The relationship between Jaka Someh and Dewi Sekar is getting closer and closer. I don't know why Jaka Someh felt so happy when he was with his wife. Likewise with Dewi Sekar, who also felt comfortable and happy when he could be with Jaka Someh, his newly married husband. Love blossoms in the hearts of both. The world feels beautiful to both. That is holy love, the love that emerges as a blessing from a holy marriage. Marriage is both based on a good intention to seek the pleasure of God alone.
Bakda Isya, they continue their journey. Accompanied by the light of the stars in the sky, the ox cart they were riding on was speeding away. That night the sky was so bright, that many stars were scattered in the sky. Along the way, Jaka Someh and Dewi Sekar seemed cool chatting, they were seen enjoying the trip. Occasionally they heard the sound of wild dogs howling from the direction of the forest on their left. The sounds of insects and owls also complement their night trips. Suddenly Jaka Someh said to Dewi Sekar while pointing his right index finger towards the sky,
“Nyai, look it there is a shooting star ! “
Dewi Sekar also follows the direction designated by jaka someh, who,
“Oh yes kang, very good huh? The sky is also beautiful, right? eh according to kang Someh, shooting stars are a sign of what is kang?”
Jaka someh smiled at Dewi Sekar's question, then he joked by answering Dewi Sekar's question, while pinching his wife's cheek with anxiety, he said,
“Perhaps because there is a beautiful angel who is passing by Nyai! hehehe“
Dewi Sekar laughed at Jaka someh's reply, she also returned her husband's joke,
“Iih, kang someh koq naughty? secretly it turns out to like to seduce women, but once jaim, it turns out? Heummm I have to be careful of this ! “
Jaka Someh smiled at his wife.
The night is getting late, the night wind is also increasingly felt up to the joint bones. Dewi Sekar had started to sleepy, before long he was asleep in his wagon. Jaka Someh stopped his wagon for a while, then wrapped his wife in a soft blanket he bought while passing through the market. He kissed his wife who was asleep. Then Jaka someh returned to drive his wagon until the evening before dawn.
Towards dawn, Jaka Someh woke his wife to ask her to pray in congregational dawn. Actually he did not have the heart to wake his wife who was sleeping soundly, but because for the good of all, Jaka Someh also established himself by waking his dear wife. They also perform the morning prayers. After that Jaka Someh rested for a while. He woke up after the morning sun was shining. Dewi Sekar was preparing breakfast. Jaka someh then went towards a small river not far from where he rested. The river is not large, only the water is clear enough, so it is worth using as drinking water and morning bath. After breakfast, they prepare to continue their journey.
Jaka Someh and Dewi Sekar did not know that the nearest village from where they rested was only about 2 km away. The village was named Dadap Kulon.
It did not take long for them to reach the village of Kulon. In the village, Jaka someh saw there were some residents who were carrying corpses. Jaka Someh stopped his wagon because he wanted to honor the corpse. Then Jaka came down from his wagon and asked one of the people who was walking behind,
“What's mang? Has anyone died?”
The man stopped from the entourage of the corpse, then he answered Jaka Someh's question,
“Iya kang, it has been many years our village was hit by disaster, even in this month alone there have been 6 residents who died “
Jaka Someh continued his question, again,
“Indeed they died because of what mang?”
The man named Mang Jajang also answered jaka someh's question,
Jaka someh became curious, then asked again,
“what disease mang? Indeed there are no healers in this village?”
Mang Jajang answered another question from Jaka Someh ,
“Wabahya yes I do not know kang, in this village tea there is no healer, there is only ki Madani who used to treat villagers if sick, but there are no healers, but the madani battery itself is also now exposed to the disease outbreak “
After hearing the information from Mang Jajang, Jaka Someh also asked about the house ki Madani. Mang Jajang also showed the location of his home ki Madani, when Jaka someh say goodbye, mang jajang also asked jaka someh, he said,
“Eh wait a minute kang! where does tea come from and where? Koq can be in this village”.
Jaka Someh explained about himself briefly, that he wanted to go to Mount Tampomas to deliver his wife.
Jaka someh then met Dewi Sekar and explained to Dewi Sekar that in the village was affected by a disaster stricken with an illness. As someone who had studied medicine Jaka someh moved his heart to treat the people who were sick.
Dewi Sekar although with a heavy heart, invited Jaka Someh to see the condition of the sick residents. They then went to Ki Madani's house.
Ki Madani was lying weak when Jaka Someh entered his house, some parts of his body appeared swollen bluish. He was weak because he had not eaten for 3 days. Every meal, he immediately vomited it back. Jaka Someh asks permission to check the state of ki Madani to Madani's battery son. After getting permission, Jaka someh began to check the pulse, heartbeat and some nerves in the body of ki Madani. Then he took out a few leaves and the roots of the plant from the medicine box he had stored in his cow cart. Jaka Someh then concocted the ingredients, after so, he drank a small part of the drug to Madani's battery. Others were distributed to other people who were also sick. Patiently Jaka Someh awaits his patients.
After approximately 6 hours, the bluish puffiness in the body of Ki Madani gradually disappeared. Not long after that, Madani's battery felt an incredible hunger, then she asked her son for food,
“It's hungry Jang, ask for food ! “
Son ki Madani immediately provide potluck food to eat his father. Madani ate the food. Jaka someh looks happy to see the condition of Ki Madani who can eat again. He considered it a sign of healing,
“Alhamdulillah, the battery is healed, God willing the battery is now healed, hehehe“
Likewise, some other residents who had experienced pain after being given a medicinal herb from Jaka Someh are now starting to recover.
Seeing Ki Madani and the sick people have recovered, the people in the village also rejoiced. They thanked Jaka someh who had successfully treated the sick citizens. Dewi Sekar was also happy to see her husband successfully heal the sick villagers.
