Aisyah spent her time at home taking care of the medicine garden beside her laboratory.

"Eventually this thorny plant is growing." Ayesha touched the plant used to treat Nisa.

"I haven't called Valentino, where is he now?" Aisyah took the phone out of her game pocket.

"Hello Doctor Ayesha." Valentino answered Aisyah's call.

"Valen, how are you and now where are you?" ask Doctor Aisyah.

"I'm good, now I'm in the papi house and banned from returning to the village" Valentino said.

"Oh well, I'm married to Jhonny" said Aisyah.

"Ah, congratulations to Doctor Aisyah" said Valentino.

"Thank you." said Aisyah.

"Doctor Aisyah, how's Viona doing?" ask Valentino doubtfully.

"I haven't seen her in a long time, do you want Viona's phone number?" ask Aisyah softly.

"If I may?" valentino.

"Well, you can be friends, I'll send Viona's number to you" Aisyah said.

"Thank you." Valentino's excited.

"Together." call ended.

Valentino smiles, he misses Viona's innocent and funny manner.

"She's beautiful and funny." Valentino sprawled his sexy body without clothes on his soft bed.

"I miss climbing." Valentino closed his eyes.

"Did Valen like Viona?" Aisyah smiled and immediately sent Viona's mobile number to Valentino.

Aisyah sprawled her body over the sofa of the living room, she fell asleep with her breath.

Jhonny opened the door slowly, took off her shoes and put them in place.

Waiting for someone to greet him at the door, but his beloved wife did not show up.

Seeing Jhonny standing at the door, a servant approached Jhonny.

"Sorry sir, Madam fell asleep on the living room sofa" said the maid softly and politely.

Jhonny immediately walked towards the living room, she saw Aisyah asleep on the sofa.

Jhonny put the bag on the table, kissed Aisha's forehead and rubbed her head.

He carried Aisyah up the stairs to his room.

"Ah." Aisha woke up and was shocked.

"Hi, you're home." Aisyah smiled and wrapped her hands around Jhonny's neck.

Jhonny stared fixedly at Aisyah's beautiful face.

"I don't like you sleeping here." Jhonny stepped her foot into the room.

"I'm sorry." Aisyah smiled to see the face of Jhonny who she just realized Jhonny is very handsome.

Jhonny released Aisha's body slowly on her bed.

Aisha still wrapped her hands around Jhonny's neck and did not let go, so their faces were very close.

Jhonny was speechless, she noticed Aisyah's face and saw her flirting red lips.

Aiysah smiled looking at Jhonny who was closing her lips.

"You're fasting." Aisha placed her index finger on Jhonny's lips.

"You teased me." Jhonny got out of bed, she undressed in front of Aisha.

Aisyah's eyes glared at the sexy and muscular body in front of her.

Jhonny threw her dirty clothes in the dirty laundry basket.

"Stay in bed" said Jhonny staring intently at Aisyah and she entered the bathroom.

"What, he asked me to wait for him?" Aisyah smiled funny.

"Jhonny is funny and adorable, how do you make Jhonny even more funny?" Aisha thought of a plan.

"Why am I so sleepy, so comfortable." Aisyah hugged the bolster and closed her eyes again.

The masculine fragrance from Jhonny's body pierced Aisyah's nose, water from her still wet hair dripping down Aisyah's face.

Jhonny noticed the beautiful face of Aisyah who was fast asleep.

"Hmm, it smells good." Aisyah rubbed the water that soaked her face and opened her eyes slowly.

"Yetoo." Aisyah shouted in surprise and pushed Jhonny's body which only used a towel to fall to the floor.

"God." Jhonny felt his butt hit the floor.

Aisyah got out of bed, noticing Jhonny sitting on the floor.

"Ah forgive me." Aisyah helped Jhonny to stand up and she screamed again.

"Yetoo." Aisha closed her eyes and let go of Jhonny's hand until she sat on the floor again.

Aisha sat on the bed, closed her eyes with her hands and turned her back to Jhonny.

Jhonny was speechless on the floor, confused and unaware that the towel around her waist had opened, revealing something different that she used to hide.

"What's wrong with you?" Jhonny stood up and walked over to Aisyah, she did not know the towel was lying on the floor.

Jhonny's body was not covered by a thread.

"Jhonny, fix your towels." Aisha still closed her eyes.

"Wheel?" Jhonny looked down and realized her junior was smiling towards Aisyah.

"Oh shit." Jhonny looked back and saw the towel lying on the floor.

Jhonny immediately picked up a towel and walked quickly towards the changing room without speaking a word.

"Jhonni." Aisyah opened her eyes and saw no one nearby.

"Where is he?" Aisyah looked around and smiled, she ran out of the room with her mouth shut.

"Shameful" said Aisyah leaving Jhonny's room.

Jhonny had finished dressing, he peered out of the dressing room, looking at the bed that had been empty.

"Stupid." Jhonny grumbled at him and walked out of the dressing room.

"He has seen me without a thread, shameful." Jhonny rubbed her face and walked down the stairs to the dining room waiting for the break.

Jhonny and Aisyah sat face to face in the dining room, no talk until after the meal.

Jhonny got up from the chair, he walked out of the house sitting in the garden waiting for Isha's time.

Aisyah looked at Jhonny who was sitting pensively alone in the garden chair.

"Is he ashamed?" Aisyah held back a laugh, she was eager to tease Jhonny.

"I'll disturb him after he prays tarawih." Aisyah giggled behind the glass door and continued to pay attention to Jhonny.

Jhonny walked to his car, he left for the nearest mosque.

"He's gone." Aisyah smiled and ran to her room to change clothes.

Every ten o'clock at night, all the servants had to return to their rooms outside the house of Jhonny and return to the house of Jhonny when they were going to cook for sahur.

The key to the main house door was held by the butler, a middle-aged man.

Aisha had been wearing her nightgown and was thinking of a plan to disturb Jhonny.

Just at half-nine p.m., Jhonny returned home, climbed the stairs and peeked at Aisyah's room, which was deliberately open a little.

Jhonny saw Aisha sitting on the bed giving lotion to her whole body.

Jhonny walked into his room, unable to see the temptation of his wife.

Something moved and woke up from his sleep.

Junior Jhonny who had appeared in front of Aisyah.

"Where is he going?" Aisha saw that Jhonny had disappeared from the door.

"I took a clean shower." Aisyah smiled.

"Jhonny as far as." Aisyah got out of bed and walked towards the door.

Aisha was just about to close the door, but there was a burly hand holding her back.

"What's wrong?" aisyah asked looking at Jhonny who was not wearing clothes.

Jhonny pushed the door and carried Aisyah's sexy body to lay it on the bed.

The delicate fragrance of the rose from Aisyah's body is so sexy and seductive.

"Are you hungry?" tanya Aisyah broke the silence of the night.

Jhonny released her hand that was holding her body, she raised Aisha's body sitting on her lap.

And immediately enjoy Aisyah's lips with passion.

"I can't help it anymore." Jhonny murmured inwardly.

Jhonny even forgot to close the door to Aisyah's room.

At ten o'clock, the servants gathered to leave to return to their rooms.

The butler pressed the bell at the end of the stairs.

The warm and excited kiss stopped for a moment.

Jhonny's red face flushed out of bed leaving Aisyah in a messy outfit.

Jhonny who was without clothes down the stairs made the female servants bow and gulp down.

Jhonny's face and body look soaked with sweat, adding to her sexy and seductive look.

"Good night sir, it's time for the servants to return to the room." the butler saluted.

"All right." Answer Jhonny.

Everyone saluted and walked out of Jhonny's house.

They have a house next to the main house.

Jhonny ran to Aisha's room, and saw that Aisha had fallen asleep.

"Fear again." Jhonny closed the door to Aisyah's room, she ruffled her hair and walked towards her room.

"Do I have to borrow Mr Stevent's twins?" Jhonny laid her body on the bed.

"Enjoy the day alone with Aisyah without interruption." Jhonny smiled late in his delusion to sleep.

Stevent had just returned home from tarawih prayers, and Nisa tarawih was alone in the room.

Stevent looked at Nisa who was sitting on the sofa of the room with an increasingly large stomach.

"Darling, are you having trouble?" Stevent approached Nisa and rubbed her stomach.

Nisa smiled and shook her head.

"Assalamualaikum my husband." Nisa reached out her hand and kissed Stevent's hand.

"Getishalight." Stevent kissed Nisa's forehead.

"Dear." Stevent stared spoiledly at Nisa.

"Hm." Nisa smiled and touched Stevent's cheek.

Stevent crouched down in front of Nisa and poked his lips, he wanted a kiss.

Nisa smiled, putting her hands on Stevent's right and left cheeks.

"Come here." Nisa pulled Stevent's hand sitting next to her.

Stevent smiled and obeyed Nisa, sitting on the long sofa.

Nisa sat on Stevent's lap on her side and wrapped her arms around Stevent's neck.

"I love you." whispered Nisa in Stevent's ear.

"I love you so much." whispered Stevent in Nisa's ear.

Nisa brought her lips closer to Stevent's, kissing softly and lovingly.

Stevent looked at Nisa affectionately, he also pityed seeing Nisa who was pregnant old.

Nisa's growing belly looks difficult and troublesome Nisa.

"Why you?" asked Nisa softly.

"I can't bear to see you carry a bigger belly and every night we have to go to the hospital." Stevent rubbed Nisa's stomach.

"I'm fine, baby." Nisa came down from Stevent's lap.

"Depart." Nisa pulled out Stevent's hand and smiled excitedly.

Stevent followed Nisa's footsteps walking towards the car garage and opening the door for Nisa.

"Wait around." Stevent ran to the room and got Nisa a sweater.

Stevent put a sweater on Nisa's body, put on a seatbelt and kissed Nisa's forehead.

After reading the prayer, Stevent drove his car slowly to the hospital where Nisa worked to get a formula injection.

Stevent's car entered the hospital's parking area.

Dini had been waiting for Nisa with a wheelchair at the door, she smiled looking at Nisa.

Stevent took Nisa's hand and walked together towards Dini.

"Thank You Here." Nisa smiled and clasped her hands.

"Together Doctor." said Dini glanced at Stevent.

"Beauty Heart." Stevent helps Nisa sit in a wheelchair.

Nisa smiled and touched Stevent's cheek.

"Thank you dear." said Nisa.

Stevent pushed the wheelchair towards the doctor's treatment room.

Dini opens the door to Doctor Nada's room and invites Steven and Nisa.

"Assalamualaikum Doctor Nada." Nisa gets out of the wheelchair and moves into the patient's bed with Stevent's help.

Doctor Nada and Dini smile at the attentive Stevent every night accompanying Nisa to get a formula injection.

Nisa lies on the bed and Doctor Nada immediately inclines the sleeve Nisa injects formula on Nisa's body.

Stevent continued to stare at Nisa, pitying to see his wife every night have to feel the pain of being stabbed by a syringe.

"Rest for a minute, do you want to see your twins?" ask Doctor Nada to Nisa.

"Yes." Yeah." Nisa was excited, Stevent just kept quiet and continued to hold Nisa's hand.

Doctor Nada performs 4D Ultrasound on Nisa's womb.

"God willing." Nisa smiled happily at the two babies hugging each other and fell asleep.

"Darling, our baby is so healthy, his nose is so sharp." Nisa is so happy.

"If he were a man, he would be as handsome as me and a woman as beautiful as you." Stevent kissed Nisa's forehead.

After the examination of the contents and the formula injections, Nisa took a short rest before they made their way home.

Dini and Doctor Nada leave Stevent and Nisa alone in her room.

Stevent would lie on the patient's bed and hug Nisa.

"Darling, what if you just stay in the hospital?" stevent asked gently in Nisa's ear.

"Why?" nisa looked at Stevent's face.

"I can't bear to see you having to go back and forth to the hospital every night." Stevent kissed Nisa's lips.

"I'm fine, we only need fifteen minutes." Nisa kissed Stevent's lips back.

"Are you not tired?" ask Stevent.

"For you and them, I must be strong." Nisa rubbed Stevent's cheek.

"I love you and love you so much." Stevent looked at Nisa.

"I love you too much." Nisa hugged Stevent.
