"Ken ...!"
The man looked. He straightened out of a can, an orange juice drink he got from a vending machine. He waited for the woman to get closer.
Hannon came running around, then stopped in front of Ken. He caught his breath because he was panting out of running. "I got the name of the hospital that allows you to intern" he said with a still irregular breath.
"Oh, thank you. What is that lecturer? You didn't?"
"Yes, not yet! Everyone must graduate first, they can. It's a different case, Ken. The lunatic lecturer wants you to be his assistant as long as he follows the conditions he gives."
"Oh, so?" the Japanese man pretended to be surprised.
"A, Ken! You are ...." The woman kicked the man's leg which had already dodged.
Ken chuckled while holding his stomach.
"Not funny!" Hannon folded her arms around her chest in a lash and threw her face to the side.
"Hannon .. time is angry. I'm just kidding. I'll buy pizza again. Yea?" persuade the man.
The woman glanced at Ken with an annoyed face. "You've been arrogant ever since you were smart. Double cheese huh?"
"Yes, yeah. I won't forget. Dong, don't sulk anymore. Who's gonna help me again, if not you?" persuade the man while smiling.
Hannon began to soften. "Review, don't forget. Double cheese pizza." He reminded.
"Yes." Yeah." Ken ruffled the woman's hair softly, which was now cut short and increasingly exposed the woman's tomboy side.
Every day, she helped him a lot. Searching for books, exam materials, looking for lecturers, even avoiding the women who have a crush on him until many think, Hannon Ken's girlfriend. Some people think Ken is gay. It was because of the appearance of that woman that resembled a man. He was tall and short-haired. If you look at it, this woman is pretty sweet.
Hannon sighed softly. "But there, you have to start working things out yourself right now, because the hospital is a bit far from here but close to your apartment."
"What's? The Imperia hospital?" ask Ken to make sure.
"Yes, right. That fancy hospital."
"Huh ...." The man let out a rough sigh while leaning back.
"There are some of these college seniors who also intern there, such as ...."
Ken shook his hand. "By yourself is better."
The woman smiled widely. "What spirit?" He raised both his clenched hands.
---------+++----------
Ken went to the registration desk. "Sorry."
A woman in the uniform of a hospital office attendant stared at him. "Yes, where do you want to list?"
"Oh, no. I'm a medical student who wants to intern here. Where should I report?"
"Oh, so? Go up to the second floor and meet the head nurse. He's the one with the most interest in this at the hospital."
"Ok, come with me." But just as they were about to go somewhere else, suddenly everyone around, saluted a middle-aged man who was passing in front of them with a woman who turned out to be known to Ken.
Sure oes. Who else doesn't know Lucille, the redhead. From far away everyone would have recognized him. Ken tried to stay calm by saluting the man.
The middle-aged bule man was wearing a suit that was the same color as his trousers, gray. Her hair was white and a little long styled slightly drizzled backwards. Her face looked odd with her makeup like that.
The red-haired woman was surprised to see the Japanese man and directly preceded the middle-aged man. "Pa, I want to work here, so long as I can meet him every day." He said it while pointing at Ken.
Everyone in the hospital looked towards the two of them, including the middle-aged man. The Japanese man was surprised to hear Lucille's frankness in such a public place.
"Don't joke, Lucille. He said you didn't want to work at the hospital because you couldn't stand the smell of drugs" said the man, who turned out to be the director and owner of the hospital. He was dizzy to hear the words of his son who often changed.
"But he's my friend, Papa. I want to work with people I know" Lucille said.
The middle-aged man heaved a heavy sigh. He looked at Ken. The friend in question must not be an ordinary friend because the Japanese in front of him is a man. Definitely special. He saw Ken standing next to the head nurse.
"Who is he?" ask the head nurse.
"Oh, this is the new intern, sir."
The owner of the hospital was shocked. "New doctor?" tanyanya was not sure because to be seen from anywhere, the man looked very young.
"Oh, no. Prospective doctor."
"Prospective doctor?" The bule man glanced again at Ken with a frown. "Mk." He looked at the head nurse. "Come, come with me to the office." He moved the lead in front followed by Lucille, the head nurse and Ken.
Ken saw the envious look of other hospital employees at him, making him go awry. Actually, if he wants to be selfish, it feels like leaving them all, but he wants to be an assistant lecturer.
That position is very desirable. Especially with an expert doctor who is always sought after. Getting his attention was really amazing for Ken. Dilemma, and Lucille has always been a stumbling block.
In the hospital chief's office, the man listened to the story from the head nurse.
"Look, Sir. " The nurse-dressed woman started telling stories. "Indeed, who is a student, has not been able to intern, unless he has taken his doctorate, but this is a request from one of the lecturers there so that this student interns in a different way. "
This man was still listening out of curiosity. "Forward." He folded his hands on his chest.
"This student has only been in college for a semester, and the test scores are excellent. He will be an assistant lecturer, but on condition that he must attend some major operations in this hospital. Even so, intern at this hospital, because of the doctor's recommendation."
"Oh, I know! It must be Doctor Barnes, " said the man touching the small beard on his chin. "Only that doctor often gives crazy conditions to his students."
"Yes, that's right, sir. "
"Because he's the most sought-after neurologist and we need him, so just accept what he asks for as long as it harms us. This must be the student of his choice. How many operations should this student attend?" The man pointed at Ken with his chin.
"Say 5, but not all of the operations he could attend. The surgery she will be attending must be with the approval of Dr Barnes" the head nurse said.
"OKs. About the schedule how?"
"Outside of college hours, therefore I'll match his schedule. He would wait for an impromptu operation as well, for that the doctor would also come more often to this hospital."
"Oh, good then. Let me know when the doctor comes."
