Episode 31 - The fake Crown Princess

The mood of King Wen Lei was so bad, not only because of rumors regarding Hu Yazhu's betrayal but because his circumstances had instantly deteriorated in just an overnight time. All three of Ryu's servants have been taken to the palace to get punishment for serving a rebel. While Ryu was still on his way to the Palace, he did not have much time left.

The towering Palace Gate was tightly sealed and watched by nearly ten guards, it was not as usual. Ryu and Hu Yazhu come undercover so that they are not directly dragged to Prison due to unfounded accusations from the Kingdom.

"Miss, sir, you foreigners cannot enter! Our Crown Princess has just returned, so the party inside is only reserved for important people!"

Ryu turned his head towards the equally puzzled Hu Yazhu. He had not expected Consort Fan Hai to move this fast even before he arrived. Ryu was convinced, bringing up the fake Crown Princess was his way of retreating time to have his troops ready. "Hu Yazhu, do you believe me?" whispered Ryu.

"Of course, Your Majesty!"

As Ryu recalled in his previous life, Consort Fan Hai hid hundreds of rebellious warriors in the basement of the Nir mountain area which was not far from the Palace.  If he managed to bombard all of Consort Fan Hai's forces, that woman would definitely not have any support anymore and would be much easier to get rid of him. "If I were to say that this is all related to Consort Fan Hai would you believe it?"

"I-" Hu Yazhu was speechless. "I trust you completely!"

"Well then, please prepare your remaining troops I will take you to the hidden base of the rebels!"

Hu Yazhu nodded then waltzed away from the Palace gate. "Do we have a secret weapon? Like a bomb or something?"

"Yes we have it, but the officer of the armament guards it." Hu Yazhu approached to whisper into Ryu's ear.

"Make sure you manage to bring in the soldiers and bring some equipment from the arsenal belonging to the Armament Officer to freeze them! I'll go take care of the fake Crown Princess that Consort Fan Hai sent!"

Hu Yazhu nodded then he and Ryu went to the area of Mount Nir with his horse. After riding a horse towards the grass of Mount Nir, Ryu shows Hu Yazhu some hidden bases that he must attack later.

"Commander, careful! I believe you can do it! I must enter the Palace before the announcement of the Crown Princess is broadcast to all corners!"

"Certainly be careful, Princess!"

Ryu nodded as he rode back on his horse to return to the Palace, with a cloth covering part of his face Ryu rushed into the Palace through the path of the sewer rat in the back. Ryu got off his horse, tightened his sword and also slowly entered into the path of the rat. He had to bend because the height of the road was no more than half his body.

Ryu also had to close his nose because of the stench contained in the sewer water, his struggle to get to the Main Palace should not fail. After almost going down that long hallway. Ryu exited through the Royal kitchen ventilation gap. He tried to balance crawling up.

Ryu then went into hiding and saw that some people were already charging towards the Main Throne Palace room. Any way through which he will soon hide until they leave, Ryu then enters through a secret passage that his father made for him as a child.

Inside is a narrow street that passes through each room in the Kingdom, Ryu has to punch a hole in the wall to find out where he is. The moment he managed to enter the Eastern Palace, Ryu immediately changed his clothes to the maid outfit. Ryu walked slowly towards the fake Crown Princess's room and monitored them from the small hole he made outside the room.

"Understanding His Majesty Fan Hai." The girl clearly seen by Ryu lowered her head and saluted Consort Fan Hai in front of her.

"Good, then be prepared to go to the Emperor's Main Throne!"

The fake Crown Princess nodded then crossed her hands across her chest. After the concubine Fan Hai walked out of the room, Ryu entered with an alibi bringing a change of clothes for the Crown Princess.

"You think I'll be easily repressed? It won't! Of course after being introduced as the Crown Princess I will kill all of you ha-ha-ha!" the fake Crown Princess.

"Crown Prince, I brought you clothes."

"Good, quickly help me wear it!" the fake girl turned around and turned her back to Ryu.

Instead of helping to put on clothes, Ryu swung his sword directly at the fake girl's neck. "Don't dream! I could kill you in a moment!" said Ryu.

"You who? If I call the soldiers you will definitely die, how dare you intend to injure the Crown Princess!" exclaiming the girl who was being held hostage by Ryu.

Ryu chuckled at the joke that the fake girl had thrown before him. He will not be compassionate towards anyone this time. "Crown Princess? Being the Crown Princess is not that great, later you will definitely be constrained by the rules of the Kingdom and not to mention enemies in a blanket that can anytime throw his sword around your neck.

Never acknowledge yourself as me! I'm so sick of hearing that, you better obey my orders or I'll eliminate you without even a drop of blood falling!"

"You're threatening me?" The fake girl squeezed Ryu's stomach so tightly that it made Ryu release his snare and take a few steps back. Apparently the fake girl also had martial arts but was few and nothing compared to Ryu Ito.

Ryu took a deep breath, then clasped his sword tightly he twisted his body then slashed the fake girl's arm. Not stopping there, the fake girl continued to throw items that she could reach towards Ryu. He kicked Ryu in the stomach quickly and ran towards the door to escape.

While opening the door the woman came to a halt because Master Tao was already standing outside to help Ryu, He punched the nerves of the fake girl so that she fainted and could not move. "Teacher!" ryu Ito.

Teacher Tao smiled then closed the door of the Crown Princess' room. "Yijin, change your official clothes immediately and show everyone that you are the real Crown Princess!"

Ryu Ito nodded then changed his official clothes, he purposely covered his face to catch wet Concubine Fan Hai. Ryu hope, Hu Yazhu has finished exterminating and capturing Consort Fan Hai's men who are in the basement so that he has strong evidence to take down Consort Fan Hai, he said, the weaponry official and Wen Jia in front of his father and people.

"I will bear witness before the Emperor!" Teacher Tao grabbed the hairpin attached to the fake Crown Princess and handed it to Ryu. "Pair the Pheonix gem I gave you and put it on your hair. Your father will see the truth of that thing!"

Ryu nodded and fused the hairpin as well as the pheonix gem he had. Like a pair of lovers, the two objects instantly fused together when brought close together and a glowing red color came out sparkling like the morning sunlight.
