” Afifah received Samuel's hand at a glance.
“How old are you?” samuel asked curiously.
“Do you think I am an 18 year old teenage girl.” Afifah smiled beautifully.
“Yes, if only see your face but the way you talk you are an adult woman.” Samuel watched Afifa from top to bottom.
“You're right, I'm not a teenage girl like many people think.” Afifah smiled, because it was often mistaken for a school girl.
“The night is getting late, don't you want to go home?” Samuel kept looking at the pretty face with his tiny red lips.
‘My friend will pick me up here, I have promised to keep waiting until he comes.” Afifa got up from the edge of the pool and sat on a rope hanging from a tree.
“Where is your friend's sister in care?” Samuel walked near to Afifa.
“That room.” Afifah pointed his finger at Nayla's room.
“Did you come with Nathan?” Samuel's curious.
“Ya, do you recognize her?” ask Afifah.
“We're friends.” Samuel smiled and sat down beside the swing.
“You are amazing, both have hospital.” Afifah smiled and started swinging.
“Have you been friends with Nathan for a long time?” Samuel watched Afifa from the side.
“Now, I don't think it's even a month, I don't remember exactly.” The swing of the Afifa grew firmer, the hijab and its robe floated in the air.

Nathan lets go of Nayla's embrace and listens to the embarrassing story his sister did in the hotel room until a break-in with Viona.
“Sleep, I have to meet with the doctor who treated the wound on your face.” Nathan noticed Nayla's face was badly injured.
“It looks like your nose stem is broken?” Nathan touched Nayla's chin.
“I even lost two teeth.” Nayla screamed and cried.
“Do not shout, it will add damage to your face.” Nathan held Nayla's shoulder to lie down.
“Tomorrow I'll be back.” Nathan kisses Nayla on the forehead and comes out of space. He opened the phone screen and looked at the location of Afifah.
“She's still in the park.” Nathan smiled, he walked towards the park.
Nathan's footsteps halted, he saw Samuel speaking and continued to stare at Afifah with a gaze of desire to have. A jealous flame lit up in his chest because Afifa was only his.
“Sam, why you haven't come home.” Nathan stopped the swing of Afifah with both hands.
“I saw a beautiful woman sitting alone in the garden.” Samuel smiled.
“Oh, she is my lover.” Nathan pulls the Afifah's robe.
“Really, I don't believe.” Samuel smiled.
“Honey, let's go home late at night.” Nathan smiled at Samuel.
“We go home first, imaksih has accompanied me.” Afifiah looked down and smiled.
“She's mine.” Nathan whispered in Samuel's ear.
“You always find a beautiful diamond before me.” Samuel smiled wryly as Afifa and Nathan walked together leaving him alone.
“How is your sister?” Afifah got in the car.
“It seems, he has to perform surgery on the face.
“The wound is very severe.” Afifah put on the seat belt.
“Lumayan, he likes to be rash in acting since there is no Herry beside him.” Nathan drove the car out of the hospital.
"Maybe he's too pampered." Afifah looked at Nathan.
"You're right, because of her attitude I don't like spoiled women but I'm happy to spoil you." Nathan smiled.
"I'm not used to being treated that way." Afifah looked at the car window.
"You're gonna get used to it, tell me what to do for you?" Nathan caught a glimpse of Afifah and refocused himself on the streets.
"Take me back to the village." Afifah spoke without seeing Nathan.
Suddenly the car stopped by the side of the road, Afifah looked at Nathan, who seemed to be holding back his emotions, his face was hardened.
"Do you want to leave me?" Nathan stared intently at Afifa.
"That's where I come from and this city feels foreign to me, I'm sure you're not my lover." Afifah looked at Nathan fearlessly.
"I've been your lover ever since we met and you can't refuse that." Nathan brought his face closer to Afifa.
"Why are you imposing your will on me?" ask Afifah.
"Because I love and want you." Nathan smiled as his face drew nearer, Afifah's body locked in the car door.
"You have refused to marry me but you can never refuse not to stay with me forever." Nathan smiled and his breath could Afifah feel.
"I think that woman liked you." Afifah diverted the conversation.
"I don't care because all I want is Afifah, the girl in front of me right now." Nathan returned to run his car until he reached his village.
"I've bought a villa on the beach, do you want to move there?" Nathan held off Afifah's seat belt.
"Can I refuse it?" Afifah looked hard at Nathan.
"No." Nathan unlocks Afifah's seat belt.
Afifah walked quickly to his room, he did not want to linger with Nathan who could act excessively when he was angry.
"I have to get out of this villa and get away from the man." Afifa spoke in her heart.
"You'll never be able to run away from me because I'll never give you that chance." Nathan smiled at Afifah who had entered his room.
"When I've fallen in love, I'll never let go." Nathan went into his room.
