"How are you ?"
The message just went into Arumi's email. A message from her first love, and her ex-husband, who married his own half-sister. Huh ! It feels like Arumi wants to laugh if she remembers the game of fate in her life. Isn't the story already very good to be lifted to the glass screen as FTV is popular in Indonesia ? You guys must know, FTV what Arumi means.
The beautiful girl again sighed. His fingers are still on the laptop keyboard with a feeling of worry. Should Arumi reply or better ignore ?
"I miss you, Aru !"
Another message came in. This time Arumi really couldn't bear to not let out her laughter. What happened to Irgi ? Is he crazy or amnesiac ? Since when did he miss Arumi ? In fact, even when being Irgi's wife, let alone the word miss, good morning speech Arumi never get. The girl was sure, it must be Beverly who wanted to prank her by pretending to be Irgi.
Isn't that right ? That's the most reasonable answer in this case.
"What are you looking at ?" Leon who had just arrived took off the coat he was wearing, attached it to the empty seat next to him and sat right in front of Arumi.
"Nothing." The girl replied nervously. On the lid of the laptop immediately so that Leon does not see a message from Irgi.
Leon nodded despite feeling a little awkward. However, the man chose a stupid period and did not think too much. It was impossible for Arumi to hide anything strange from him.
Arumi and Leon are at a cafe not far from the Aldric family residence. Because Arumi did not want to be picked up by Leon at the mansion of Mr. Charles, then they decided to meet at the place that Arumi had determined that is in this Cafe. Arumi is afraid, if uncle Charles will be angry because Aru does not listen to his advice that forbids him to be close to the son of important people, let alone Leon's class.
"You want to order a drink ?" Tanya Arumi offered.
"No need. We'll have bad luck if we don't leave now." Leon's bell refused.
"All right." Arumi nodded. Put the laptop in his bag and invite Leon to leave immediately.
Yes, today is their last day of dating. Day 5 of Leon's mission in gaining Arumi's heart. Coincidentally, today Arumi is on holiday working in the boutique Miss Nastya, so Leon invites Arumi to tour around seeing famous places in Paris.
Their first destination was the Palace of Versailles. A relic of the monarchy's history that lies a little secluded from the bustle of urban crowds but remains the most in-demand tourist attraction when tourists visit Paris.
"You like it ?"
"It's beautiful, Leon." Replied Arumi astonished. He did not expect his journey that was quite tiring will produce the results of this satiety.
"I'm glad you like it." Leon really meant it.
Arumi looked at Leon. A smile rose up adorning her beautiful face. Then then, he again looked in admiration at the historic palace architecture they were currently visiting. The beauty of the Palace of Versailles was enough of a reason for him to avoid eye contact with the brunette-haired handsome man walking hand in hand with him.
If you can be honest, Arumi still feels worried about her own feelings. He didn't know what his heart really wanted. Seeing the message from Irgi earlier, Arumi's heart still felt the longing for her ex-husband. Although, anger and hate overlap with the longing he feels. However, to Leon, Arumi feels that the man is a good person. His eyes always show sincerity. Arumi always felt considered and wanted if Leon's brown eyes highlighted it so deeply.
And, Arumi's heart is always pounding because of the sweet thing that Leon always gives her.
"Aru ! Can I ask you something ?"
"Please !" Reply smiling.
Arumi's steps stopped hearing Leon's question. The man also stopped. Facing Arumi with a sad, scared and downcast face. He even clenched his hands together which he hid behind the pocket of the coat he was wearing.
"Why are you asking me that, Leon ?"
"No. Just curious." Answer the man is lying. The correct answer was because he would never be willing to lose Arumi in his life.
"No." The girl replied without any hesitation.
"Why ?" Leon is curious.
Arumi stepped back. Followed by Leon who came two seconds later.
"Why did I go back to someone who hurt me, Leon ? For whatever sake, I'm not that stupid either." Arumi chuckled small.
"Even once he apologized and admitted wrong ?" Leon responded.
"Yes. It's hard for me to go back to the people who hurt me. For what ? That's not useful at all."
"Do you hate liars, Aru ?"
Arumi's steps stopped again. He looked seriously at Leon's chocolate bead.
"Very. I hate liars and traitors. And, I hope. The one who will be with me someday will never do that."
Leon tried to neutralize the facial water that began to look panicked. Arumi's answer just now had quite an impact on Leon's heart. The fear of losing Arumi if the Asian girl finds out about the whereabouts of his future wife makes Leon start to feel guilty. But what is power. Leon liked Arumi too much so that the guilt he brushed away.
"Why are you standing there ?" Shouted Arumi who turned out to have gone a long way since.
"Ha ? Wait for me." Leon was surprised. Too much thinking makes him daydream and not realize that Arumi has continued his steps.
"Where do you want to take me ?" The Asian girl beside Leon asked enthusiastically.
"That's confidential. Just follow me and trust this experienced guide." Leon puffed his chest to boast that was immediately greeted with a crisp laugh by Arumi who looked so happy.
"You're too arrogant, Mr. Wellington." Said Arumi with a trace of laughter that was still unfolding.
"Absolutely not, Miss Liem." Answer Leon jumawa.
The journey continues to the next place. It had entered midday when they stopped by to fill the stomach first. Unknowingly, someone had just photographed their proximity from a distance. The person in a car parked in front of the restaurant that Leon and Arumi were heading to managed to get the picture that his employer asked for.
"I've got what you asked for."
The mysterious photographer smiled. Of course the amount he will get from the results of his photos is not a small nominal. And, just imagine it, has made the man satisfied not play.
