Nathan Hospital.

A car stopped right in front of the hospital door, a security officer immediately retrieved the car keys from Nayla.

Nayla walks vigorously in Lola's footsteps.

"Nayla, why are we going to the hospital?" Lola pulls Nayla's hand so she stops her step.

"I want to see a very handsome and cold Stevent." Nayla smiles.

"No, I don't want to see Stevent" said Lola nervously.

"Why?" Ask Nayla.

"Did you forget, he broke my face." Lola touched his face and shuddered in horror considering Stevent.

"He won't recognize Loly's face again" Nayla smiled and touched Lola's chin.

They continued their steps back to Nisa's room.

Lola lagged behind Nayla there was a fear of meeting Stevent, Stevent's sharp gaze full of hatred as if killing Lola.

Nayla stopped the footsteps right in front of Nisa's room door.

He sees Nisa and Stevent making out on the couch.

"Dear, I'm going home." Nisa's lying on Stevent's lap.

Stevent is silent, there is no way he left Nisa alone in a secret house and it is not safe to stay with Papa Alexander in the main house.

"Dear." Nisa pulled Stevent's hand off the top of her head.

"I don't know where to go?" stevent said innocently making Nisa laugh.

A Stevent who owns a private island, a hotel, a Villa and many homes is confused about where to go.

"Darling, why are you laughing?" Stevent covered Nisa's mouth with his hand.

"M." Mmm." Nisa bit Stevent's palm.

"God." Stevent pulled out his hand, pinched Nisa's nose and saw her palm red Nisa's bite mark.

Nisa smiled adorable, she was happy to be able to disturb Stevent to forget the sadness.

"Darling, are you hungry? I'm gonna bite your lip" Stevent brought his face closer.

"I want to go home." replied the spoiled Nisa and covered Stevent's mouth with her hands.

"Where are you going home?" tanya Stevent kissed Nisa's hand.

"Abi's house." Nisa smiles and Stevent smiles satisfied, the safest place for Nisa is Abi Ramadhan's house.

Umi and Abi love Nisa more than Nisa's parents.

"Alright, we're going home to Abi" said Stevent kissing Nisa's forehead.

"Do you want to stay in my cramped room?" tanya Nisa plays Stevent's chin.

"As long as I'm with you, on the streets I want to." Stevent pinched Nisa's cheek.

"Thank you for my love." Nisa kissed the fleeting lips and moved slowly from Stevent's confession, he plucked the intravenous needle from his arm.

"Darling, it's not time for you to go home yet." Stevent's worried.

"I'll ask Dini to put the infusion back in Abi's house." Nisa smile.

"Abi's house is very close to your office and the hospital" said Nisa tidying up her hijab.

Stevent contacted Jhonny to complete Nisa's administration and requested a letter home.

Nisa doesn't have to pay anything because everything is free by the hospital.

"Darling, wait a minute, I'll have to pay for your treatment and medical expenses." Nisa just nodded and smiled.

Stevent does not want to receive too much help Nathan, Stevent walks to the cashier and asks for the calculation of the cost of care on behalf of Annisa Salsabila."

Nayla sees Nathan leaving Nisa alone in the room.

"Nisa, Goddess Fortuna is on my side" Nayla said and entered Nisa's room.

Nisa smiles at the arrival of Nayla, she is ready with the risk she will get from Nayla.

"Hello Nisa's a sick woman, you're so inappropriate for Stevent." Nayla approaches Nisa.

"My soul mate has been determined by God, Stevent or not, the bond of marriage will perfect my religion" Nisa said pulling her hijab out of Nayla's hands.

"I will kill you and the child in the womb" Nayla said.

Nisa only realized she was pregnant, meaning she could not fight, she was afraid of disturbing the health and safety of her baby, especially in her unhealthy condition.

Nisa touched and rubbed her stomach gently reciting a prayer, asking for protection from God.

Lola looks at Nayla who starts to recklessly strangle Nisa's neck.

"I want your death." Nayla strangles Nisa's neck with both hands.

With her body still weak, Nisa had trouble breathing and tried to loosen Nayla's fingers from her neck.

"Bug." someone beat Nayla's neck until she collapsed and lay on the floor.

Nisa coughed and sat on the floor, she had difficulty breathing due to Nayla's giggling. Lola is held by Roy.

"Nisa, are you okay." Nathan squatted down in front of Nisa.

"Yes, thank you." Nisa still has difficulty speaking and breathing because of the oxygen intake that had stopped.

If Nisa's neck is not covered with hijab, Nathan can see the red color of Nayla's strangulation.

"Can you stand up?" nathan's voice was soft.

Nisa's body felt weak because she had difficulty breathing during Nayla's strangulation. Nisa was silent.

Stevent walked quickly to Nisa's room, where he saw Roy holding a woman he didn't know in front of Nisa's door.

"What's going on?" stevent asked worriedly, glancing at Lola who had turned pale from fear towards Stevent.

Stevent went into the room, saw Nathan sitting crouching in front of Nisa whom Stevent looked at too close.

Stevent pushed Nathan's body to the floor.

"Darling, what's wrong?" Stevent lifts Nisa's body to the bed.

"What did you do to Nisa and why was there Nayla?" stevent looked intently at Nathan and Nayla who were lying unconscious.

"Don't tell me Nayla hurt Nisa!" Stevent walked over and pulled Nathan's collar.

"Do you know Nayla almost killed Nisa with sabotage of the accident" Stevent said.

"I'm sorry" Nathan said softly.

"How can I believe you're going to save Nisa while beside you is a murderer." Stevent pushes Nathan's body against the wall.

"Let's go, don't ever see these killers again." Stevent held Nisa who closed her eyes and hid her face in the chest of Stevent's field.

Nathan is drowning, Stevent is right, how Nathan helped Nisa while his sister Nayla wants Nisa's death.

He sees Nayla strangling Nisa without mercy.

Roy, looking at Nathan and Nayla, twin brothers who love a married couple.

Nathan gets off the floor and lifts Nayla's body onto Nisa's bed.

Nisa was silent in Stevent's arms who also did not speak a word.

Stevent carried Nisa into his car. Putting on her seat belt and kissing Nisa's forehead.

The car had driven from the hospital to the Abi Ramadhan pesantren.

Nisa smiled looking at Stevent's hard face and emotions.

Stevent's car entered the pesantren gate and stopped at Abi's compound.

Umi smiles happily welcoming Nisa's arrival, she misses Nisa very much.

"Assalamualaikum, Umi." Nisa kissed the hand and hugged Umi.

"Waalaikumsalam Darling, Umi misses you so much, you haven't been home for a long time." Tears flowed down Umi's cheeks.

"Nisa also misses Umi and Abi very much, forgive Nisa." Nisa tightened her embrace.

Stevent shook hands and hugged Abi, a warm embrace that Stevent had never felt before.

"Assalamualaikum, Umi's grandson how are you?" Umi squatted down and rubbed Nisa's stomach.

They went into the house together, and sat in the living room.

Umi makes drinks and snacks, Nisa Sitting next to Stevent, Umi forbids Nisa help in the kitchen.

Nisa prays at home, she does not want to climb the stairs because Stevent has forbidden.

Finished Umi prayers prepare a simple lunch menu.

"Umi, can Nisa stay here?" asked Nisa who was sitting on the dining chair and watched Umi cook.

"Of course, honey, this is your home, but does Stevent allow you?" Umi rubbed Nisa's head.

"Stevent will stay with me in this house." Nisa smile.

"Can Stevent live in this cramped house?" Umi continued cooking.

"We'll see tonight." Nisa smile.

"Darling, do you want fish?" tanya Umi walked over to the refrigerator.

"I want to but not with Stevent, This afternoon our menu is vegetarian, I don't want to see Stevent spit out all his food." said Nisa smiling to Umi.

"Since I was pregnant, Stevent was disgusted with all the seafood" Nisa continued.

"Oooh, what about you?" umi asked smiling and holding back a laugh.

"Alhamdulilah, Nisa can eat anything." said Nisa.

Food for lunch was ready, Umi waited for Abi at the door and Nisa sat on the dining table chair.

"Assalamualaikum" Abi and Stevent said together.

"Getishalight." Umi greets Abi by kissing Abi's hand.

Abi kisses Umi on the forehead and hugs her, they are always friendly.

Steven met Nisa who was meeting in front of the dining table.

"Dear." Stevent hugged Nisa from behind, kissing Nisa's head and forehead.

"Assalamualaikum my husband." Nisa raised her head.

"Waalaikumsalam My dear." Trophies." Stevent kissed Nisa's lips at a glance.

Abi and Umi join hands and joke together towards the dining room.

"Abi and Umi are very friendly" Stevent whispered in Nisa's ear.

"I always see their affection from childhood" said Nisa smiling.

"They never quarreled, Abi always softened her heart for Umi as well as vice versa." continued Nisa.

Abi and Umi sit side by side, as do Nisa and Stevent.

They ate together with the feel of affection but no one spoke, until lunch was over.

Umi accompanies Abi back to the restaurant, while Nisa and Stevent are both at home.

Stevent thought of a way to make a room that was downstairs so that Nisa would not have to go up and down the stairs.

"Darling, isn't there an empty room?" ask Stevent.

"There" said Nisa smiling and pulling Stevent's hand.

A small room is located behind the house, which contains a bed, wardrobe and toy closet.

All have been empty, because it was given to pesantren children.

"What is this place?" stevent asked, watching the glass-walled room and very cleanly manicured.

"My childhood room." replied Nisa smiling.

"What, are you sleeping alone outside the house?" Stevent surprised. Though pesantren and houses on high fences.

"It's still inside the fence, honey." Nisa sat on the old bed.

"Darling, don't sit there, the bed will fall." Stevent pulls Nisa's hand.

"Why did you sleep here as a child?" ask Stevent.

"I want to be a brave woman" answered Nisa.

"All right, we're gonna sleep here" Stevent said, hugging Nisa.

"Let's go back to Abi's house." Stevent held Nisa.

"What are you going to do?" Nisa's confused.

"Rest, don't get out of the house even if it's just a step." Steven believes Nisa will comply.

"Darling, but I want to see you" said spoiled Nisa.

"I'll give you a surprise, rest." Stevent kisses Nisa's lips and leaves Nisa inside the house by closing the door.

Stevent returned to the back of the house and noticed the unused building again.

He picked up the paper and pencil in the closet drawer.

Stevent drew the design for the room that he would change to look beautiful, unique and modern.

It didn't take long for Stevent to finish his drawing, he immediately drove his car towards the building figures and furniture.

Using some labor to help her change the look of the outdoors and indoors.

They stopped when the time of Ashar prayer arrived and continued until almost Magrib.

Made of the best wood, Stevent has managed to turn Nisa's childhood room into a room that is very beautiful and unique.

Nisa misses her husband very much. Stevent smiled to see his inner self coming at him.

"Dear look." Stevent approached Nisa.

"God willing." Nisa was astonished to see the change in the room that initially looked ordinary now became extraordinary, like a small Villa in the middle of the forest.

"How, what do you like?" ask Stevent.

Nisa hugged a sweaty body, and kissed Stevent's lips at a glance.

"Thank you." said Nisa softly.

"That's all?" Stevent looked at Nisa.

Nisa pulled Stevent's face down and kissed him gently for so long.

They close their eyes enjoying the beautiful pleasures that always make opium and addiction.

A sholawat from the mosque waits for Magrib to stop Stevent and Nisa's kiss.

They both smiled and laughed from kissing that did not remember the time.

Stevent takes Nisa back to Abi's house.

Tonight they will spend the night together at Stevent's new villa.

Stevent takes a bath and replaces the clothes in Nisa's room, taking some change of clothes for her and Nisa to move to their new room.

Nisa replaces her clothes that had been soiled by Stevent's sweat in the guest bathroom.

Stevent prayed together with Abi at the mosque until the time of his death, when they returned home.

Nisa and Stevent decided to sleep in the back room that Stevent had conjured into a luxurious Villa.

The finest glass and wood paddocks produce the extraordinary work of a Stevent.

Curtains - gorgeous curtains, Beautiful lights, vivid flowers and real Japanese bamboo are in every corner of the room.

The nuances are refreshing in the eyes and comfortable when in it.

All the fixtures have been replaced with new, best and expensive ones.

The room that was originally without a partition has now turned into a house complete with expensive furniture.

"Darling, you were given a great gift from God." praised Nisa.

"The greatest gift of my life is you." Stevent kissed gently on Nisa's lips.

"Sleep I don't want you to get tired, I'll just hug you" Stevent said.

"Hmm." Nisa inhaled the masculine scent of Stevent's body and closed her eyes.

They both slept soundly in warm hugs in the new room Stevent had made in such a short time.
