Twin Births

At dawn on the morning of Fitri, Nisa opened her eyes to look at Stevent's face still deep in her sleep.

"Dear, wake up." Nisa touched Stevent's cheek gently.

"Hm." Stevent tightened his embrace to make Nisa's face sink back into her chest.

"Dear." Nisa bit Stevent's pectoral muscle.

"Oh my God, would my love make love in the morning." Stevent opened his eyes glaring at the spoiled smiling Nisa.

"Wake up my darling." Nisa rubbed her bite marks.

"All right." Stevent got out of bed, helped Nisa to get down and walked together towards the bathroom.

"Wake together." Nisa touched Stevent's cheek.

"We always take a bath together, baby." Stevent kissed Nisa's forehead.

Routine every morning and evening, Stevent always bathed Nisa painstakingly with a loving and affectionate gaze.

"I'm so happy to be your wife." Nisa smiled looking fixedly at Stevent's face.

"True, when you continue to reject me so that I must force you to be my wife." Stevent kissed Nisa's pouting lips gently.

They pray together and read the Quran together.

Nisa felt a pain in her stomach that was getting more and more painful.

"Darling, can you get me breakfast." Nisa smiled withstanding the pain, thinking it might be time to give birth and she needed to eat something to energize herself.

"Wait a minute." Stevent walked into the kitchen to make a special meal for pregnant women that he had prepared.

Nisa watched Stevent by continuing to recite the prayer in her heart.

It did not take long for one plate of food to be finished and ready to eat.

"Darling, spend this meal so you have the power to give birth to our child." Stevent touched Nisa's face gently and began to feed Nisa's mouth.

Nisa did not argue, she tried to endure the pain in her stomach and finished her food.

"Darling, get Doctor Nada." Nisa started to grimace.

"Darling, you're going to give birth." Stevent immediately pressed the call button, he looked panicked.

"I'll move you to bed." Stevent immediately held Nisa.

Nisa continued to recite prayers and recite the verses of Allah and rubbed her stomach.

Steven was getting nervous, he saw Nisa's face getting pale.

"Where are the doctors and nurses?" Stevent immediately ran to Doctor Nada's room and the room looked empty.

"Where are they all?" Stevent is getting upset, he immediately contacts Dini and Doctor Nada with his cell phone.

Stevent also contacted Jhonny and Aisyah, he was completely confused.

"Dear hold on." Stevent rubbed Nisa's cheeks trying to stay strong and smiled in front of Stevent.

The door opened, Nada's doctor and several nurses immediately approached Nisa.

"Move Nisa into the operating room!" doctor Nada's Order.

"Why should Nisa be taken to the operating room?" Stevent stared intently at Doctor Nada.

"Sir, we will try to be normal but in anticipation, you know Nisa's condition is different from others, even though it is stated to have been cured with the help of drugs." Doctor Nada can see Stevent's concern.

The nurse has pushed the bed into the special operating room for pregnant women and is about to give birth.

"Dear hold on." Stevent clasped Nisa's hand.

Nisa can feel the coldness of Stevent's worried hand outweighing Nisa's.

"I can handle anything but what about my husband?" Nisa smiled looking at Stevent's face.

"Darling, we'll be fine." Nisa rubbed Stevent's hand.

"Of course, you must be kind and safe." Stevent stared intently at Nisa, there was no smile on his face, Stevent's jawbone looked hardened.

"Oh my God, my husband is much more worried and fearful." Nisa spoke inside smiling.

They had reached the operating room, blood had soaked Nisa's robe.

"Sir, you wait outside." A nurse took Stevent.

"I'll be by my wife's side." Stevent stared intently at the nurse who was instantly trembling.

"Let her husband come in." Doctor Nada and the rest of the team of Doctors are ready to help Nisa give birth.

Everything is ready, no less than one.

Everyone Stevent called had gathered in front of the operating room.

Jhonny has added security personnel to look after Nisa and all the Anggi family especially when the baby is born and will be moved.

Stevent did not want to until there was an incident of the baby being kidnapped or exchanged for another baby.

Stevent's worry diminished when he found out that the room had been furnished with a nursery, so the newly born baby was not far from his mother.

However, the special room still had another door to exit, so Stevent still needed a lot of bodyguards to guard the door.

Stevent clasped Nisa's hand and kissed her forehead.

Nisa's face had completely turned pale from enduring the pain in her stomach, the two twins wanted to rush out from inside their mother's womb.

Nisa followed Doctor Nada's aba, she was in real pain and tried to give birth easily and normally.

Stevent grew saddened and worried to see Nisa struggle to give birth to her child.

Sweat soaked the face and body of Nisa who continued to recite prayers and verses of Allah.

There was a slight cry and only briefly a very handsome male baby with a sharp nose, Nisa's hands trembled and kept smiling.

The first baby has been taken by a nurse, Stevent and Nisa catch a glimpse as they still have to wait for another baby.

"Adzan is your Son!" A doctor takes a baby boy closer to Stevent and Nisa.

Stevent immediately delivered the azan in his son's ear.

The doctor brought the sleeping baby boy back to his room.

"For Nisa!" doctor Nada's Order.

Nisa again tried to gather all her strength and asked God for help, so that she could give birth to her second child.

A very loud and spoiled cry was heard from the beautiful little baby girl.

Nisa breathed a sigh of relief, saying Alhamdulillah and gratitude was incredible.

Stevent looked meekly at Nisa's eyes, Nisa smiled and closed her eyes.

"Sir please follow the doctor and Iqomat on your Daughter's ear," ordered Doctor Nada.

"Wait a minute baby, I'll see our daughter" Stevent whispered in Nisa's ear.

Stevent goes with the Doctor to see their son and daughter and returns to Nisa.

"Darling, are you tired? We have a handsome son and a very beautiful Princess" Stevent touched Nisa's cold cheeks.

"Darling, why are you sleeping? Baby open your eyes." Stevent patted Nisa's cheek gently.

"Doctor what happened to Nisa?" Stevent was worried.

"Blooding and patient fainting." Shouted Doctor Nada.

"Dear wake up!" Stevent touched Nisa's cheek that was getting colder.

"Sir, you better wait outside." Doctor Nada looks worried.

"What did you do to my wife?" Stevent yelling.

Stevent grew increasingly concerned when he saw doctors and nurses busy putting hoses on Nisa's body.

"No, don't hurt Nisa!" Stevent yelling.

"Sir, please wait outside." Doctor Nada's confusion calms Stevent down because he knows only Nisa can soften Stevent's heart.

Jhonny walked into the room and pulled Stevent's powerful body again.

"Jhonny, what are you doing, let me accompany Nisa." Stevent stared intently at Jhonny.

"Patience!" Abi presses Stevent's body to sit on the chair.

"What's going on?" whispered Aisha in Jhonny's ear.

" Mrs Nisa was unconscious and bleeding occurred" explained Jhonny slowly.

Aisyah immediately ran into Nisa's room to meet Dini to borrow Nisa's operating clothes.

Dini immediately gave it to Aisyah and with Dini went into Nisa's room.

"You can't go in" said one doctor.

"It's okay, he's the doctor who treated Doctor Nisa with me." Doctor Nada pulled Aisyah's hand.

"Their son is healthy and safe, but Nisa's condition is very weak." Doctor Nada saw a team of Doctors who tried to help Nisa raise blood pressure and heart rate.

"Nisa's condition is like sleeping in a smile." Aisha rubbed Nisa's head.

The nurses cleaned Nisa's body which had been installed many hoses in her body.

"Let Stevent be on Nisa's side, if he's far away you're driving Stevent crazy and you're going to destroy this hospital, if anything happens." Aisyah came out of the room and looked at Stevent.

"Doctor Aisyah, let me in." Stevent's eyes look red.

Jhonny and Abi held Stevent's hand firmly.

"If you can calm down, go in and accompany Nisa, we will take care of your Son and Daughter." Aisyah pulled Jhonny's hand gently.

Stevent entered the room Nisa had moved to the side of the wall with complete medical equipment.

A Doctor was pumping Nisa's chest with an electric shock.

"What are you doing, you're hurting Nisa." Stevent pushed the Doctor's body.

"Nisa get up, please don't leave me." Stevent continued to pat the pale cheek of Nisa.

"Doctor's pulse and heart rate are getting weaker" a doctor adds an electrical voltage to a pacemaker.

"Stop." Stevent yelling.

"You hurt my wife." Stevent's eyes flushed.

Nisa's heart rate is back but still looks weak.

Doctor Nada gave a signal to the nurses and other Doctors to stay away.

"Nisa, wake up." Stevent whispered in Nisa's ear, frustrated.

"Please don't leave me, Nisa." Stevent yelled in Nisa's ear.

Doctor Nada noticed the computer screen, they were all very worried, Nisa's condition was getting weaker.

Stevent forbade giving heart shock devices.

"Tuuuu." Straight lines are visible on the monitor screen.

"Tydaaaa." Stevent yelled, two nurses holding Stevent.

"A surprise!" doctor Nada orders a Doctor who still holds a heart shock device.

"A surprise!" doctor Nada's orders again.

"Take it off." Stevent beat two nurses to the ground.

"Nisa wakes up, if you don't wake up, I'll destroy this world, I won't care about everyone." Stevent's hand grabbed Nisa's arm.

"I'll catch up with you leaving this world." Stevent's eyes were red and tears had washed his face.

"I'm gonna leave our son alone and come with you, before I'm gonna destroy all my company." Stevent's voice rasped his body trembling.

"I won't let you leave me." Stevent yelling.

"A surprise!" doctor Nada's orders for the third time.

The monitor screen went off again, the heart rate and pulse were seen going up and down.

"Thank God" said the team of doctors and nurses.

"Darling, don't do this to me, I'm so scared." Stevent kissed Nisa's entire face.

"Calm down, Nisa's gone through a critical period." Doctor Nada looked at Stevent who looked devastated.

Steven rubbed his head beside Nisa who was still unconscious.

"When will he realize?" Stevent stared intently at Doctor Nada.

"Pray that Nisa will wake up soon." Doctor Nada tidied up the medical equipment.

"Darling, don't even think about leaving me." Stevent's tears had washed his face.

"Wherever you go I'll come." Stevent rubbed Nisa's face with his still trembling hand.

The room had been quiet, only Adan Stevent and Nisa, Jhonny, Aisyah and Viona were in the nursery.

Abi and Umi are in the waiting room with Papa Mark and Mama Maria.

All the hospital room is with Nisa and Stevent.

They take turns seeing the twin daughters of Nisa and Stevent.

A very handsome and beautiful baby, a baby boy looks calm in sleep in contrast to a girl, whining more.

Nisa opened her eyes slowly, she touched Stevent's sleeping head beside his head.

"O Allah's God." Nisa's tears trickled down she reminded of the incident when unconscious.

As if in a dream, Nisa walks away from Stevent and his pair of twins.

Stevent who kept shouting called Nisa and threatened to kill himself and bring their child along.

"Of astaghfirullah, forgive my husband's sins." Nisa rubbed Stevent's face.

"Darling, you're awake." Stevent continued to kiss Nisa's still pale face.

"Don't do this to me." Stevent's eyes flushed.

"If you dare to leave me there are many lives that will be ruined." Stevent hugged Nisa.

"Honey, where's our son, are they okay?" Nisa touched Stevent's face.

"Of course, all looking after our children, no one would dare to disturb them." Stevent smiles and kisses Nisa.

"Dear, tell me what you need?" Stevent clasped Nisa's cold hand.

Nisa could feel Stevent's hand trembling.

"Darling, have you eaten yet?" Nisa rubbed Stevent's cheek.

"No, I'm not hungry." Stevent kissed Nisa's hand, he didn't eat anything from morning until it was evening.

"What about your prayers?" Nisa looked at Stevent who looked down and was silent.

"Why?" ask Nisa.

"I don't want to get far away from you, I'm afraid you'll leave me." Stevent splashed his head beside Nisa's head.

"What time is it?" Nisa rubbed Stevent's head.

"Half seven in the afternoon." Stevent kissed Nisa's hand.

"Shower, pray and eat." Nisa smile.

"Who will take care of you?" Stevent's spoiled voice.

"Darling, I can see the bathroom from here." Nisa pinched Stevent's cheek.

"All right." Stevent got out of the chair.

"I don't want to leave you." Stevent sat back down and hugged Nisa spoiled.

"Dear." Nisa pinched Stevent's nose again and again.

"M." Mmm." Stevent got out of his chair and contacted Jhonny to deliver a change of clothes.

Stevent sat beside Nisa staring at Nisa's still pale face with my eyes.

"Why?" Nisa's voice was soft.

"I'm scared." Stevent stroked Nisa's head.

"Don't be afraid, trust God." Nisa smile.

"I can hardly believe in God, if he takes you away from me" Stevent spoke in his heart and smiled at Nisa.

"Darling, never lose hope, trust that God is always with us." Nisa clasped Stevent's hand.

"As long as you're with me." Stevent smiled up from the chair and towards the door, waiting for Jhonny.

Nisa took a deep breath looking at Stevent with a gentle gaze.

"May God always keep your faith my husband." Nisa's prayer in her heart.

"I haven't seen my son and daughter." Nisa closed her eyes.

"Thank God, still You allow the servant to accompany Stevent." Tears of Nisa flowing down his face.
