The Samuel Hospital.

Nayla has been transferred to Nathan's hospital because she doesn't want her twin sister to destroy her plans. Nathan, along with his team of doctors and nurses, marched with him to Afifah's room, all wearing Asraf's leaping mascet sitting in the waiting room.

“Wait for sister, what happened to my sister?”Asraf confronted a nurse, he was worried.

“Quiet Master, the doctor only checks the patient's condition.” The nurse came in and locked the door.

Nathan notices Afifah's beautiful face still asleep, he sees the medical equipment attached to the woman's hand.

“Are you still injecting tranquilizers?” nathan asked the female doctor.

“No Mr.” The female doctor looked towards Nathan the smart and handsome man who was untouched.

“Why hasn't he woken up?” Nathan touched Afifah's cheek.

“Honey, I will create a new world for you.” Nathan whispered in Afifa's ear.

The female doctor prepares to inject a memory-removal formula into the inpus tube, waiting only for an order from Nathan who is still watching Afifah's face with eyeballs that appear to move and open slowly

“Nathan.” The sound of Afifah was softly heard. One word Afifah uttered surprised the man who would erase the woman's memory.

“If you remember me?” Nathan looks happy because his name was first pronounced Afifah.

“Master needles have been inserted.” The voice of the female doctor resuscitated Nathan, he segea called Afifah infusion tube.

“Master, what do you do?” The female doctor was shocked by Nathan's actions.

“Change infusion liquid!” nathan ordered, he did not want the poison to wipe himself from Afifa's memory.

“Good Mr.” The nurse immediately followed Nathan's orders.

“Leave us both!” Nathan is approaching Afifah.

“Honey, do you remember me?” Nathan touched Afifah's cheek.

“Rude men who like to hit people.” Afifah looked at Nathan who was smiling happily.

It is not Asraf who Afifah remembers but himself, he does not care even though what is remembered is that his most important rude attitude has been embedded in the memory of Afifah so that he does not need to give a formula eraser memory of the woman.

“Listen dear, as long as you are by my side, I will not hit or hurt anyone again.” Nathan is really happy.

“Really?” Afifah looked at Nathan, the man who spent days with him.

"I promise but you also have to promise not to leave me.” Nathan clasped Afifah's hand tightly.

“You hurt me.” The Afifa pulled his hand.

“I'm sorry baby, I'm too happy.” Nathan smiled.

“I where?” tanya Afifah looked at the room.

“He doesn't remember about the accident?” Nathan looked at Afifah.

“You were in an accident.” Nathan stared at the innocent pretty face of Afifah.

“Am I disabled?” Afifah looked at Nathan.

“No, you're fine just a moderate injury in the brain.” Nathan smiled as he could talk casually with Afifah and the woman looked softer.

“When can I get out of the hospital?” Afifah closed his eyes and felt a pain in his head.

“Secapnya.” Nathan keeps smiling happily, making him even more handsome.

“I'd really like to hug you.” Nathan spoke to the heart.

“Please wait a minute I have to talk to someone.” Nathan came out of the room to meet Asraf.

“Doctor how is my sister?” Asraf looks worried.

“You're okay brother, Asraf I have something to talk to you about.” Nathan looked at Asraf.

“Good.” Asraf followed Nathan into Samuel's room.

Nathan knocked and opened the door of Samuel's room which had been waiting for the two of them, the man sat on the sofa and smiled.

“Please sit.” Samuel came up from the sofa.

“Thanks.” Asraf looked calm.

“Asraf I just go straight to his core, I am Afifah's lover and I am a chemist.” Nathan stared intently at Asraf.

“What do you mean? Afifah has no lover.” Asraf seemed to disagree.

“We've been living together for one week more.” Nathan looked at Asraf, he could see jealousy in the man's eyes.

“You lied.” Asraf's eyes look red.

“Listen to Asraf, I can cure Afifa's disease and he will forget all the painful memories.” Nathan handed over Afifah's medical records.

“You know he always gets violent during his life until both of your parents die.” Nathan looked at Asraf.

“You know everything?” Asraf looked at Nathan.

“Of course, I investigated all about the woman I loved so I could help her.” Nathan opened the canned drink on the table and gulped it down.

“What should I do for the healing of Afifa?” Asraf.

“Restui my wedding with Afifah.” Nathan looked at Asraf.

“Will she marry you?” ask Asraf.

“As long as you agree he will.” Nathan saw Samuel who was just a listener sitting in his chair.

“I will do everything for the healing of Afifah.” Asraf came out of Samuel's room and walked back to Afifa's room.

“What do you think of Asraf?” nathan asked Samuel.

“He loves Afifah beyond the love of a brother.” Samuel got up from the chair and sat down next to Nathan.

“I don't think they're siblings.” Nathan gripped the drink until it was no longer in shape.

“Maybe.” Samuel sipped the canned drink until it ran out.

Inpatient Rooms

Fauzan was inside Afifah's room, he noticed a calm face that was covered in natural beauty like a little girl.

“Until when will you notice me?” Afifah opened his eyes and smiled, Fauzan rubbed his face casually, he could always be calm.

“Since when did you wake up?” tanya Fauzan sat beside Afifah.

“On this morning and the first person I saw was Nathan.” Afifah looked at another.

“Do you know Nathan?” ask Fauzan to investigate.

“Entahlah but all I remember are the last days with him.” Afifah looked at Fauzan.

“What about me? Don't you remember me?” Fauzan awaits answerAfifah.

“I feel we've met and been together but I don't remember your name.” Afifah looked at Fauzan's face intently and tried to remember him.

“I Fauzan Arsyad, and Asraf work with me, do you remember Asraf?” ask Fauzan.

“Asraf my sister, where is she?” afifah accidentally touched and gripped Fauzan's frozen hand with a soft touch of Afifah.

“I don't know, may be taking care of administration.” Fauzan's body hardened, his hands were cold and he felt his face hot.

“Thanks please take care of Asraf.” Afifah smiled and let go of his hand.

“Why should I take care of him, now that you are here, you can stay together.” Fauzan moved his hand after Afifah was removed.

“I'll marry Nathan.” The gaze of Afifah was empty.

“Why would you marry Nathan?” Fauzan looked at Afifah.

“She says I am her lover and she promises to treat me and won't hurt anyone again.” Afifah smile.

“Are you forced to marry her?” ask Fauzan.

“You asked a lot.” Afifah smiled broadly revealing his teeth, so beautiful and sweet.

“You always look cheerful.” Fauzan smile.

“Kakak.” Asraf ran and hugged Afifa.

Fauzan noticed the two brothers who were taking off longing, Asraf's face looked sad and full of worry.

"No resemblance at all.” Fauzan moved from chair to sofa and opened his cell phone to monitor all the business he was in.

“Master, since when did you come.” Asraf bowed in respect.

“Pretty long accompany Afifah talk.” Fauzan smiled and glanced at Afifah.

“Asraf, forgive brother who has made you worry.” Afifah held Asraf's hand.

“No brother, I'm happy to meet and be with brother.” Asraf touches the soft and smooth cheeks of Afifah.

“Excuse me Sir, it's time for Miss Afifah to get the cure.” A nurse stood at the door.

“Alright, we will exit.” Fauzan got up from the sofa walking closer to Afifah and Asraf.

“Afifah hope you get well soon and think things through carefully.” Fauzan smiled and walked out of the room.

“Kak, I'm out first.” Asraf rubbed Afifah's head.

“Work, brother will be fine.” Afifah smiled beautifully.

Fauzan and Asraf returned to the factory, they could not linger in the hospital, there was a lot of work to be done immediately from the many companies that Fauzan ran, he was really busy in front of his phone and computer screen.

Seeing that Fauzan and Asraf had left the hospital, Nathan walked to Afifah's room, he saw the woman who closed her eyes again so that the plumes fused together.

“Is my dear sleeping?” Nathan whispered softly in Afifah's ear which opened his eyes slowly.

“No, nurse says I will get medicine injection but no doker comes.” Afifah smiled beautifully.

“I am your personal Doctor.” Nathan smiled and injected a needle into the impus hose.

“What did you inject on me?” Afifah looked at Nathan with her beautiful eyes.

“Formula accelerates your healing so that we can get married soon.” Nathan smiled.

“Oh.” Afifah closed his eyes, the man in front of him was very handsome with a hard and firm face sculpture.

“This formula will not give a drowsy effect, why do you close your eyes?” Nathan sat next to Afifah.

“There are many handsome men I see.” Afifah smile.

“Do you want to make myself jealous?” Nathan looked into Afifah's eyes which were opened again.

“Are you very jealous?” ask Afifah.

“I'm so afraid of losing you, I'm afraid you snatched people up and left me.” Nathan stared intently at Afifa.

“If we do not match, however strong you maintain it we will not be able to be together.” Afifah smile.

“You are right even I have sacrificed everything but that woman is not mine.” Nathan remembers everything he has done to Nisa.

“Do you love other women?” Afifah smile.

“Ya before meeting you.” Nathan smiled at the woman who had filled his heart replacing Nisa.

“Don't love God's creatures too much.” Afifah smiled

“Sometimes forgotten diseases are good for humans to not dissolve in sadness.” Afifah looked up at the sky of his room.

“Do you accidentally delete all painful memory?” nathan asked, watching Afifah.

“At first I tried to forget everything until it became a disease and my lack.” Afifah smile.

“God gave us what we needed and maybe I needed disease forget to feel happy.” Affiah looked at the sharp eyes of the man in front of him.

“I don't want you to forget me.” Nathan stared intently at Afifa.

“Do you know your gaze is terrible.” Afifah squinted his eyes.

“Ah, you really drive me crazy.” Nathan smiled broadly and sincerely which he had not done for a long time.

“Do you love me?” ask Afifah.

“Yes, I love, like and love you.” Nathan brought his face closer to Afifah, wanting to kiss her red and petite lips teasing it.

A roll covered Afifah's face so Nathan smelled a white roll, he smiled.

“You can't do that.” Afifah speaks behind the bolsters.

“I'm sorry, I'm too happy.” Nathan took the bolster from Afifah's hand and put it aside.

“You're like a lonely man.” Afifah laughs.

“You are right and I want you to enliven my days with adorable jokes and laughter.” Nathan looked at Afifah.

“Are you not working or having lunch?” Afifah saw Nathan divert the conversation.

“Listen dear, I am a rich man and we will have lunch together in this room.” Nathan came back to his face.

“Stop, I'll hit you.” The Afifa covered her face with a blanket.

“Yes God, I just felt happiness when I could be with the woman I love.” Nathan put his head on Afifa's bed.

“Nathan, don't get too close, I'll fall out of bed.” Afifah felt his body ache as he tried to shift.

“No, you must not fall and get hurt again.” Nathan got out of his chair and smiled.

“Where are you going?” Afifah looked at Nathan.

“Are you afraid I'll leave you?” Nathan smiled seductively.

“Forget it, I'll sleep.” Afifah closed his eyes.

“I'll order lunch, I'm starving, tell me what you want to eat?” Nathan looked at Afifah in love.

“Can I eat?” ask Afifah smile.

“Of course dear, as long as you are together with myself nothing is impossible.” Nathan smiled, he contacted the food order service from the famous restaurant.

“You're the most confident man in the world.” Afifah smile.

“Of course and even I feel perfect when you are by my side.” Nathan sat down next to Afifah.

“Are you going to be with me all day?” ask Afifah gently.

“Yes, because I want only myself in your memory.” Nathan stared into Afifah's eyeballs that glittered like pure diamonds.

“I'll remember you if you want to be a good guy and hold back more.” Afifah looked back at Nathan.

“Thank you, promise to always be with me.” Nathan kept staring at Afifah's pretty face.

“Ya.” Afifah smiled sincerely.

There was a knock on the door, a deliveryman came in and gave Nathan orders, a fancy meal from a famous restaurant. He walked up to Afifah and pulled the table right in front of Afifah.

“Let's have lunch together.” Nathan pressed the remote bed so Afifah could sit down.

“You only order one serving of food.” Afifah saw the food that Nathan had arranged on the table.

“This is called eating together.” Nathan smiled cunningly.

“Ah, this man is very cheating.” Afifah patted his forehead.

“This is not cheating dear but smart meaning a word.” Nathan spooned the food into Afifah's mouth.

“I can do it myself.” Afifah took the spoon from Nathan's hand.

“No-no, I will feed my beautiful woman.” Nathan held Afifah's hand.

“Yes God this man really likes to force.” Afifah opened his mouth and ate with Nathan.

“Thank you, I'm very happy.” Nathan smiled at the tiny face of Afifah full of happiness.

Nathan felt this was the first joy of his life, smiling, laughing and joking with the woman he loved. Treasures and thrones do not guarantee one's happiness but sincere love makes life feel perfect.
