Arumi was reading a book in the park while occasionally paying attention to the mansion belonging to the Aldric family which until now still makes him amazed. It may not be as big as the mansion of other rich people, but the design really makes Arumi fall in love. It was a dream place, he thought. But the admiration did not last long when someone suddenly startled him from behind.

"Charlie, you want to kill me ?". Tegur Arumi is upset.

"No young woman will die if she's just shocked, baby !". Reply Charlie while pinching Arumi's cheek, then sit on the park bench right next to his best friend.

"Heart attacks don't look at age, Charlie." Arumi turned back to the page.

"Do you have a history of heart attack ?".

"Maybe there'll be a minute if you keep surprising me like that."

Arumi was still focused on the book she was reading, making Charlie cluck with annoyance. Then he pulled the book and threw it in any direction.

"Charlie, what the fuck are you ?". Sahut Arumi was shocked to mix with annoyance.

"Listen to me first, find the book later." Charlie immediately intercepted Arumi's arm that was about to stand up to find the book he had thrown earlier.

"It's important to know !!." He nodded while pushing his lips.

Arumi who saw that finally sat back down and chuckled. Charlie is still the old one, the childish troublemaker girl.

"What's wrong ?". He asked Charlie curiously.

Enthusiastically, Charlie straightened his back then looked at Arumi with sparkling eyes.

"Look, Daddy had an important meeting on an island for 10 days. And he took mommy, me and you to come, how ?".

"Don't it bother the uncle's working, Charlie ?". Arumi said doubtfully.

Charlie rolled his eyes puffed.

"I told you, daddy took us. That means he's not distracted. Anyway, I'm sure you'll love the island."

"What island are we going to ?".

"The Island of Moorea !."

Arumi pretended to think hard to tease Charlie who seemed impatient waiting for an answer from her. Arumi's fingers are seen tapping the surface of the table with a facial expression that makes Charlie impatient.

"Reply answer !". Charlie said annoyed.

"All right ! I'm tagging". Answer Arumi.

Moorea Island, an island located in Polynesia, France surrounded by beautiful green mountains. Moorea Island also has a white sand beach with crystal clear blue water that adds to the beauty of the island.

And here is Arumi now. After a tiring journey, finally the beautiful woman can lay her tired back on a soft mattress at one of the resorts rented by Mr. Charles.

"The trip here really almost broke my back !". Charlie's grumpy who was lying next to Arumi.

"You're right, Charlie ! I feel that way too." Arumi's remarks allowed.

Arumi's eyes slowly closed and opened again when Charlie's voice that was no longer beside her was heard calling.

"Aru,, come here ! You should see this sight." Shouted Charlie from the balcony of their resort's second-floor room.

Arumi's brows frowned before waking up her lazy body to approach Charlie who seemed very enthusiastic watching something from the balcony of their room.

"What's up, Char ?". Asked Arumi lazily. Her body slumped back weakly on a single sofa that was on the balcony.

"Ishhhhh,,, stand Aru ! Don't be lazy like that." Grumpy Charlie is upset.

"Currently, you commanding officer !". Inevitably Arumi finally relented and obeyed Charlie's request. With irritated lips, the beautiful woman approached Charlie and placed her forearm on the iron balcony.

"What ?". Ask again.

Charlie forced Arumi's face to look down by pushing his best friend's face with his hand so that Arumi could see a group of young men who seemed to be playing ball with fun on the white sandy beach. Arumi's brows furrowed after knowing what made Charlie go so far as to call out to her. Turns out just to see a bunch of guys play ball ? What's that thrill?

"Is this all you want to show me ?". Back Arumi asked in a lazy tone.

"Why indeed ? Aren't they very handsome ?".

"If they're handsome, what does that have to do with us ?".

Patience Charlie ! Don't let you make your own best friend end up in the hospital just because of this. Control your emotions !!

"Aren't you thinking of finding a boyfriend ? They're all handsome ! Why don't you pick one of them for you to approach ?".

Arumi laughed at Charlie's words. C'mon ! Does Arumi look as frustrated as it is to have to date a man randomly ? Unfortunately, Arumi is not a woman who easily falls in love. So how could Arumi possibly approach a foreign man just like that ?

For 22 years Arumi lived, Irgi was the only man who could capture Arumi's heart even since they first met about two and a half years ago. It was the first time Beverly had brought Irgi to introduce her to their parents. When she first shakes Irgi's hand, there is a strange feeling that Arumi recognizes as a love that ducks into the recesses of her heart.

Although Arumi is aware that the love he has is only one-sided love, he never asks for a reply at all. To her, seeing Irgi happy and always laughing with Beverly was more than enough to warm her heart. Because Arumi's love doesn't have to have.

At first Arumi was reluctant. How could he cheat the people he loved all this time. However, as she could not bear to see her father pleading with her sincerely, Arumi had no choice but to obey. At least, he loves Irgi and it is only a matter of time for him to make Irgi also love him even though Arumi believes the path will not be easy. It's okay to hate now, as long as it can be loved later. That was Arumi's determination at the time.

And in time, the love that he believes can flower eventually withers before the buds bloom. And Arumi could only swallow the disappointment and heartily throw herself away from her stifling life.

Divorced husband. Hate the in-laws. In his own father and stepmother's equipment. And slandered by the brother he's been protecting his good name. Is there anything more painful than that in this world ? So, how can Arumi open her heart again if the chanting that she can be too painful ?

"For the time being I still don't intend to open my heart anymore, Char. My wounds are still not healed and it is impossible for me to accept a new person in this sad state." Arumi lirih. His eyes looked at me to a group of young men who were still at home playing ball down there.

Charlie exhaled slowly. His hand moved gently sweeping Arumi's back with a sad look.

"I'm sorry ! I just don't want to see you constantly like this, Aru ! Frankly, I'm also hurt if you keep this up."

My eyes Arumi moved looking at Charlie's face which was really very worried about her. His hands carried Charlie into his gentle arms while he poured out the grief that had re-excited from remembering the sadistic treatment given by those he cared about.

"I'm the one who apologized, Char. I shouldn't be looking for you just when I'm like this. I am a burden to you and your parents."

The hug of the two immediately released violently due to the actions of Charlie who objected to hearing Arumi's sentence just now. He immediately patted Arumi's lips in anger.

"What the fuck are you talking about ? Did I ever tell you you were a burden ? Did daddy and mommy ever tell you that you're troubling us ? Why does your tone sound like you don't recognize us as your family ?". Charlie said at length, not accepting.

Arumi laughs and hugs Charlie again even though the one in the hug tries to get rid of Arumi's hand.

"I'm sorry Charlie !! I don't mean it."

"No ! Get away from me, Aru !". Charlie was still trying to take off his best friend's embrace which seemed to stick like an octopus on his body.

"No way." Geleng Arumi fast. His embrace the more he stretched on Charlie's ideal body.

"Basic leech ! Move !". Charlie chuckled while laughing.

BRUK !!!

A split second later, a soccer ball lands in Charlie's head when one of the young men playing down there accidentally kicks him too far.

"Awwww !". Charlie's screaming in pain.

"I'm sorry, Miss ! I didn't mean it." Shouted one of the youths who ran over and stood right below them. His head looked up at the balcony, looking at the two beautiful women who had been stealing his attention while shaking their waist.

Charlie who originally wanted to protest suddenly turned a smile as he looked at the face of the man who hit him the ball. His eyes sparkled as he recognized the man who was now standing below. Leon wyatt Wellingthon's. The only son of Duke Xander Wellingthon, one of France's most powerful nobles and high officials. The 25-year-old man is the target of almost all women in mainland France because of his good looks are not in doubt. And now, the man was standing under the balcony as if he was picking up Rapunzel who was confined inside the tower.

Charlie's mind came back to his senses when he realized Arumi had thrown back the ball that hit him back to the owner.

"Take your ball back and don't throw it here again or I'll throw the fucking ball away." Shouted Arumi annoyed.

Leon down there only laughed after hearing the ferocious remark from Arumi. His right hand held the ball he had caught perfectly.

"Don't be angry, Miss. I've apologized." Said Leon still with his smiling face.

"I'm mad because you hit my friend's head." Arumi Fizzle.

Realizing that Arumi will not make peace with Leon, Charlie chooses to smother Arumi's mouth.

"I'm sorry for the sassy mouth of my friend, Mr. Leon Wellingthon." - Leon." Charlie said with a smile.

"You recognize me ?". Ask Leon in wonder.

"Of course." Nod Charlie fast. " No one doesn't recognize duke Xander's son in this country."

"But it seems your friend doesn't recognize me." Leon continued while glancing at Arumi who was trying to be free from Charlie's hand.

"That's because he's not from this country. He just came from Indonesia. It's only natural that he doesn't recognize you."

Leon nodded in understanding and waved at Charlie and Arumi.

"All right, I'll go first."

"Be careful."

Arumi's attempt to break free from Charlie's stock finally succeeded. The woman then threw a horror look at her best friend angrily.

"What the fuck are you ?". Arumi protest was unacceptable.

"You're the shit ? Why are you scolding duke Xander's son, ha ?". Jerk Charlie.

"Duke Xander ? Who is that ?".

"He is the head of the Administrative Court of the country. And you just scolded his son, Leon wyatt wellingthon, stupid girl." Charlie was angry.

Arumi just shrugged her shoulders indifferently.

"Yes, how do I know." The answer is light without sin.

He then chooses to go back to his room and lie down to relieve the travel fatigue that still feels and leave Charlie who is still seen mumbling out there. But Arumi was very sure that Charlie was now swearing rudely because of his actions.
