Episode 27 - Hu Yazhu's Search

The next day, the sun shot out perfectly radiating its rays. In the tavern of course Ryu is just an ordinary grandson, he is not bound by his title as a future wife of the Warlord or anything. Even the three servants who went with him also helped enliven his grandfather's shop.

"Add more cake!"

"I'm really good at business." Ryu crossed his legs while looking at the three maids who helped Grandpa and Akira bring wine. General Ping put on a seductive face as he walked closer towards Ryu, making the girl want to spit out all her entrails. As he recalled, General Ping did collate with Consort Fan Hai to seize the Kingdom, as long as there was Hu Yazhu he was never given the opportunity to lead the troops and was very minimally given the confidence of handling the case of rebellion. He had always been under Hu Yazhu, it caused the personal hatred in his heart towards Hu Yazhu to further cultivate high.

Because the Emperor handed Hu Yazhu's search to General Ping it certainly made Ryu very unsure, which he feared was that Hu Yazhu's condition could be injured or impossible to return. He was afraid that it made an opportunity for the General to harm the Warlord, so for now accepting the General's offer was the best idea, Ryu got up from his seat and met General Ping. Greeting also smiled sweetly towards him.

"I've heard that His Majesty has sent you to look for Commander Hu, I was so unsettled when I heard that Commander Hu was looking for an intruder into the forest. Moreover, now that he has not returned, please, the General, give me the kindness to let me come look for him."

Huo Sijue immediately grasped tightly onto Ryu's arm and shook his head slowly. "Let me go with the General!"

General Ping approached towards Sijue and Ryu. "The merchant doesn't have to worry, I will definitely look after Miss Ryu even if we don't come home this morning most likely it is Miss's decision."

Ryu walks into the tavern and packs some of his clothes, to be safe he puts his pheonix flops on the box in the room. The three servants were so worried that they took the initiative to look for Hu Yazhu, but Ryu forbade them and asked them to stay in the tavern to help Grandpa Asahi and Akira. After permission on her grandfather and also bidding farewell to Sijue and Akira, Ryu joins General Ping to enter the forbidden forest in search of Hu Yazhu's whereabouts.

He rode in a horse-drawn carriage with General Ping. "Why don't you ride your own horse? Shouldn't every general lead the way ahead?"

"I don't want to sacrifice my life just for your future husband, if I die then my life will be in vain. Besides, I want to get to know Miss Ryu further, it's a good thing that your handler is disappearing so we can." General Ping approached Ryu and cornered him.

Ryu flicked his hand and deliberately smashed into the face of General Ping who was only some distance away from him. "My head is dizzy." he said.

"You!" The Grief of General Ping.

"General, I am the wife of the Commander. My husband-to-be is the best among the rest. I have no intention of betraying him with a cockroach like you!"

General Ping pinched sharply towards Ryu. "You insulted me? You haughty girl! you're just a poor boy who was lucky to meet Hu Yazhu. What kind of magic did you actually use to lure the Warlord?" General Ping cleaned and tidied up his clothes. Ryu's former flickering hand looks flushed on the man's cheek.

"Surely, that magic will not be used by me to lure a man like you!"

General Ping was provoked so that he directly cornered Ryu and pressed the woman's hand on top of his head. Paras General Ping was indeed so handsome with his red eyes and bluish hair, yet he was born an orphan without ethics and compassion. He probably wouldn't hesitate to kill Ryu if he had offended the limits of his patience. General Ping sniffed softly at Ryu's neck which made the woman so agitated as to endure the strange feeling in her body.
