LEGEND OF THE CROWN PRINCESS

Episode 32 - Prison

The flapping wings of crows adorned the outside of the kingdom, a group of birds that would normally be associated with mystical things like demons and evil spirits. Ryu walked slowly followed by the bodyguards behind him. The girl let out a long sigh as she entered the Royal Throne. Consort Fan Hai smiled meaningfully from a distance, he had not known that the person who was there was not the fake Crown Princess he paid but rather the real Wen Yijin that was Ryu Ito.

Excitement adorned the look on the faces of Consort Fan Hai and his daughter. He thought his goal of seizing power was only a few steps away. Ryu bowed and saluted his father on the Throne, but all he saw was the sad and indifferent gaze of King Wen Lei. The old man seemed to know that the Crown Princess the Concubine had brought in was a fake but he could do nothing when his physical condition was weak,

Ryu believes his father consumed something that came from an iris flower. He could even guess it in one look, fortunately Master Tao had previously given him an immunity booster pill to dispel all the toxins. After this announcement, he would immediately give the medicine to his father. King Wen then allowed this girl to stand up.

"After you return to the Kingdom, I haven't seen you yet and Consort Fan Hai forbids me from seeing you. And what you want to know is that you've been okay all along? You eat a lot? Staying decent?"

"Hail Your Majesty, I am cared for by a loving and blessed family. The life of the servant long away from the Palace was so blessed."

"Would your daughter open the cover of your head now and show you the face you've been missing?"

Ryu nodded then opened his head cover slowly. Consort Fan Hai's two eyeballs almost popped out of place when he saw that familiar face. He did not stay silent and immediately descended and slapped Ryu Ito in front of everyone. "After rebelling you bravely come and make a mess to destroy the event of the Crown Princess who just returned? The bodyguard!"

When the bodyguards almost dragged Ryu out, King Wen came down and approached Ryu. In the depths of his heart he could feel the presence of Yijin since Ryu came to the Palace, only he was not really sensitive to realize that this girl was indeed his daughter. As King Wen walked he saw the girl's hairpin clinging to his hair. "Miss Ryu, can you explain why you showed up?"

"Your Majesty, forgive me. Servant and Commander Hu were framed, we had absolutely no intention of rebelling or anything against the Wen Kingdom. Instead, it was Consort Fan Hai who had long planned to usurp your throne!"

King Wen turned his head towards Consort Fan Hai with a gaze full of suspicion. "Is that really a concubine?"

"No, fuck you! You throw stones and hide your hands!"

Ryu let out a small laugh, he was no longer afraid of any laws that could ensnare him. If he fails to convince his father, his destiny cannot be changed, but if he succeeds in gaining his father's trust he will win and defeat Consort Fan Hai. "Wait guards especially? Quickly lock him in jail and bring the real Crown Princess here!"

"You mean her?" Teacher Tao dropped the girl pretending to be the Crown Princess in the crowd.

"Your Majesty please forgive me, I only have orders from Consort Fan Hai to become the Crown Princess temporarily until she manages to find the real one."

Ryu glared at the girl, but she felt like she wanted to spit on her face. His indignation was already almost out of bounds, but seeing the Taoist Master so calm he became convinced that this small matter would soon be resolved. King Wen retreated and his body was instantly out of balance, he almost fell down and felt an overwhelming dizziness as well as disturbing nausea.

"Dad!" Ryu who was so worried took a step closer towards King Wen until Consort Fan Hai got in the way.

"Because the King is unstable let's postpone this event, the soldier took Ryu Ito as the perpetrator of the rebellion and his minions to prison! Then bring back the Crown Princess into her room!" Concubine Fan Hai poked sharply at Ryu while smirking thinly.

Ryu clenched his hands tightly. It felt that if he could not use a gentle way, he would not hesitate to play rough. Seeing the condition of his father who was so concerned Ryu Ito gave up first, he did not want the situation of the Father to decrease because of his actions. Although he had to be locked up in the lower prison with Teacher Tao, it didn't matter. While thinking of how to get out, Ryu would stay there for a while.

On the other hand, Hu Yazhu had already surrounded the secret underground chamber used by Consort Fan Hai. As per his promise he could defeat a thousand tons of enemies with just a few of his troops. He was just biding his time to come to the Palace to dismantle the evil Consort Fan Hai.

The cold and damp room made Ryu and Teacher Tao a little able to set up a plan well. Teacher Tao has the power of a god, it is not difficult for him to destroy the prison that surrounds them, but to face the scheming Consort Fan Hai he must be more cunning than that woman. Ryu will be sent to the Emperor's room to give him the medicine and explain it directly to four eyes regarding his true identity.

After successfully incapacitating the guards of the dungeon, Ryu immediately disguised himself as a healer by eating the temporary face-changing pill that Teacher Tao had given him earlier. He made it into King Wen's Chamber with his identity as a Western temple healer. With her training as a deceitful psychic, it was naturally easy for Ryu to utter such words of booing so as not to be caught by the foolish soldiers Consort Fan Hai.

Only with a small bribe in the form of a handsome pill that he gave to the King's room guards did he manage to enter safely. Seeing that his father had only fallen asleep on the cold bed made him hurt, until the time came he would give a severe punishment to Consort Fan Hai. Even the death penalty was too humane a punishment for a demonic woman like her.

Ryu approached towards his father then checked his weakened pulse. As previously thought, his father had consumed the poison of iris flowers. It was time for him to give the antidote made by Master Tao, the immune-boosting pill of the body. Ryu helps put the pill into his father's mouth, not long after the magic pill works well and makes the Father aware.

"Who are you?"

"Hum, I am the Physician of His Majesty's Western Temple."
