Inessa was still trying to process the words of Duke Xander who had just entered her sense of hearing. He couldn't believe it would come out of Duke Xander's mouth.

"What did you say just now ?" inessa asked to confirm what she had just heard.

"I said I would put Leon's name on my family's list legally and would acknowledge his existence as my legitimate son in front of the media" Duke Xander said.

"But why ?" inessa asked who was still struggling to digest every word Duke Xander.

Duke Xander let out a heavy sigh. "I just realized that my behavior has been very outrageous. For that, I want to apologize to you and Zack. I just want to give Zack what should be his, even though he won't be able to get the title of nobility because he's not the son of a legitimate marriage like Leon" she said at length.

Inessa's eyes are already glazed. For whatever sake, he was very happy because in the end Duke Xander wanted to acknowledge Zack as his son.

"Enough you admit it as a child, that's enough for me. Thank you very much, Duke !" inessa said gratefully as she wiped her escaped tears and wet her white cheeks. The woman is right. He did not ask for Duke Xander's treasure a dime both then and now. The good woman just wanted her son to get a confession from his own biological father. "How, Aru ? What was the button crowded this afternoon ?" devan asked curiously. Currently, she and Selina are having dinner at Arumi's apartment.

"Yes. Appreciable. This was all thanks to Selina as well. If it wasn't for him wearing my clothes and promoting them on IG, my customers wouldn't be that much" Arumi smiled.

"It's also because your clothes are really good, Aru ! I just love to wear it," added Selina who still greedily stuffed the meat steak into her mouth.

"Don't play romantic-romantic in front of singles like me !" Arumi said reminding.

Devan and Selina look at each other before compactly laughing at Arumi.

"Therefore, you should also open the door of your heart immediately to someone new, Aru !" said Devan who still can not ease his laughter.

"Entai ! It feels like, for now, I still don't want to" Arumi replied as she shrugged both of her shoulders.

"You still can't forget that French boy, Aru ?" selina asked with her innocent look.

"Young French ? Which one is ?" Devan tilted his sitting position. Urging Selina to tell a story she doesn't seem to know.

"You don't need to know" replied Selina sumringah.

"Aru ? Who does Selina mean ? Not Irgi, is it ?" Devan's curiosity has reached the crown.

"No, Brother !" arumi smiled.

"Then ?" Devan is still pressing.

"Only someone who has officially belonged to another woman" Arumi explained briefly.

"Already ! Just continue eating it ! Don't push Arumi to tell you again !" sahut Selina mediated when she saw the light on Arumi's face begin to dim. Selina knew that Arumi must be very sad because once again her love ran aground in the middle of the road.

"Last noon I accidentally met with Irgi," said Devan, who had begun to change the subject.

"Oh yeah ?" Arumi's eyes were wide in disbelief.

Devan nodded. "She just got back from Paris. And he said, Darius said that the man had met you, there," Devan said.

"Then ?"

"Irgi came to where you worked first while in Paris and people said that you've come back here."

"Did Brother Devan tell you where I am ?" ask Arumi who is starting to get angry. He does not want to see Irgi again.

Arumi closed her eyes while biting her lower lip. If Irgi searches for him to Jonathan's house, it will indirectly make Jonathan, Katherine, and Beverly know that he has returned to Indonesia.

"Don't worry ! I'm sure they won't find you !" selina was calming.

"Hopefully," said Arumi expectantly.

" Where is Arumi ?" Irgi breaks into the Liem family residence and passes Beverly with her mother, who is still confused by her sudden arrival.

"Why are you looking for Arumi here ? Isn't that fucking girl gone ?" katherine asked confusedly. He tried to intercept Irgi to search his house but it seemed futile.

"Don't lie ! I know that you guys must have Arumi somewhere, right? Tell me where the hell is it ?"

Irgi was still walking in a hurry and opened every door of the room in the first floor area of the Liem family residence while calling out Arumi's name.

"What are you looking for, Irgi ? Why are you ransacking my house like that ?" Jonathan came with a less friendly face. Of course all that was because he knew Irgi's disrespectful attitude from one of the household assistants who worked there.

"I just want to find Arumi, Om !" answer Irgi in a flat voice.

"Arumy ?What do you mean by looking for Arumi in this house ? Is my daughter back ?" Jonathan's eyes glowed happily.

"Is Arumi really not here ?" tanya Irgi made sure. Judging by the expression displayed by his former father-in-law, he believed that Jonathan could not possibly lie.

"Where did you know that Arumi was here ?" Jonathan asked back.

"I just got back from Paris. And there, I got information that Arumi had lived there but now we're back."

"Are you sure ?" Jonathan approached and held Irgi's arms in disbelief.

Irgi hesitated.

"Thankfully ! Finally, my daughter is here again" Jonathan said with great relief.

Lady Katherine and Beverly glanced at each other. Bad news for them if Arumi comes back. They don't want the girl to live in this house anymore. They did not want Arumi to be part of the Liem family anymore.

"All right ! I'll also look for Arumi then !" jonathan said later. He already knew that he had a lot wrong with Arumi. He has hurt his daughter so much to defend two women who turned out to have deceived him all this time.

Later Jonathan finds out that Beverly is not his biological son. However, even so he still did not tell it either to Beverly or Katherine. That secret will be used as a deadly weapon to kill the two women one day. Jonathan waited for that time to arrive.
