"I ended up living with my dad. But you know what, Leon ?" Arumi paused her sentence again. He chuckled small with tears that never tired of decorating the beautiful face.

"My stepmother doesn't like me. And so is my stepbrother. But even so I still love them. Until one day, Beverly's sister was getting married, but she suddenly said she didn't love her future husband anymore and chose another man. Katherine's father and aunt could do nothing. They only support whatever Lily chooses. In fact, they helped Lily's sister escape with her new boyfriend and asked me to replace Lily's sister to marry her future husband."

"Wait ! You mean, the man you married was actually your sister's future husband ?" Leon nodded.

Arumi nodded weakly confirming Leon's words.

"Yes. Therehewas. His name is Irgi. The reason I am willing to marry him is for the sake of maintaining the good name of the family. Plus, I've loved Irgi since I first met."

Crumpled felt inside Leon's chest. I don't know what's broken in there so much that it hurts when I see Arumi's smile come out saying that she loves Irgi from the first sight. Leon's heart rumbles violently when, for the first time in his life, he admits he is jealous.

"You know what's even funnier, Leon ?" The girl was still reluctant to end that completely unbeautiful story.

"When I married Brother Irgi, people assumed I deliberately kidnapped my own brother in order to replace him as a bride. And worse, Irgi believed that too. Even more sickly, when I found out that Irgi and Lily's sister had returned to love so I had to be divorced in an unfair way. Lily's sister is pregnant, and that's my husband's own son. And in the end, I was thrown out by people who I wholeheartedly took care of sincerely. Miris isn't she ?"

"You hate them ?" Ask Leon gently.

"No. What's it for ?" Replied the girl who was currently already wiping back the trace of tears from her face. "I've done everything, Leon. Hence, I chose to come here to forget everything and start my new life."

Leon nodded in understanding. Arumi breathed a sigh of relief when she managed to expose all the sad stories to Leon. The burden on his shoulders was slightly lifted, although the pain still felt the same.

"After you hear it, what's your decision ?" The girl's black bead looked back deeply at Leon's chocolate bead.

Leon seemed to think hard before he finally took a deep breath. His eyes looked towards the front, watching the regularly flashing garden lights so beautifully.

"Do you think I'll back down just because of your past, Aru ?"

Arumi gasps. Leon's question was already quite representative of what the answer was from the man.

"Leon, please ! Think well once again. Don't make decisions so quickly like this."

"Are you saying this out of fear that I will regret it someday or because you don't want to give me a chance, Aru ?" Leon's face turned flat. Somehow, a feeling of fear arises when imagining that Arumi still holds a taste for Irgi.

"It's not like that, Leon. It's not just a matter of our feelings. But, you also have to think about our differences. What could your father accept if his son was in contact with a woman who had been married ?"

Hearing that question, Leon was silent. The question was like skinning Leon's feelings without compassion. Leon never even thought that his father would know the closeness of himself and Arumi. However, if one day it remains to be discovered, what can Leon do ? Just imagine right now Leon can't even. Especially facing it directly.

"Don't think about it, Aru ! My Daddy, let me take care of myself. I just need you to believe that I really love you."

"Beverley ! Where have you been ?" Again, the quarrel Irgi and Beverly became a mandatory breakfast for all residents of the Antonio family home.

"You're pregnant, Lily ! Can't you just stay home and be a good wife ? Why are you so absorbed in partying with booze, when there's our baby in your belly." Irgi said with emotion. The man followed Beverly into the room until the woman who worked as a model dropped her body on the mattress and chose to sleep.

"You think I'm Arumi, huh ? I do not want to be a maid who has to take care of the house, husband and in-laws are sick like Aru. I am your wife ! I'm the queen of this house. And the queen is not at all fit to do all such lowly work." Beverly muttered with her eyes closed.

"What is it you are, Lily ? Why did you turn into this ? In the past, when you were a couple, your behavior was kind and so gentle. But now ?"

" Sstt...Don't be too chatty, Irgi. I'm not the little baby you can keep talking about like this. You understand ?" Beverly was still half-conscious due to the influence of alcohol.

Irgi ruffled his waist to see how messed up Beverly was now. Where are the sweet women who when they are dating are acting so nice and polite ? Why is it that after marriage, Beverly's nature changed 180 degrees from before ? He never even imagined that Beverly's life had been this chaotic from the beginning.

"Don't mention Arumi again, Ma. Didn't Irgi say it over and over again ? That name's been unanswered in this house since he left." Irgi's voice rang out. His hands clenched tightly on both sides with glittering eyeballs as he recalled Arumi's figure again.

Yes, the woman is a figure that Irgi really wants to meet when in this difficult time.

The figure of a woman who once filled her days for 2 years without ever asking for anything. The figure of the woman who lately began to make Irgi's heart feel doubtful. Is Arumi really as bad as Beverly and her parents say, or is Arumi really trapped by her own family, as Arumi said last time ? Which one should Irgi believe ?

"Do you know where that woman is right now ?" Ask Mrs Berta.

"I told you, Ma ! I don't want to talk about him anymore. Ti-tik." Irgi grabbed the suit that he had dropped on the seat next to him and immediately left the house that already felt like hell.

There is a wife who always acts as she pleases and a mother who seems to have no veins of shame. Mrs Berta himself was in full support of Irgi's intention to divorce Arumi, but after seeing the original character, Beverly, he instead told Irgi to bring back the girl to be made a second wife. Counting as a free maid who can be much more painstaking taking care of Irgi and herself as before in Beverly appeal.
