I Found Love At the End of the Dusk
Dusk Confusion

A long night full of dreams has passed, if usually my night passed by a sleep that feels so good and filled with dreams that often feel so beautiful, so beautiful, now inversely proportional to the night that I passed now, a long night of consideration and long thoughts like last night has passed, changing the morning increasingly stifling soul.

This morning I felt uninspired, all those feelings were not there because, I still haven't found the right answer for Sam, Sam, even though last night I tried to ask for instructions with the evening prayer I was doing, but still I did not find the right answer for Sam this morning.

"Morning is daydreaming, is there another problem?" mother's voice sounded surprising to me who was dissolving in my own mind.

"Eh, Mother," spontaneously answered me while revealing a beautiful smile that adorned my face.

"Is there any more trouble, Dusk?" ask the mother who is sitting in front of me.

As usual, I took food for me with a smile full of warmth that is always seen in the morning.

"If you have a problem, tell me! maybe you can help a little problem that you are facing, if indeed Mother can not help, at least Mother can give advice that you might be able to make a solution," said Mother.

Mother seemed to understand what I felt and what I was experiencing, I took a deep breath and then threw it slowly through my mouth, right now I don't want to be silent about anything because whatever I'm going to say Mom will definitely feel the consequences if my decision is wrong.

"Mother," I said.

Mother who had been busy preparing food for me now immediately put everything she thought could interfere with her concentration to listen to what I was going to say.

"Yes, what's up, son? tell me everything that's bothering you!" sahut Mother.

"Actually I was confused Mom, since yesterday Sam asked me to answer the question he asked, but I was confused," I said.

"Why jungles? what did Sam ask you?" Mom seemed to be getting curious about the expression I just said.

"Sam asked me to answer a question he had asked for a long time, Sam asked me to get married, and I was confused to answer it," I again revealed what was disturbing my peace of mind at this time, and the mother who heard the expression of my heart immediately fell silent with perfectly rounded eyes looking at me who was still confused by it.

"Honestly, son, for now, I still don't have any savings for the wedding, but I don't want to get in the way of her happiness, son," mother said as if she had a heavy burden that she was actually unable to bear alone.

"But if you want to celebrate the wedding simply, maybe I can, for the answer you're going to give Sam, completely break it to you, touch your heart and ask for the same almighty guidance so that you can get answers to what you are asking," continued Mother who this time showed a smile, all I know for sure is that the smile is just a mask to cover all the worries and burdens she doesn't want to share with me.

Hearing every input you gave me made me feel a lot calmer, at least I still had something I could draw up guidelines to look for answers to what I was going to give Sam.

"Assalamualaikum," Sam's voice sounded so clearly in my ear, for some reason to Sam's arrival this time made my heart beat faster than usual, he said, the great spread that gave a different experience and only this time I felt, really to Sam's arrival this time really messed up my mind and peace.

"Waalaikum salam," Mother's voice surprised my daydreams.

"Don't think too much! just answer according to your heart and how you feel!" mom said as she patted me on the shoulder, then walked away to the living room to meet Sam who I believe is waiting for the owner of this house to open the door for him.

I gasped at Mom's words just now, until I realized and I was sure to give Sam an answer.

"Morning, honey," said Sam.

"Again" I replied.

"Are you the same as you already ate?" ask Sam.

"Not yet, Mom just finished pouring me some food," I replied, pointing out a plate full of food that my mother had already brought me.

"Mom, I also want to pour food just like Dusk," said Sam who looks so spoiled in front of Mother.

"She's Sam's mother" I said a little embarrassed by Sam's attitude.

"Your mother is my mother too, my dear mother" Sam always had an answer for what I said.

"Oh yes, Mother I brought something for you and Dusk." continued Sam while opening a pack of food he brought, a pack of satay komo and rawon sauce is now on the table

"Mother, I bought satay for you and Dusk, please eat!" said Sam while shifting the side dish he had brought.

"You shouldn't bother, after all, I cooked this morning for Dusk" explained Mother.

"Then my side dishes save it! after all, it will not stale if it will be eaten later in the afternoon," great-grandson Sam.

"Where do you want to eat? mom's side dish or the side dish you brought?" hail Mom after taking rice for her.

"I want to eat Mom's cooking" Sam replied with a sparkling face.

"Are you sure you want to eat that?" I asked with a hesitant facial expression staring at Sam who actually looked so confident.

"Of course, Mom's cooking always tastes much more delicious than anything else" said Sam.

"I'm not sure you can eat it" I said as if doubting Sam I knew would never eat the fish that Mom had just cooked.

For as long as I knew Sam, though I never saw him eating with the salted fish side dish that became my breakfast this morning.

"What fish is this, Mom?" ask Sam.

"All right, you won't be able to eat that, you better eat what you brought earlier!" between me without any intention to help Mom answer what she asked Sam.

"Huss, it can't be like Dusk" Mom tried to remind me who I thought was wrong.

"This is called Sam's salted fish, dried fish and preserved with salt, just try it! later if you don't like to replace with the side dish you brought earlier!" Mother always has a wise way to deal with every situation.

"Thank you, Mother" said Sam who looked so doubtful but at the same time he also looked so cool to know the taste of the side dishes that became the menu of my food and Mother this morning.
