Jaka Someh's

Chapters 13. Small Family.

Jaka Someh has now officially become the son-in-law of Mr. Rohadi. Inevitably now Jaka Someh lives in his house Mr. Rohadi. Although occasionally he still took the time to visit his hut and fields on the slopes of the mountain halimun. He was trying to keep the treasure of his parents.

More and more days, Mr. Rohadi felt more affection towards Jaka Someh. Besides because Jaka Someh does have good ethics, he is also a diligent and independent young man. Mr. Rohadi also entrusted the management of his garden to Jaka Someh. Jaka Someh is believed to take care of clove and coffee gardens owned by Mr. Rohadi.

Jaka Someh felt affection towards Asih, although Asih's attitude towards him was still always cold. Whatever Asih wants, Jaka Someh will always try to obey. It was as if he was not willing that Asih experienced some distress even in the slightest.

Initially Jaka someh did marry Asih because to honor Mr. Rohadi. But over time, his feelings began to grow.

As a woman, Asih classified as a woman who has an attractive appearance. She is a typical woman who likes to preen and feel happy if she can be flattered and served by men, so even though she is married to Jaka someh, she is very happy,  he still likes it when a guy approaches him.

Still underestimating Jaka Someh. He considers Jaka someh is a hick, not cool, too innocent and can not compete, but Asih is very happy when there are men who overhaul it, he said,  even though I knew it was a lie.

Jaka Someh is aware that Asih until now still can not accept its existence, but he tries to be patient. His love is very sincere towards Asih, who is already his wife.

Without feeling it has been five months Jaka Someh undergoing marriage. The age of Asih content has reached the age of 9 months over a few days. She will soon be giving birth to her baby. Just waiting a few days.

Jaka Someh immediately asked for help mak Inah, a baby shaman who lives in the village of Cikaret. Mak Inah also immediately handled the process of birth of Asih baby. With great pain, Asih finally gave birth to her baby. He had never felt such excruciating pain. The sound of sobs crying baby Asih instantly echoed in the room.

“Alhamdulillah baby boy “ said mak Inah.

Asih baby turns out to be a man, his face is also handsome like a banner.

“bayya male, Nyai “ Jaka Someh said to Asih.

Asih was only able to glance weakly at the baby. There was a feeling of relief in his heart.

Mr. Rohadi who was outside the room was happy, because his critical period had passed. Now he was already a grandfather, having just had a handsome grandson.

“Alhamdulillah “said pak Rohadi happy.

Baby Asih was named Jalu by Pak Rohadi, which means male male.

Although Jalu is not the biological child of Jaka Someh, Jaka Someh still gives sincere affection to the baby. Jaka Someh was the one who bathed and carried Jalu. Even he also cleaned the dirt Jalu.

Asih felt grateful to Jaka Someh who had sincerely accepted and cared for the baby.

Without feeling, Jaka Someh's marriage has been running for two and a half years. Jalu is also good at saying some words such as “pak”, “bu”, “mamam” and other short words.

Seeing Jalu's wayward behavior and never feeling kapok, Jaka Someh laughed,

That was the day that Jaka Someh passed at that time. Every day he was busy taking care of Jalu. Starting from bathing, feeding, accompanying play, teaching to walk, teaching to talk, kissing him, even accompanying him to sleep.

Jaka Someh also often holds Jalu and takes her where she goes. Jaka Someh really loves Jalu wholeheartedly.

In addition to taking care of Jalu, Jaka Someh is also busy serving Asih, as well as caring for his coffee and clove gardens owned by his parents-in-law. All that, he lived with a heart full of sincerity.

That morning in July, Jaka Someh with Mr. Rohadi from early morning had left for his clove garden. It has been almost 3 months now that Jaka Someh and Mr. Rohadi have harvested their clove plants.

Using baskets made of woven bamboo, they began to pluck clove flowers from the trees.

In this harvest, they get a fairly large yield, approximately about one to one and a half tons of cloves.  After the harvest was collected, Jaka Someh began to be busy with his post-harvest.

Starting from dredging in sacks for 1 day 1 night, then the drying process carried out in the yard of Mr. Rohadi's house for almost a week. After finishing with the drying process, Jaka Someh immediately stored the results in the sacks that had been prepared beforehand.

Two days later, he will sell it to the city, in the Pelabuhan Ratu area in the sukabumi region. He said there are many tauke who are ready to buy it.

Rohadi said to Jaka Someh,

“How about, is tomorrow morning ready to leave for Pelabuhan Ratu? usually you sell cloves to babah Along, but it's up to you to probably want to sell to a store other than Babah Along is also okay.”

Jaka Someh replied ,

“Iya sir Insya Allah is ready, later after arriving in the city, I try to find information first yes sir?  maybe there is a better price than the shop babah along “

Mr. Rohadi was happy to hear Jaka Someh's words, smiling, Mr. Rohadi said, saying,

“Ya already then, I'll just come with what you said “.

The next morning, Jaka Someh was ready to leave for Pelabuhan Ratu, while Asih was still in his room.

Although Jaka Someh and Asih have officially become husband and wife and sleep in one room but they have actually never had intercourse like husband and wife. It was because Jaka Someh did not want to impose his will, he was aware with the Asih feeling that still could not accept his existence.

The Asih feelings towards Jaka Someh still remained cold. Asih does have feelings of sympathy for Jaka someh, it is also because of the attitude of Jaka Someh who has been so good to his family. But his heart still loves Panji who used to be his lover. For some reason, it is so difficult for Asih to forget her lover, even though he has been hurt by Panji.

Asih itself is actually not no lust to Jaka Someh, and vice versa. A few days ago when Jaka Someh and Pak Rohadi were in the fields to harvest cloves, Panji came to Asih's house. During this time Panji turned out to wander to the Sunda Kalapa area to trade with his uncle. After being evicted by his father when he was caught stealing money.

After almost 2 years then he dared to go back to the village of Cikaret. He knew that Asih was now married. At first he was angry with Asih who was considered to have betrayed his love. But after he knew the true condition of Asih, who was pregnant at that time because of his actions, he also slightly understood the marriage of Asih.

Panji is then determined to return Asih in his arms again. He did not want Asih married by Jaka Someh.

That's why he's been spying on Asih's house for a week. Once he knew Jaka Someh and Mr. Rohadi were going to the fields, he immediately came to Asih's house.  At first Asih refused and was angry with Panji, but because of the persuasion of Panji who was good, eventually Asih was back to accept the Panji into his house.
