Jaka Someh's

Chapters 18. Worryingly. Flip hearts.

One day Jaka Someh went to his field with Pak Rohadsi and Si Jalu, while Asih waited at home. Moments after they left, Panji came to Nyi Asih's house while knocking on the door.

“Asih, Siih Asiih! “

Asih who knew that the one who came was Panji, did not immediately open the door. He just said behind the door,

“Kang Panji, what is kang ?”

Panji said to Asih,

“Asih, you koq did not open the door for akang?  do you not miss me?  it's been two weeks we haven't met “

Asih said firmly to Panji,

“Kang Panji, I'm sorry, I'd better go, honestly I feel guilty to Kang somebody who has been kind to me and my family,  please no longer disturb my household with Kang Someh!  I have now repented”.

Panji who heard Nyi Asih said he had repented immediately laughed, he said,

“Hahaha, you repent asih,  ? Ah funny you mah, indeed now you have fallen in love with the hick Someh it?”

Laughed by Panji, Nyi Asih was a little emotional.

“Kang Panji!  It's already! I no longer want to meet with akang, anyway point, please leave my house! “.

Panji felt goiter in expulsion by nyi Asih,

Nyi was still speechless hearing the threat from Panji. His heart began to worry, because however he still could not forget Panji. Nyi Asih said to Panji,

It has been two weeks since Panji came home, Nyi Asih looks a little upset.

Asih sighed, then closed his eyes he tried to rearrange his heart so that he no longer remembered Panji. After that he also busy himself with various activities ranging from cleaning the house, washing, cooking and went following Jaka Someh to the field.

One month later, Panji came again to Nyi Asih's house. He came when Jaka Someh and Pak Rohadi had gone to his field. Know that in the house there is only Nyi Asih, Panji knocks on the door while calling Asih, Panji,

“Siih, Asihh!  this is Kang Panji, please open the door!”

Asih who was in the room at that time, a little surprised to hear the voice of Panji calling his name. There was a feeling of worry and pleasure in his heart. Fearing the arrival of Panji seen by others, but also he was happy that Panji was still trying to pursue him.

Asih is aware that her feelings are so weak, weak because she still harbors feelings of love for Panji. He also realized that it was wrong. Now she is married, and no longer wants to betray her husband who has been kind to her. His heart began to fight, whether he met Panji or drove him out. Asih was silent for quite a long time, confused to determine his attitude. Because there was still no answer from Nyi Asih, Panji again banged on the door of the Asih house, saying in a louder voice, saying,

“Asianh!  I know you're home, please open the door!  someone I want to tell you “

Whether conscious or not, he walked towards the door. Behind the door he said quietly,

“What's the matter Kang Panji, Asih is busy again, mendingan will go!  afraid that someone will see, it will be slander, ”

The pennant said softly, too,

“Yes, so you open the door first!  something I want to tell you “

Although hesitant, Nyi Asih also opened the door. The banner went straight into the house. Asih was surprised to see Panji who went straight into his house.

“Kang Panji, get out! don't enter!  no one here, let's get out kang! “

The banner signaled with his index finger, so that Asih could not speak anymore,

Asih was silent for a moment, then he asked Panji,

“What the hell is Kang Panji? what do I want to say ?”

Panji looked at Nyi Asih's face, then quickly kissed Asih's reddened face. He also said,

“Akang just want to say, if I still love you “

Nyi Asih tried to resist Panji's kiss with her hand. But his repulsion was so weak that Panji immediately held his hand. He kissed Nyi Asih's hand, saying,

“Aduuh akang longed once, with the softness of your hands asih “

Although there is a feeling of pleasure, Asih still tries to reject Panji.

“It's been ah!  scared later on see people “

Whether consciously or not Nyi Asih's lips smiled seeing Panji's treatment of her. The banner that saw the hue of Asih's flushed face said,

“Ah you are pretending, whereas you are happy right ?”

Nyi Asih pouted hearing Panji's words,

“Who Asih said happy,  ? “.

Panji laughed lightly as he said,

“Ah, proof you smile when I kiss, hayo ?“

Asih poked her lips,

“No!  who says Asih smiled ?“

Panji answered Asih's words while trying to hug her,

“Ya says it's “

Dag dig dug, Nyi Asih's heart pounding hard to embrace Panji. For a moment he was silent, as if he was enjoying the arms of his former lover. But suddenly they were surprised when they heard the sound of goods falling from the direction of the home kitchen. They immediately panicked and immediately let go of his hand, worried that someone might catch them. But it turns out that the chaos was caused by a cat who tried to steal fish in the kitchen.  Nyi Asih said to Panji,

“Already Panji, let's go out!  I'm afraid there are people who see us alone like this in the house “

Panji sighed, he said, too,

“Yes, yes Asih!  alright, Akang is now gone, but you have to promise. Tomorrow the day after tomorrow, at 3 pm you should come to the usual place we used to meet. Panji also gestured with his hand so that Nyi Asih would fulfill his desire to meet at a place they used to chat together, both of them,

Panji immediately left Asih who was still standing still. His heart began to waver by the demonic trickery that began to affect him.

It was 9 o'clock later that night, Asih was late again. Mr. Rohadi who knew his daughter was still not home even though it was late at night immediately asked Jaka Someh to immediately look for her.

Rohadi asked Jaka Someh,

“Si Nyai go where else Jang, ?”

Jaka Someh replied,

“I don't know Sir, , earlier Asih did not say anything to me, maybe there is a need “

“Let me just search Sir, “

Mr. Rohadi assented,

“Iya atuh, you find Asih y jang! Tell quickly to go home, not good, women out of the house alone let alone until this night “

Jaka Someh immediately prepared himself to go out to look for Asih.

Just as he was about to open the door, suddenly from the outside, Mang Udin shouted to Jaka Someh. He panicked and called out Jaka Someh's name

“Meh Someh! Someh, serious, serious euy “

“What's mang? Gawat why? try oruh calm first, just told me “

Mang Udin said with a bit of hesitation to Jaka Someh,

“Anu Meh, eeh Anu, your wife Asih “

Mang Udin seemed reluctant to continue his speech, making Jaka Someh become curious,

“What's up with Asih, Mang Udin ? Why is it tea ? So tell me about it ! “

Mang udin seemed increasingly hesitant, he was silent for a moment, seemed to think hard, until finally he continued his words, he said,

“Anu Someh, Asih raided residents, Anu he was arrested by residents for being caught perverted with the Panji on the banks of the river Cikaniki “

Jaka Someh immediately turned his face to a crimson red, in his heart raging various feelings between jealousy, anger, shame and disappointment, he said,  he was only able to say to Mang Udin with a speech that still contained doubt, though,

Mr. Rohadi who heard the words of the Udin mang from behind his room also looked riled up and Difficult, he said to the Udin mang,

“The truth is Udin! is your tea really good or not? Don't joke you tea huh?”

Mang Udin also confirmed the statement,

“Iya kang's. Right, now Nyi Asih and the Panji are being brought to Kampung field, I am here to tell Someh and Akang, so as to calm the villagers who are angry with them “

Jaka Someh tried to calm himself and Mr. Rohadi,

“Sabar sir!  we better go now, to confirm the truth of the news, come on sir!  follow Mang Udin to Kampung Field “

Without thinking anymore, they also went to the village field to meet Asih.

Arriving at Kampung Field, Asih looked down embarrassed while crying sobbing. He regretted his shameful actions to himself and his family. Beside him, Panji seemed to be bending his face. Not knowing what he felt, whether embarrassed, angry or hated because of his deeds that were judged by the times.

When Jaka Someh and Pak Rohadi came before Asih, the powerless Asih immediately cried loudly while prostrating and holding Jaka Someh's feet, he said,

“Ampun kang Someh, I'm sorry, Please akang my law, I'm sorry akang “

Panji who saw Jaka Someh was already standing before him, suddenly felt trepidation. Although he did not know that Jaka Someh was a swordsman, but his heart was shriveled to see the face of Jaka Someh who looked flushed. Worried by the anger of Jaka Someh and the other residents, Panji said in a slightly trembling voice,

“Someh I'm sorry, please forgive Asih!   if you want to be angry, please vent your anger on me!  “

Mr. Rohadi could not hold back his anger to see Panji who had twice damaged the honor of his family, without thinking he immediately kicked Panji's stomach while shouting,

“Perji you bastard!basic irresponsible man, I better kill you “

Panni resigned even though he felt tremendous pain due to pak Rohadi's kick. Seeing his father-in-law who looked flabbergasted, Jaka Someh felt worried, he also tried to calm Mr. Rohadi, he said,

“So father, patience! there is no benefit to our anger, everything has happened, we better forgive them!  “

Looking at Mr. Rohadi, Asih felt tremendous fear, but he continued to cry bitterly. Suddenly Jaka Someh said to the banner,

”Is your appointment really sincere in loving Asih?”

Panji was stunned to hear a question from Jaka Someh. Jaka Someh who saw Panji seemed hesitant to answer for fear of his anger, repeated his question again, Panji,

“Panji, do you really sincerely love Asih? and want to be responsible ?”

Although with stammering and vibrating voice Panji finally answered the question posed by Jaka Someh, he said,

“Iiiyyaa, Someh, sa sa yes, sa yes, sa ngi Asiih, I yes want to be responsible ja wab “

Jaka someh then said to Asih while glancing at Mr. Rohadi,

“Nyai, no longer need to cry! I have forgiven you, you don't have to cry anymore! maybe this has become the will of the Almighty, maybe Nyai is indeed not a matchmaker akang, akang ridho Nyai married to kang Panji, now also will divorce Nyai, he said, so that Nyai can soon marry Kang Panji, Message akang to Nyai, may nyai not give up from the grace of God! repent nyai! no matter how great our sin, as long as we ask for His forgiveness, God will surely forgive, from now on you must be able to improve! draw near to Him, do not do anything more! life in this world is so short of Nyai, a certainty that no one denies it, that we all WILL SURELY leave this world, as a believer, he said,  we believe that what we do while in the world WILL DEFINITELY be held accountable “.

Hearing the words of Jaka Someh, Asih grew louder. He felt regretful, as well as ashamed of Jaka Someh. Though Jaka Someh was so good to him, but he could betray and hurt his heart.

Mr. Rohadi also has no power to shed his tears. He resigned and tried to accept the decision of Jaka Someh against his daughter. Although it is hard to release Jaka Someh as his son-in-law, but he is well aware that it is no longer possible to continue the marriage between his daughter and Jaka Someh. Residents who witnessed the incident were also moved and felt compassion for Jaka Someh who had cheated on his wife several times. Jaka Someh said to the citizens,

“Fathers, mothers, retorts, I am sorry for this incident, on behalf of my family please forgive us!   at this time also I convey that I and Asih, now officially divorced ! “

The residents who sympathize with Jaka Someh greet jaka Someh as their form of condolence. Some residents tried to comfort Jaka Someh, who was,

“Propay yes meh!  “

Most of the citizens eventually disbanded, with only a few remaining residents, including Ustaz Fikri. Ustaz Fikri advised Jaka someh,

“Someh, be patient!  perhaps this is best for you, you cannot be so bad about God!  although it hurts but I am sure, with this calamity that you have experienced all there is a silver lining, it is important that you be patient and kind to God, ,  losing something does not mean that it is a sign of evil, it may be the way God removes evil from you, you are a good person, God willing will get a much better and baroque substitute,  if not in this world yes later in the form of a beautiful angel, Aaminn, Patience ya meh!  ”.

Jaka Someh was comforted by the advice of Ustaz Fikri,

“Yes Mr. Ustaz, just pray that I am always set in faith and piety, May Allah give patience and sincerity, so that I can be pleased with all these events,  it's just that I am a little sad about this incident because Asih has actually started to turn out to be good, already want to pray and can already appreciate me as her husband “

Jaka someh tried to smile, even though his heart was crying. Ustaz Fikri also agreed with Jaka someh's hope while holding his shoulder.

“Aamiin, amen, Someh Insha Allah you will be able to replace better and barokah.  That's Someh's heart. The heart is always back and forth, often fickle, sometimes good sometimes bad, so we are taught to always pray for the determination of the heart, Yes muqolibal Qulub, tsabit Qolbi ala dinika,  tsabit qolbi ala toatika, tsabil qolbi ala taqwa, and others, O God who has a heart that always turns back and forth, may You set my heart to your religion, set on obedience, may You,  set on taqwa, ”

On that very night, Asih was finally married to Panji. Jaka Someh watched their wedding.

At first Ustadz Fikri refused to marry Asih to Panji. But at the insistence of the Head Father of Kampung, the elders, Mr. Rohadi and also Jaka Someh, Ustadz Fikri finally had to be willing to marry Asih with Panji.

“Alright I am willing to marry Nyi Asih to the Panji, but later wait until his id has expired “ Said Ustadz Fikri

Jaka Someh whispered to Ustadz Fikri. Ustadz Fikri mesem got a whisper from Jaka Someh.

The head of Kampung and several other elders were curious about what Jaka Someh said to ustadz Fikri.

The village chief then asked in a soft voice to Ustadz Fikri,

“What's Mr Ustadz ?”

Ustadz Fikri then whispered something into the ears of the village head, who was,

“Said Jang someh, he has never had a date with his wife during the wedding, so there is no iddah “

The head of Kampung smiled, mesem with whispers from ustadz Fikri. Then he whispered the words of Ustadz Fikri to the other elders. They also messem heard the whisper of the Head of the Village.

Mr. Rohadi could not see Jaka Someh, he hugged Jaka Someh while shedding tears.

“Father apologize Jang Someh!  “

Jaka Someh smiled at Mr. Rohadi

“Yes Father, it's okay, I'm patient! the important thing now Asih is happy, I also apologize “

Mr. Rohadi then asked Jaka Someh,

“After this, Jang Someh will live where? Do you want to go back to the slopes of Mount Halimun?”

Jaka Someh answered Mr. Rohadi's question with a bitter smile,

“Looks not Sir, God willing I want to go traveling, I want to find life experience, there is still much I want to see and I learned Sir, I beg your prayers Sir! So that I can continue in the protection of Almighty”.

Mr. Rohadi set out the intention of Jaka Someh who wanted to go traveling, he said,

“Yes, you can only pray so that you can succeed in his journey, tomorrow morning just leave!  tonight let me just spend the night here ! “

Jaka Someh agreed and confirmed the request from Mr. Rohadi.

The next morning, Jaka Someh said goodbye to Mr. Rohadi and other residents of Cikaret village. Mr. Rohadi supplied him with a bag of money,

“Jang!  this money has a father, to try, to make provisions on the road, please accept!  “

Jaka Someh has no power to refuse money from Mr. Rohad

“Bapak. Thank you very much, I'm sorry to trouble Mr. “

Said Jaka Someh with teary eyes holding back the cries.

Mang Udin and Bi Cicih also let go of Jaka Someh who will leave their village to travel.

They feel sad to part with Jaka Someh whom they already consider to be part of their own family. Jaka Someh is so heavy parting with them, especially with the Jalu. He loved Jalu even though he was not his own son.

Jaka Someh hugged and kissed Jalu's head. Si Jalu was crying, as if he understood that Jaka Someh would go far away leaving him. With a heavy heart Jaka Someh released his embrace to the Jalu.

After saying goodbye, Jaka someh waved his hand to Mr. Rohadi and the residents of Cikaret village. He left the village of Cikaret towards the east, to begin his journey to the land of nowhere.
