Jaka Someh's

Chapter 5. Ki Jaya Kusuma's.

Without feeling Jaka Someh had walked for more than two hours, until finally arrived at the gate of Maung Karuhun college. Suddenly there was a sense of hesitation to continue his steps to get into the college. He was just standing under a shady tree not far from the gate. Jaka someh looked at the situation around him. There were many disciples of Maung Karuhun who were practicing. They are quite numerous, there are approximately 40 people. They trained in groups, there were 7 to 8 people per group.

When Jaka Someh was busy observing them, suddenly there were four disciples of Maung Karuhun who approached Jaka someh. They saw Jaka Someh standing under a tree with suspicious behavior. One of them shouted to Jaka someh,

” Hey, what are you doing there ?”

Jaka Someh was aghast to hear someone yelling at him, he looked up at the sound that rebuked him. Jaka someh had not yet said anything, they immediately preceded him by saying rudely, saying,

” Brash, you must be Ki Jabrik's men!  who is spying on our training, huh khan?”

Jaka Someh was surprised that he was accused of being a spy by Maung Karuhun's students, some time he was just silent. After his condition stabilized, Jaka Someh tried to answer their questions, albeit in a stammering voice,

”Oh is not a kang, sa I, I am not a spy, I came here precisely because I want to be a student at this college”.

One of the students who had rebuked Jaka Someh said loudly

“Long you, let's just say, you're a spy, right? You're Ki Jabrik's men, right?”

Jaka Someh replied, suddenly one of them hit him

They surrounded Jaka someh. Hearing the noise, the other students who were practicing came to the place, without asking much, they also immediately surrounded Jaka Someh.

Jaka Someh became panicked, he did not expect that he would experience such an incident. Some of them hit and kicked Jaka Someh. Jaka Someh was forced to fight as much as possible to defend himself. Several punches and kicks had hit him. Overwhelmed by the crowds, Jaka Someh tried to run away. But they immediately stopped him and immediately caught him.

Suddenly a blow hit his face. Jaka Someh was shocked and felt his face hurt. Not yet had he retorted, a hard kick from behind had suddenly hit his back. Jaka Someh was plunged forward, falling to the ground. Fortunately at that time there was Ki Jaya Kusuma who shouted at his students,

“Heeyy, hey stop, what is this, ?”

Maung Karuhun college students immediately stopped, they no one dared to oppose Ki Jaya Kusuma. Ki Jaya Kusuma said to Jaka Someh,

“Who are you, and what do you mean you came here?”

Jaka Someh replied weakly,

“I Jaka Someh Aki, I came here because I want to study silat at this college, I want to be a student of Aki”

Jaka Someh told Ki Jaya Kusuma.

While observing the state of Jaka Someh who looked shabby, Ki Jaya Kusuma listened to the description of Jaka Someh carefully. After being convinced that Jaka Someh was not an enemy who was spying, he said to Jaka Someh,

” I am sorry for the treatment of my students. Ujang came at the wrong time, the situation here now is not conducive.  I was informed that Ki Jabrik's gang would attack this ship. Maybe my students thought you were one of Ki Jabrik's men in disguise to spy on us “

Hearing the testimony from Ki Jaya Kusuma, Jaka Someh nodded his head. He asked Ki Jaya Kusuma,

Jaka someh immediately suspected Ki Jaya Kusuma's question, with the spirit he immediately replied, saying,

”Iya, yes Aki, I mean my arrival here tea is actually to study at this college “

Ki Jaya Kusuma looked at Jaka someh, he felt confused to answer APA. In a crucial moment like this it was impossible for him to accept a new disciple. He could not bear if Jaka someh would be a victim of enemy violence. However, he felt responsible for the safety of his students. There is an unpleasant feeling if you have to reject Jaka Someh directly. He did not want to hurt Jaka Someh's feelings. Ki Jaya Kusuma thought of a way, how to reject Jaka Someh subtly, without making Jaka Someh hurt. Ki Jaya Kusuma said to Jaka Someh,

“Actually I'm not currently accepting new students anymore but, Look at it,  you will accept me as a student but there is a condition that you have to provide a dowry in the form of 1 black goat, which is really black does not mix any color, how can you afford?”

Jaka Someh was shocked to hear the requirements from Ki Jaya Kusuma. It was impossible for a goat to be a hundred percent black. If there is even a rare possibility. Jaka someh sighed, then he said to Ki Jaya Kusuma.

” I asked maap Aki, I do not know, if there are such conditions, now I do not have a goat like Aki asked, I do not know, coincidentally, at this time I also do not have the slightest money to buy a goat that is asked for ”

Kijaya Kusuma smiled at Jaka Someh, then said,

”Then you go home first to prepare the requirements I request! if there is, please come again here, How are you willing ?”

Hearing the words of Ki Jaya Kusuma, Jaka Someh felt sad, he thought how he could get one goat. The color should be black again. I want Jaka Someh to cry.

Jaka Someh does not have money, his property is only a few strands of clothes that seem to be unfit. He felt that his journey to find the figure of a teacher had become futile.

After a moment of silence, Jaka Someh answered Ki Jaya Kusuma's question,

“Good battery, I will try to meet the requirements that the battery requested, now I beg you to leave ” first

Ki Jaya Kusuma smiled at Jaka Someh, inwardly she said,

“I'm sorry Jang, if you feel disappointed. I do this for your own good. Hopefully someday you can understand it”.

After saying goodbye to Ki jaya kusuma, Jaka Someh left with uninspired footsteps, leaving Maung Karuhun college.

Jaka someh walked on while contemplating his fate, not accepted to be a disciple of Kijaya Kusuma even almost ganged by other students. He was not aware that Ki jaya Kusuma refused him because he did not want Jaka Someh to be harmed.

At that time, Maung College was being threatened by a powerful enemy again cruel. He did not want any casualties especially from his own disciples.

Ki Jaya Kusuma though looks sad but actually his heart is full of tenderness. He is someone who is easy to empathize, so he rejected Jaka someh because he did not want to involve him in problems that are not yet clear.

Jaka Someh kept walking. He's trying to stay strong. Does not want him to be weak just because his desire was not achieved at that time. He tried to accept all the misfortunes he experienced with a big heart.  Do not want to cry and quickly give up. Jaka Someh muttered alone

“Patience, patience Someh, you better think, maybe God has another will, which is better than you planned this, all belong to God,  it is up to God to determine the result, the important thing is to try as much as you can, it is better to just stand, Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi rojiun, he said,  hopefully I am given patience and can Ridho over all this calamity”.

After advising himself to be patient and reliable, Jaka Someh walked back to his destination to go home to his hut.
