Episode 11 - The Aera Rebellion

The day passed so quickly, the tavern began to look quiet. Akira and Asahi's grandfather took the time to rest for a while. Ryu so nervously carried a letter of invitation that should be given to his grandfather. He took off his footwear then walked silently approaching Asahi's grandfather. Without much talk Ryu handed the letter over.

"What's this?" ask The Grandpa.

"I don't want grandfather to come, but it's a letter from the kingdom. Dinner invitations for my family." Ryu.

Grandfather Asahi opened the letter and nodded several times. Akira read it. However, Ryu's countenance looked so gloomy that Asahi's grandfather was worried. "Why don't you want grandpa to come?"

"I don't want Grandpa involved in my problems, I'm afraid when they find out about you and this tavern. You'll live far from comfort, I'm sorry cake." Ryu looks so sad, considering that in his previous life Asahi's grandfather was also killed after trying to protect him. He did not want to see Asahi's grandfather killed for the second time.

"If that's what you want, grandfather won't come. Just tell me, that grandpa's sick." Grandpa Asahi looked up at Ryu and smiled faintly. As a great shaman, Asahi's grandfather certainly knew what Ryu felt and experienced. But, he could not do anything because it was out of his will.

Akira still hasn't said much but it looks like he has special plans to welcome the Palace's dinner invitation. "Sister, I have an idea."

Ryu turned to Akira quickly, then the girl approached Ryu and whispered something. "What if only me and Huo Sijue came?"

"Why with him?" Ryu furrowed his brows and moved away from Akira.

Akira just smiled. "Let's just say Huo Sijue is our uncle."

"That's a bad idea! Brother doesn't want, you, Grandpa or Sijue to come to the Palace!" Ryu got up from there and went back into the room. This time, he would not let his loved ones die in the hands of those cunning people.

For a moment he recalled Hu Yazhu's words. The man will not think long anymore, he will tell his extended family about the unreal pregnancy. Ryu was almost half-crazy thinking of another plan for his ultimate goal of destroying Consort Fan Hai to succeed perfectly. But, he felt his purpose looked even further than imagined. Ryu would not follow Hu Yazhu's advice and lie about pregnancy.

At a glance, Ryu was aware of the Aera Tribe rebellion in the West of Wen's territory which was likely to occur in the near future. If Ryu could hasten that rebellion there were most likely two things that could benefit him diverting all the people of the Palace even Hu Yazhu so that they would not focus on the presence of Ryu and his family. Second, he could immediately get two maids who would later become his loyal servants.

"But how can I hasten the rebellion?" muttered Ryu.

After a long thought, there was only one way that could make the rebellion happen. By asking Huo Sijue for help to disguise and provoke the Aera Tribe. But it was not easy, even Huo Sijue's life could be lost.

"Why do you want me to be the mastermind of the rebellion? You're crazy!" huo Sijue's protest was seen sharpening his sword in the river.

"Sijue is not a mastermind! But, just give a little spark to the Aera Tribe that they can live better by breaking away from the Wen kingdom."

"No! Are you crazy? What if your future husband finds out that I provoked their anger? He will definitely chop off my head!" Huo Sijue shook his head and rejected Ryu's crazy request.

"Unless you give me a good reason why I should do that?" continued.

"Alright, Huo Sijue! I am your friend in danger. My family's invited to the Palace's dinner. But I'm sure, it wasn't an ordinary banquet because they already knew that the Hu family had absolutely no idea of the wedding plans between me and Hu Yazhu. If two families are to be found, I'm sure there will be a big showdown between the Hu family and Grandpa." Ryu looked at Huo Sijue who was standing in front of him.

"Sijue, if I could, but my father is in danger. So do my government and my people. I cannot be selfish and choose to live in peace as you say. Even if I could I couldn't bear to see my father and kingdom fall to those bastards!" Ryu.

The look in her sad eyes also glazed over making Huo Sijue give up and decide to help her. "All right, I'll help. But please come with me to prepare the items I will bring to the Aera Tribe!"

Huo Sijue walked ahead of Ryu, the woman immediately smiled widely and tailed at Sijue. "Thank you! You are the best!"

"Of course!" huo Sijue.

After preparing two sacks of merchandise that will be given free of charge. Huo Sijue immediately disguised himself by wearing a fake mustache as well as noble clothes. Ryu disguised as a vagrant will watch Sijue from a distance and keep watch if anyone wants to interrupt him.

"This is free please, take it as your need! Huh how can the kingdom let its people starve like this." Huo Sijue started to do the action.

"You who? Are you sharing this for free?"

"Of course, take it for your supplies for one week, I feel sorry so therefore give you free groceries!"

"You must have come from the Palace to insult us ’ right? I'm the chief of the Aera Tribe! We have plenty of food and lots of food! This fertile land of the Aera Tribe could stand on its own without the help of the Wen kingdom! Rather than us being governed by a bunch of voracious rats like you guys we better break away!" The chief of the Aera Tribe looked so upset.

However, it was all outside of Huo Sijue's plan that he was indeed about to provide foodstuffs to seduce the Aera tribe's inhabitants. But, Tribal Chief Aera instead felt humiliated and made him very angry, Huo Sijue's actions like this made them more provoked than the previous plan.

"You're right, I did come from the Palace!" Huo Sijue at full speed ran away and left the item he was carrying behind. When he turned his head, he saw the Aera Tribe who were now chasing him with sharp weapons.

"Stop you motherfucker!"

Ryu rounded his gaze, he waited inside the small hut and looked from the crack. Ryu had to help Sijue regardless of the Aera Tribe's pursuit otherwise the man could die decapitated.

"Ryu, dammit! You must sacrifice my life." - Huo Sijue.

"Silvia!" Ryu pulled Huo Sijue into the empty hut. He immediately undressed Huo Sijue's clothes quickly and a mustache was attached.

"Hey you're crazy! I'm being chased by those people!" huo Sijue said in panic.

"Ssh, if you don't want to die, you better shut up!" Ryu undressed Huo Sijue until he was bare-chested. As well as Ryu himself, he undressed and left the underwear that covered his chest and stomach.

"What do you want?" Sijue asked confusedly but his eyes could not lie, he could not take his eyes off Ryu's body which was now clearly visible.
