Nisa has an operation schedule in the morning, afternoon and evening she is empty.
Before dawn Nisa had finished her bath and changed into Doctor's clothes, preparing her husband's breakfast, work clothes.

" You're as pretty as an Angel" Angel's tender hand touched Nisa's delicate cheek.
" Thank you" Nisa smiled sincerely and joined in touching Angel's cheeks seeing blue eyes so clear.
Madame Davina is Grandma Angel.
" Angel means Angel, is it ready and strong to heal?" Nisa smiled and checked Angel.

" Dini give and explain the note to Mrs Davina" said Nisa.
