Ken saw himself inside a narrow pipe the size of his body, a slightly rusty iron. It was dark there, but at the end of the pipe not far from his head, it emitted a bright light that entered the pipe.
Ken, who fell on his back because he was spinning when the pipe rolled earlier, tried to raise his head. A little dizzy indeed, even though only goosebumps for a while until he had to be silent for a moment.
He could not sit because of the narrowness of the pipe, but he could feel at the bottom of his body a little damp and moldy. Slowly he turned his stomach and crawled towards the end of the pipe.
Faintly he saw in front of him there was an open place and a dark atmosphere. It seemed like the day had been night and the bright light was coming from the moonlight.
With a slightly dizzy head he finally reached the end of the pipe and breathed fresh air. He wondered why the pipe was rolling and he had just thought so, suddenly someone ambushed him from the top of the pipe.
"Well, finally caught you too huh!" The voice of an English-speaking man rang rough in his ears.
Ken suddenly understood English and turned to him. A burly young man was taller than him, curling Ken's hand back. "Agh! Unhand me! It hurts!"
"Don't mess with me, little boy!"
Whahuh? He called me 'little boy'? "What do you want? Unhand me!" Ken realizes he has moved dimensions because the man he met is now a man of Mexican descent.
The man had never seen him before, and now he was out in the open. A field with a large useless iron pipe was left in the field just like that.
He just came out of the pipe and the man caught him. Likely, that man who had just rolled the pipe so that he immediately came out of the iron pipe.
"Don't say much! Come on, come with me!" said the man again rudely pulling Ken to come with him.
"Take me off!" It was a waste of Ken rebelling because the man was clearly stronger than him. He was taken to the roadside where there were 2 cars waiting there. The place was quiet, there was no one there so there was no point in him shouting for help. "What do you want? Unhand me!"
"Whisper!" the man shouted, still dragging him.
"Please, set me free. What do you want?" Ken's waiting because he has no choice, but the man doesn't care because he's at the side of the car door. Ken caught a glimpse of some people in the car.
The man then put Ken in the back seat with him. Another man in the back seat had set up a rope and immediately tied Ken's hand back leaving the young man even less likely to escape.
"Hey, let me go. What do you want from me?" ask Ken without hope. Nanar's view. Why would these people kidnap her?
"Of course it's because you're so useful, that's why we kidnapped you." A woman's voice sounded from the front. The woman then looked back. There was a beautiful woman with straight hair who glanced at Ken and then turned back to face the front. "Come, walk," he ordered quietly to the man in the rider's seat.
"Eh, wait. Why did you kidnap me? I don't have a problem with you, why did you kidnap me?" the Japanese man asked, wanting to know.
The woman glanced sharply to the side. "Close his mouth."
"Good, Boss." The man beside Ken took out a handkerchief.
"Wait on! Tell me, why did you kidnap me!"
No one answered until the man beside Ken tied the young man's mouth with a handkerchief.
"Mmm mmmm."
Fifteen minutes later, the car reached an abandoned building. Ken and the group of people from the 2 cars entered the building from the front door. After that they went upstairs.
Upstairs, Ken was put in a room and placed on the edge of the bed. The woman now stands facing him while the man who caught her took off the handkerchief in Ken's mouth and left the two in the room.
The woman looked at the Japanese young man and approached him. Ken was a little scared and moved backwards.
"Do you know why I kidnapped you?"
Ken shakes.
"You're just a jobless young man hanging out on the street and not having a job. If I see, you too must not have graduated High School and are lucky you met us because we came to give you a job. Then why did you run away after being offered a job by Diego? Are you scared because this job is robbing? You don't have to be afraid because we're working as a team. You just need to run your part and we protect you. We can't get caught, do you understand?"
Whahuh? Robbing? Is that why I ran away and hid? "I-I don't want to rob" replied Ken who was still in doubt about what happened.
The woman was irritated and pulled the young man's shirt roughly to the front of his face. "Looks good. I don't accept your refusal because you're now my prisoner. Like it or not, you're going to have that practice from tomorrow!" he said cynically.
"Ta-ta-but ...."
The woman took off her clutches on the collar of the young man's shirt, and then left the young man alone in the room.
Ken sighed and dropped himself to the side. He is still trying to digest what happened. Why did I move to this place anyway? Especially my fault now, ah ....
He tried to straighten his back by sleeping on his back but it was a bit difficult because his hands were tied back. Slowly he tried to recall why he could move to that dimension.
What was I thinking then? I'm just trying to escape the thugs' siege, but why now move dimensions so the kidnapped person to rob huh? Why did it go like this? Did I .. uh, I was thinking I wanted to run fast because I couldn't find Mira. Yeah, 'run fast'. I remember it 'running fast' but why move here? Ah, I don't know!
The young man frowned because he could not understand. He then turned his eyes away by looking at the room.
He slept on an old bed. The room was actually not an old building, but it seems like an unfinished building was built because there may be financial constraints from the owner. This is seen from a new building but the walls are not finished in paint. The room was also not a bedroom but an office space. It's a pity that the building doesn't seem to have been completed.
Suddenly someone came in with a plastic bag. The man who caught Ken put the package next to the young man's body. Ken tried to sit down but it was hard.
"I brought you dinner."
"How can I eat if my hands are tied like this" Ken protested.
The man then helped sit the young man down and untied him. He just moved the bond forward. "Don't try to escape, because, once again you try to escape I'll beat you up" said the man lightly.
"Why did you choose me anyway?" ask Ken for wonder. "'There are a lot of other bad people who really like this job. Why force people who want to live well by robbing?"
The man put his waist down and looked at the young man. "Because only you fit the criteria we're looking for."
