Nisa's body was very weak, she felt pain in her stomach and pain all over her body.

Stevent clasped Nisa's hand, he fell into a deep sleep.

"Good morning Nisa." Doctor Nada smiled at Nisa.

"Again, how are our sons and daughters." Nisa asked softly, she did not want to wake Stevent up.

"They are very healthy, handsome and beautiful." Doctor Nada smiled.

"Do you know, the baby's room is guarded tightly by your husband's men, not everyone can enter the room." Doctor Nada whispered in Nisa's ear.

"When can I meet my children." Nisa looked at Doctor Nada.

"Your condition is so weak, you can't even carry them." Doctor Nada noticed Nisa who looked sad.

"You're bleeding, which makes you unconscious." Doctor Nada rubbed Nisa's head.

"Thank you, can anyone else hold my kids and bring them to me, I want to see them." Nisa touched Doctor Nada's hand.

"Of course, you can also give us our abundant ASI." Doctor Nada smiled.

Stevent let go of his hand grip and saw Doctor Nada at a glance.

"Dear." Stevent looked at Nisa filled with love..

"I'm sorry I woke you up." Nisa rubbed Stevent's head.

"Do you want to meet our son?" Stevent rubbed Nisa's cheek.

"Yes." Yeah." Nisa smile.

"I'm gonna bring our son here." Stevent got out of the chair and walked into the baby's room.

Nisa looks at the smiling Doctor Nada and sees Stevent who has disappeared from behind the door.

"Stevent loves you so much." Doctor Nada smiled.

"Thank you, but she looks fragile without me because of her love." Nisa stared at the baby room door.

Stevent pushed the baby crib along with Aisyah and Jhonny.

Nisa was trying to sit down, she was willing to look and hold their sons and daughters.

Doctor Nada raises Nisa's bed so she can sit down.

"Congratulations Nisa, you've become a mother of a beautiful and handsome baby." Doctor Aisyah gives a baby boy in Nisa's sling.

"Doctor Aisyah, I want to give ASI to my son." Nisa smiled and glanced at Jhonny.

"All right." Aisyah smiled as she pulled Jhonny's hand out of Nisa's room.

"I'm also going out so you can be together." Doctor Nada smiled and left the Nisa family.

"Darling, can you do it?" Stevent's worried.

"Of course." Nisa smiles, she opens the Zipper on the front of her robe and gives her son his first ASI.

Nisa's tears are dripping, she's so happy to be a whole mother.

"Darling, does it hurt?" Stevent wiped Nisa's tears.

"I'm happy, baby." Nisa smiled, she looked at the handsome face of her son who was calmly gulping down every drop of ASI from his mother.

"Our son is very handsome." Stevent kissed Nisa's forehead.

"He's as handsome as you are." Nisa smile.

There was a cry from the baby girl in the bed.

"Ah, said the female Jhonny very chatty." Stevent stared at the little baby in the baby basket.

"Darling, have you prepared a name for our son?" Nisa smiled and Stevent shook his head.

"I'll look for it carefully." Stevent smiled.

"Alright, now replace our daughter who got ASI." Nisa kissed her son's cheek and forehead and gave it to Stevent.

Stevent held their son, kissed his forehead and put him inside the crib.

Their son was really very calm sleeping in a smile.

Stevent takes their beautiful daughter and gives it to Nisa.

The silent beautiful baby enjoys an inner relationship with her mother through the flow of milk from Nisa's body.

Falling asleep with a full stomach.

Nisa smilingly kissed the forehead and cheeks her daughter gave to Stevent to put on the crib.

Stevent closed the bed nets, he saw Nisa tidying up her robe.

"Can I get my kiss?" Stevent drew his face closer to Nisa.

"Are you jealous?" Nisa smile.

"I also want to get what you give to our sons and daughters." Stevent kissed Nisa's forehead, cheeks and lasted a long time.

"After kissing them you should kiss me." Stevent kissed Nisa's lips again.

"Honey, you will always get love and kisses from our daughter's son and me." Stevent hugged Nisa.

"Yes, thank you for loving yourself." Nisa tightened her embrace.

"Thank you for being the wife and mother of our children." Stevent rubbed Nisa's head which kept the hijab covered.

Papa Alexander and Mama Veronika walked quickly to Nisa's room.

Papa Alexander's eyes look angry, all his plans fail, the guardianship for the hospital and Nisa's room is excessive so he can't slip his man.

"Jhonny where's our granddaughter?" Mama Veronika was standing at the money door in front of four bodyguards.

"Sorry Madam, no one is allowed to enter Madam Nisa's room." Jhonny.

"I'm Mama Stevent." Mama Veronika is upset.

"Sorry Madam, Nisa's not well so she can't be looked at." Aisha stood beside Jhonny and smiled.

"We're just gonna see our grandkids." Papa Alexander raised his voice.

"Sorry Sir, now your granddaughter is with Mr. Stevent and Mrs Nisa." Jhonny.

"Shit, Stevent's son is Alexander's descendant." Papa Alexander holds Jhonny's collar.

"I'm entitled to meet my granddaughter." Papa Alexander glared at Jhonny who did not react.

"I'm just following Mr. Stevent's orders, no one's meeting twins." Jhonny stared intently at Papa Alexander.

Mama Veronika cried sadly, she did not know why Stevent was so caring for his son and wife that his own mother could not enter.

"Jhonny, how's our granddaughter doing?" Mama Veronika did not expect to be able to enter.

"You have a pair of twin grandchildren who are beautiful and handsome and very healthy." Jhonny.

"Do you have any pictures of our grandchildren?" Mama Veronika holds Jhonny's hand.

"Sorry Madam, Mr. Stevent forbade taking pictures of their child" Jhonny said.

"Why is Stevent like this?" Mama Veronika sat in the waiting chair.

"Sorry Madam, Stevent is very concerned about the safety of their son." Aisyah sat next to Mama Veronika.

"Stevent has many enemies, so his life is not calm." Papa looked intently at Jhonny.

"Stevent just needs to be careful, because there are a lot of bad guys who are willing to destroy him through his wife's high school son." Jhonny returned papa Alexander's gaze.

"We'd better go home." Papa Alexander pulled Mama's hand.

"Jhonny when can we see our grandchildren?" Mama Veronika held Papa's hand.

"If Madam Nisa has recovered." Jhonny saluted.

"Please tell us, Jhonny do you know where Viona is?" Mama Veronika watched Jhonny.

"Sorry Madam, Stevent knows where Miss Viona is." Jhonny remained with her flat face.

"Thank you." Mama Veronika's face was getting sad.

Papa immediately pulled Mama Veronika's hand and left the hospital.
